third class restaurant with the most arrogantstaffi have ever seen in my life. i have been to restaurants all over the world, but never seen such an attitude by any restaurant. they literally have an attitude which makes you feel as if you are having your food for free, they make you feel like beggars the very moment you enter the restaurant. if you want to book a table, they want all your guests to be there in queue so that he will count it and then only allot you a table. if one or two guests are supposed to join you later, then you wont be alloted any seats for them. we had gone there for a birthday party, and felt that it would have been far better if we would have celebrated the party at some other venue.

the food quality is just so so and if you order some item which would take some more time then they would just say they dont have this item. i asked him for tandoori mushroom, he said they dont have mushroom. the very next moment we had mushrooms in soup as well as chinese mushroom dish. they have an attitude even worse than the laari walas of surat.

it seems that their bosses are too rich that they dont care if theirstaffis spoiling their reputations here. sometimes thestaffmakes you feel that they are backed by their bosses to behave in any manner they feel.

a big no for this restaurant and would never recommend it to anyone.

during our visit, it was not just me but we saw around 3-4 shouting disputes between other guests and the hotel staff. i wont be surprise if i hear that there was a big riot at this place in coming days between thestaffand guests.

i visited this place on 8th may 2016, sunday at 8:30 pm. the place was crowded and had a waiting of about an hour. the manager clearly told me that i would get my table in an hour. the table was for five people only. i got my table after one and a half hour. the manager and otherstaffof the restaurant was not so supportive and had an arrogant way of speaking to the customers.
we ordered 2 starters, a main course and different types of indian breads. the starters- paneer chilly and cheese chilly sikh, both were good but not the best. in the main course, we ordered malai kofta, which was very poor in taste and presentation. the indian breads were normal. we were very disappointed as the plates provided to us had broken edges. spoons and glasses were wet before we even sat. thus, it was not properly cleaned, nor was the table. the pricing was done right and was affordable but not worth.
a big disappointment to the customers waiting in line for more than an hour.

really pathetic food and services theirstaffare totally clueless about customer service , served tofu instead of panner and still arguing that it’s panner complaint was raised with front office manager still matter remains unresolved.

you will be amazed to see the entry of the place. it's beautiful and looks straight out of a romantic comedy movie. the restaurant is sprawled across a large area where multiple parties can be held along with a marriage and still not effect the day to day customers. there is separate play zone for kids, cake cutting zone and the waiting area is very comfortable. coming to the food we were a group of 15 so lot of things ordered. i will review the ones i tasted. we started with soup starter and masala papad. the papas was crunchy and not dried. the spices were at the perfect level. i had a mexican chilli beans soup. it was hot and spicy but a little less on mexican flavours. the starter was paneer tidbit. it was like a continental sibling of paneer tikka but the seasoning was continental and not indian. personally i did not like the taste i believe the spices were over done and there a little extra oil also. for main course we had paneer balti and nargisi kofta. i could find any difference in the taste of the gravy. it was the same and so i was disappointed. we also ordered the kiev sizzler. this was the best dish of all. it was cooked to perfection. the patty was soft and flavourful. the vegetables were nicely done and and had a crunch to it. the cherry on top was that even the oldies in the group liked it. the breads we ordered were standard tandoori roti
i likea that they followed our instructions nicely and all the rotis were made very crispy. thestaffis courteous and helps you out in every possible way.

a huge place having a lot of space for children to play and the best garden restaurant of surat,staffis very friendly and they care for customers. there is huge place for a perfect day out for family time.

the taste of food is quite good with lovely ambience. all people visiting surat shall visit this place atleast once in their lifetime.

nice place to hang out with friends. good atmosphere and nicestaffservice. food was delicious. jain food was also good. maintain food quality on holidays...

very beautiful place, quite spacious, nice ambience. good mix of cuisines. nice taste for each items. have been twice here and both time had good experience. good arrangement for sitting during waiting hours. all necessary facilities for infants like feeding area, creches and playing area for children available here. well manneredstaffand clean dining area. i wish i can rate more than 5 to this restaurant. must go and enjoy food type place.

