the place is amazing but the wait is too much. on weekends we have to wait for 2 hours. italian food is pathetic. we ordered pasta arrabiata and 50 50 sizzler and i could not swallow it. please only order indian food. that's good

nice arrangement for party, awesome atmosphere ... open kitchen .... best item karari rumali --- something new n crispeee... but food is okay. its location is very nice. good for get to gather n family function

this is beautiful & peaceful place, you can enjoy with family or couple, amazing food and taste. this garden restaurant is always crowded. so you have to wait for 1 hour atleast  but you can spend your time in garden and other activity,

i have been to place since my office party was held there. it's a good place especially for small scale parties like birthday parties, get-together parties etc. they have very good stages, arrangements for that and also kids park, swings for entertainment. so overall ambience is excellent
coming to food their menu is good(but sadly pure veg😢😉) . u have mock tails, soups, starters, snacks and general menu items. mock tails are great. we didn't concentrate much on main courses which are obviously paneer and mixed veg. starters are really good.

horrible service ..staff doesn't know how to talk and behave. the guy named sanjay at the reception was verbally violent! worst place i have ever been to!

it is an overrated place considering food taste and menu options. the ambience is really good and service just average while staffers run helter skelter to rush food to guests. taste of the food was okayish and no jubiliency in both taste or serving food items. we order paneer shashlik sizzler and it was just below average and subzi was just alright if not bland in taste. their soup of thai coriander was good. considering all this i would say there are entry of other places in surat that get you quality food and revitalize taste buds. only large space and ambience does not make a good restaurant. you actually have to satisfy taste buds. the restaurant failed to.do.that.

third class service ever i have seen, if you are not ready to give order in 10 minutes of arrival then waiters n managers forces you to give order & more over they said if you can't decide in 10 minutes then you should make empty your table. more over you have to complete your food in half n hour else they force it to complete it & recall you by saying others are there. worsr part is they dont allow you to cut cake on table for same reason. its not restro or lounge, that you can sit with your dear ones & celebrate its just a desi dhaba type for eating only. i suggest don't go there & insult your self by waiters.

nice place!! if you want to go a little away from the city. place is somewhat noisy as party plot is just near to the restaurant.
food quality is average, not that good but ambience is pretty nice

pathetic, horrible service. untrained illiterate staff. we were a group of 24. 19 of us had arrived and requested a table. they refused to give us a table saying they need a head count. we waited and when the remaining 5 were 2 minutes away, we requested to have us seated so we could start ordering. the guy on the reception - sanjay (who claimed he was the manager and owner) - refused to yet again give us a table saying its their policy to first do a headcount. have never experienced this horrendous and rude behaviour anywhere in the world. never ever recommending it to anyone!

had been there today with my school friends. nice food, good service and beautiful environment as well. but would like to add that sometimes it becomes noise due to the music they play in the background. over all good and nice.

third class restaurant with the most arrogant staff i have ever seen in my life. i have been to restaurants all over the world, but never seen such an attitude by any restaurant. they literally have an attitude which makes you feel as if you are having your food for free, they make you feel like beggars the very moment you enter the restaurant. if you want to book a table, they want all your guests to be there in queue so that he will count it and then only allot you a table. if one or two guests are supposed to join you later, then you wont be alloted any seats for them. we had gone there for a birthday party, and felt that it would have been far better if we would have celebrated the party at some other venue.

the food quality is just so so and if you order some item which would take some more time then they would just say they dont have this item. i asked him for tandoori mushroom, he said they dont have mushroom. the very next moment we had mushrooms in soup as well as chinese mushroom dish. they have an attitude even worse than the laari walas of surat.

it seems that their bosses are too rich that they dont care if their staff is spoiling their reputations here. sometimes the staff makes you feel that they are backed by their bosses to behave in any manner they feel.

a big no for this restaurant and would never recommend it to anyone.

during our visit, it was not just me but we saw around 3-4 shouting disputes between other guests and the hotel staff. i wont be surprise if i hear that there was a big riot at this place in coming days between the staff and guests.

i visited this place on 8th may 2016, sunday at 8:30 pm. the place was crowded and had a waiting of about an hour. the manager clearly told me that i would get my table in an hour. the table was for five people only. i got my table after one and a half hour. the manager and other staff of the restaurant was not so supportive and had an arrogant way of speaking to the customers.
we ordered 2 starters, a main course and different types of indian breads. the starters- paneer chilly and cheese chilly sikh, both were good but not the best. in the main course, we ordered malai kofta, which was very poor in taste and presentation. the indian breads were normal. we were very disappointed as the plates provided to us had broken edges. spoons and glasses were wet before we even sat. thus, it was not properly cleaned, nor was the table. the pricing was done right and was affordable but not worth.
a big disappointment to the customers waiting in line for more than an hour.

overrated restaurant.

they treat customers like they are giving free food.
rude behaviour n give vague answers to customers.
no manners about customer interaction.
