horribleservice..staff doesn't know how to talk and behave. the guy named sanjay at the reception was verbally violent! worst place i have ever been to!

it is an overrated place considering food taste and menu options. the ambience is really good andservicejust average while staffers run helter skelter to rush food to guests. taste of the food was okayish and no jubiliency in both taste or serving food items. we order paneer shashlik sizzler and it was just below average and subzi was just alright if not bland in taste. their soup of thai coriander was good. considering all this i would say there are entry of other places in surat that get you quality food and revitalize taste buds. only large space and ambience does not make a good restaurant. you actually have to satisfy taste buds. the restaurant failed to.do.that.

third classserviceever i have seen, if you are not ready to give order in 10 minutes of arrival then waiters n managers forces you to give order & more over they said if you can't decide in 10 minutes then you should make empty your table. more over you have to complete your food in half n hour else they force it to complete it & recall you by saying others are there. worsr part is they dont allow you to cut cake on table for same reason. its not restro or lounge, that you can sit with your dear ones & celebrate its just a desi dhaba type for eating only. i suggest don't go there & insult your self by waiters.

had been there today with my school friends. nice food, goodserviceand beautiful environment as well. but would like to add that sometimes it becomes noise due to the music they play in the background. over all good and nice.
approximately 500₹ per person.

this garden restaurant is located at l p sawani sports complex in pal hajira road. it has huge green landscape with lot of amenities and good seating. while there is waiting due to rush, but theserviceis prompt, food variety and quality as well as quantity are very good. they have play area for kids, good waiting area as well as large parking lot.

we tried their north indian fare with masala papad, paneer sabzi, tandoori atta roti and dum biryani, and all were good especially the dum biryani was rich in taste and aroma and a must try.

surrounding is super cool and it's a open lounge so it's very good. the taste of the food was good and theservicewas also acceptable

food quality good but very badservicewaited for 3 hours but still they were not able to provide basicservicelike placing tissues providing salad and water on time horrible experience

really pathetic food and services their staff are totally clueless about customerservice, served tofu instead of panner and still arguing that it’s panner complaint was raised with front office manager still matter remains unresolved.

place is completely next level. we went there for group party. it was worth it. the food quality and variety andservicewas undoubtedly outstanding.

pathetic waiters and managers they don’t know anything about hotel and restaurant industry this restaurant is running by unprofessional people if you are looking for some respect do not visit this restaurant. they don’t know aboutserviceindustry they don’t know how to behave with customers.

ma expextion was totally fail... i heard very good about this restaurant... but i heard wrong....totally bad experience... i must think twice to come again here ...

dvilla is a good options for big gathering or functions. price are comparatively higher than other options. but still,serviceis good.

need to work on seating comforts

went here for the first time. had an experience unlike any other.

service: worst. the staff lacks basic manners to talk customers. instead of making the dinning experience pleasant.l, they serve you with loads of attitude and as if u doing them a favor by dinning there.

food: some of the dishes were decent. but some of them were not upto the mark like karara papad that we order tasted like a normal roasted roti. the sizzler that was served was with bare minimum gravy. on providing constructive feedback about the food, all we received we're frowns by the person taking our order and had to call the manager several times to get extra gravy with the sizzler (since totally dry).

ambience: the sitting is in the open in a garden kind of a setting. which was pleasant. did find some insects but that was unavoidable.

payment: being a so called premium restaurant, lacked payment facility by credit card.

special request: on requesting for a cake to celebrate a persons birthday on the group, were told by the staff that they cannot serve cake on the table which is quiet surprising. they said that cake can be cut only in 'celebration area' and not at our table. came across such reasoning for first time at a restaurant.

instead of trying to make our first experience at the restaurant special. the staff ensured that we never return for another meal.

wouldn't recommend this resturant to anyone for food,serviceor special occasions.

visited frequently since last four years, always crowded with some functions and celebrations. it is definitely out of the world feeling when entered from gate.service, food, hospitality simply superb. only lacking in acceptance of digital payment systems (only cash). tried matka paneer, cilantro rice, sizzling hot brownie only, food excellent as always. must recommended for families and special occasions.

ok ok experience.. i can't say it is amazing experience n also i can't say it was bad experience.. place is nice n interior is good.. but thought the test is not good,serviceis also not satisfied and price are 🙄🤐.. it is one of the expensive restaurant in surat
