i'm over it.. i've been here a couple of times and yes the steaks are good but the rest of it really falls off. for some reason they think an enormous amount of salt is good seasoning. if you can scrape most of it off the meat is very good. the service in the bar is far superior to what you get upstairs.
i believe i saw the owner the last time i was there and he seemed like a complete d-bag. yes "d-bag", don't want to get anyone offended and have this post removed.
i guess this is a good steakhouse for spokane but compared to those in other cities, it's just..... meh.
if you're on an expense account, go for it, if not, spokane has many other fantastic restaurants, sante, ruins, scratch, durkins and the list goes on. you have a choice people, you might just as well go someplace with great food, a more reasonable price and any an owner/management staff who aren't complete tools.
