this is beautiful & peaceful place, you can enjoy with family or couple, amazing food and taste. this gardenrestaurantis always crowded. so you have to wait for 1 hour atleast  but you can spend your time in garden and other activity,

it is an overrated place considering food taste and menu options. the ambience is really good and service just average while staffers run helter skelter to rush food to guests. taste of the food was okayish and no jubiliency in both taste or serving food items. we order paneer shashlik sizzler and it was just below average and subzi was just alright if not bland in taste. their soup of thai coriander was good. considering all this i would say there are entry of other places in surat that get you quality food and revitalize taste buds. only large space and ambience does not make a good restaurant. you actually have to satisfy taste buds. therestaurantfailed to.do.that.

third classrestaurantwith the most arrogant staff i have ever seen in my life. i have been to restaurants all over the world, but never seen such an attitude by any restaurant. they literally have an attitude which makes you feel as if you are having your food for free, they make you feel like beggars the very moment you enter the restaurant. if you want to book a table, they want all your guests to be there in queue so that he will count it and then only allot you a table. if one or two guests are supposed to join you later, then you wont be alloted any seats for them. we had gone there for a birthday party, and felt that it would have been far better if we would have celebrated the party at some other venue.

the food quality is just so so and if you order some item which would take some more time then they would just say they dont have this item. i asked him for tandoori mushroom, he said they dont have mushroom. the very next moment we had mushrooms in soup as well as chinese mushroom dish. they have an attitude even worse than the laari walas of surat.

it seems that their bosses are too rich that they dont care if their staff is spoiling their reputations here. sometimes the staff makes you feel that they are backed by their bosses to behave in any manner they feel.

a big no for thisrestaurantand would never recommend it to anyone.

during our visit, it was not just me but we saw around 3-4 shouting disputes between other guests and the hotel staff. i wont be surprise if i hear that there was a big riot at this place in coming days between the staff and guests.

i visited this place on 8th may 2016, sunday at 8:30 pm. the place was crowded and had a waiting of about an hour. the manager clearly told me that i would get my table in an hour. the table was for five people only. i got my table after one and a half hour. the manager and other staff of therestaurantwas not so supportive and had an arrogant way of speaking to the customers.
we ordered 2 starters, a main course and different types of indian breads. the starters- paneer chilly and cheese chilly sikh, both were good but not the best. in the main course, we ordered malai kofta, which was very poor in taste and presentation. the indian breads were normal. we were very disappointed as the plates provided to us had broken edges. spoons and glasses were wet before we even sat. thus, it was not properly cleaned, nor was the table. the pricing was done right and was affordable but not worth.
a big disappointment to the customers waiting in line for more than an hour.

this gardenrestaurantis located at l p sawani sports complex in pal hajira road. it has huge green landscape with lot of amenities and good seating. while there is waiting due to rush, but the service is prompt, food variety and quality as well as quantity are very good. they have play area for kids, good waiting area as well as large parking lot.

we tried their north indian fare with masala papad, paneer sabzi, tandoori atta roti and dum biryani, and all were good especially the dum biryani was rich in taste and aroma and a must try.

you will be amazed to see the entry of the place. it's beautiful and looks straight out of a romantic comedy movie. therestaurantis sprawled across a large area where multiple parties can be held along with a marriage and still not effect the day to day customers. there is separate play zone for kids, cake cutting zone and the waiting area is very comfortable. coming to the food we were a group of 15 so lot of things ordered. i will review the ones i tasted. we started with soup starter and masala papad. the papas was crunchy and not dried. the spices were at the perfect level. i had a mexican chilli beans soup. it was hot and spicy but a little less on mexican flavours. the starter was paneer tidbit. it was like a continental sibling of paneer tikka but the seasoning was continental and not indian. personally i did not like the taste i believe the spices were over done and there a little extra oil also. for main course we had paneer balti and nargisi kofta. i could find any difference in the taste of the gravy. it was the same and so i was disappointed. we also ordered the kiev sizzler. this was the best dish of all. it was cooked to perfection. the patty was soft and flavourful. the vegetables were nicely done and and had a crunch to it. the cherry on top was that even the oldies in the group liked it. the breads we ordered were standard tandoori roti
i likea that they followed our instructions nicely and all the rotis were made very crispy. the staff is courteous and helps you out in every possible way.

a huge place having a lot of space for children to play and the best gardenrestaurantof surat, staff is very friendly and they care for customers. there is huge place for a perfect day out for family time.

the taste of food is quite good with lovely ambience. all people visiting surat shall visit this place atleast once in their lifetime.

pathetic waiters and managers they don’t know anything about hotel andrestaurantindustry thisrestaurantis running by unprofessional people if you are looking for some respect do not visit this restaurant. they don’t know about service industry they don’t know how to behave with customers.

thisrestaurantis fantastic. it is my  favorite spot in adajan. our waiters  was fantastic. they were super friendly and funny. great happy hours. their food of panner  / mix veg  was a amazing.  you can make reservations, which i would recommend because it does get busy in weekends. a must try if you live or visiting devilla.

w.r.t to ambience one of the best gardenrestaurantin surat i guess,
you will get nice vibes for sure,
but in case of food they have to work on their quality as because they were not upto the mark,
also price is very much high indeed.

went here for the first time. had an experience unlike any other.

service: worst. the staff lacks basic manners to talk customers. instead of making the dinning experience pleasant.l, they serve you with loads of attitude and as if u doing them a favor by dinning there.

food: some of the dishes were decent. but some of them were not upto the mark like karara papad that we order tasted like a normal roasted roti. the sizzler that was served was with bare minimum gravy. on providing constructive feedback about the food, all we received we're frowns by the person taking our order and had to call the manager several times to get extra gravy with the sizzler (since totally dry).

ambience: the sitting is in the open in a garden kind of a setting. which was pleasant. did find some insects but that was unavoidable.

payment: being a so called premium restaurant, lacked payment facility by credit card.

special request: on requesting for a cake to celebrate a persons birthday on the group, were told by the staff that they cannot serve cake on the table which is quiet surprising. they said that cake can be cut only in 'celebration area' and not at our table. came across such reasoning for first time at a restaurant.

instead of trying to make our first experience at therestaurantspecial. the staff ensured that we never return for another meal.

wouldn't recommend this resturant to anyone for food, service or special occasions.

ok ok experience.. i can't say it is amazing experience n also i can't say it was bad experience.. place is nice n interior is good.. but thought the test is not good, service is also not satisfied and price are 🙄🤐.. it is one of the expensiverestaurantin surat

overall look & feel of therestaurantwas quite enjoyable; even waiting time was lesser than we expected because it was sunday. the thing which i didn't like there was food, soup was not that hot as it should be, we ordered punjabi sabji along with naan...naan was very chewy, sabji was average; i must say as per the price, quantity was good but not quality. i gave 3 star ratings just for embience & their positive service.