first of all, it's location is almost at one end of surat. extremely isolated and poorly connected through transportation like rickshaw, ola, uber etc.
the location provided on the map is atleast 200-300 mtrs far from the restaurants entrance and exit.

i was provided waiting time of 15 minutes when i reached at 9:00 pm. but he wrote my name on list of 9:45. when i questioned him so, he said this is just procedural, and i would be given a seat by 9:15. this being my first time in this place, i agreed. when i arrived at 9:15 he asked me to wait till 9:30, which again i politely did. again, i was asked to wait some more. when i complained to the person in-charge, he said since your name is on 9:45 list, the seat would be given around that time only !

if the first person would have been honest right at the beginning that i have to wait for 45 mins during my peak hunger time, then i could have made a fair decision whether i have to wait here or leave... but what the restaurantsstaffdid was unfair and unscrupulous !

on top of all, the restaurants have huge boards, right from the moment you enter their big campus which is very huge, reads "we accept cash only, no cards".
irony that the pm who's pet project is to make india "cashless or atleast less cash dependent" has such big restaurants boasting of dealing only in "cash" in his home state !

went here for the first time. had an experience unlike any other.

service: worst. thestafflacks basic manners to talk customers. instead of making the dinning experience pleasant.l, they serve you with loads of attitude and as if u doing them a favor by dinning there.

food: some of the dishes were decent. but some of them were not upto the mark like karara papad that we order tasted like a normal roasted roti. the sizzler that was served was with bare minimum gravy. on providing constructive feedback about the food, all we received we're frowns by the person taking our order and had to call the manager several times to get extra gravy with the sizzler (since totally dry).

ambience: the sitting is in the open in a garden kind of a setting. which was pleasant. did find some insects but that was unavoidable.

payment: being a so called premium restaurant, lacked payment facility by credit card.

special request: on requesting for a cake to celebrate a persons birthday on the group, were told by thestaffthat they cannot serve cake on the table which is quiet surprising. they said that cake can be cut only in 'celebration area' and not at our table. came across such reasoning for first time at a restaurant.

instead of trying to make our first experience at the restaurant special. thestaffensured that we never return for another meal.

wouldn't recommend this resturant to anyone for food, service or special occasions.

a perfect spot to have a nice family dinner. the open dinning concept is appreciable. ambiance is great. you will have a lot of variety to choose from to eat. note that you won't try the new on the menu. it is just tasteless. apart from new items try any other. they have excellent paneer dishes in their menu.staffis really friendly. they will explain any dish that you want to know and if you ask them they will suggest some specialties of them. you will enjoy your time over there.

had been there with friends,the waiters were not enthusiastic and the food was cold as hell and within 5 mins of ordering the food came and we being suspicious that its raw and made in such a hurry,we complained about the food thestafftotally ignored us and when we said that where is your suggestion:complaint book they told us that they didn't have one.
before this,i visited this place once and it was quite nice,but this time it was a sub-standard quality restaurant.
me inclding my whole friends group will never visit this place again

located on outskirts of the city the place is beautiful, pleasant and spread on a vast area. sitting area is surrounded by fountains and decorated by vintage style lights accompanied by good music. service was a bit slow and thestaffwas not well aware of the menu. coming to the starters and soup we had karari roomali roti along with mexican bean nachos, veg manchurian, thai soup and arrabiata pasta, all were quiet good. moving to main course we ordered a punjabi subji which was not that good and naan was ok. the veg dum biryani was bland and lacked flavours. in short a good place to spend quality time with family or friends. recommended to have italian or mexican items.

every time i visit surat, this is a must stop for me! the location is bit on the far side of the city but that gives the place space.. much lacking in the clustered city. 

the menu is your standard, bit paneer here; nothing fancy in general. there may not be a lot of variety but there is something for everyone. thestaffat entry may seem bit arrogant but thestaffwhich serves at the table are very courteous and they are good with their suggestions too. 

the food is good. i have ordered many things over my multiple visits and have never been disappointed with the food.

a major drawback is that there is always a waiting, and on sunday after 8 pm they send you back as they have to wait beyond 11 pm! another issue is that you cannot make a reservation, hence, you have to go early and book a table.
