i dined in your restaurant today and was very disappointed for the second time. normally the service here is great. but the last few times i've been i have barely received any service at all. my first disappointment was the server was no where to be found. was here for an hour waiting on food. this time we waited ten minutes for anyone to talk to us. the service was very unpleasant.

well.... to start off, the food was ok. out server on the other hand was a little slow and didn't really know anything about the menu or how to serve. her name was kristina. ( had to look at the check to find out) they had good desert, i'll give them that. better off eating at mcdonalds.

meh. it's ok, but not great. it's nothing special

big portions but nothing special.

rude and unclean. the manager and assistant manager need to be replaced before the people stop come here to eat...
the cheddars in irving tx. was so much nicer and cleaner than wichita!

love it. love everything! the prices are really good, the staff are so friendly!

worse chedder's ever!! service was awful, i ordered monte cristo sandwich, it was soggy and pretty gross. i asked 3 times before the waiter brought me a refill will not come back to this one

chicken and waffle?. had the worst meal ever served. the waffle was completely dried out crunchy inside an out. the "chicken" was a couple of tenders fried to death. they did not make me pay for it. that was the only good thing i saw there. the waiter looked like he was scared.

long time customer...disappointed. we have been long time customers of the cheddars in s arlington and we have noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the place and the staff is not friendly. the food has changed and is not as good as it once was. this is unfortunate as we have always enjoyed cheddars. not sure we will return to this location. the place looks tired, old and just plain dirty. there was food on the floor and it was not very busy therefore someone should have cleaned it up.

not great but ok. we have been going to cheddars for several years now and have noticed lately the s arlington (kennedale) location needs a good cleaning and face lift. the floor was dirty at lunch and sticky to the feet. the service was ok and the food not that good. not sure what has happened but definitely been a change and not to the good!

stopped at cheddars last night, first time to eat at a cheddars . jessica c was our server. service was awesome food was great portions were huge.

great food. huge variety and portions. excellent service. we had amanda. ask for her. very hard worker. atmosphere was a bit loud. wait time was about 25 minutes. definitely worth it and will be back soon.

one of my favorites. cheddar's is the go to restaurant for my family. the atmosphere is always great, food is fantastic, and prices are very reasonable for the quality & quantity.
the only complaint that i have about the place; they need more locations in wichita. this place is always busy. i guess the word is out, cheddar's is the best.
i take the family there often and many times i have had checks between $40 - $50 for the four of us. that is very good when you consider that you pay almost that at some fast food joints.
my favorite is the chicken pot pie. it is delicious, well priced, and just the right amount of food when coupled with the house salad that comes with it.

grey meat. i have been going to cheddars since i was a teenager with my uncle (that used to be a chef at the same location) and now because of the food i will never return. my boyfriend and i went into the restaurant and then decided to have our food to go. now i wish we hadn't because when we got home and both cut into our chicken fried steaks the meat was grey! it didn't even look like steak at all and when we finally got the courage to taste it the meat was sour. the server was very nice and we got our food delivered in to go boxes in a timely manner; so i have no complaints there. hands down some of the worst food i have ever had. it has taken me two weeks to write a review because i normally don't complain but i am still shocked and disappointed. i will never go back!!!!

i have been going to this location for years. i love their food and the chocolate cake with ice cream. you get a large piece. i can't eat all by myself. my family love when i bring back some chocolate cake!

horrible. has anyone else noticed that cheddars has really gone in the crapper. this used to be a good restaurant, but the last few times i've been there the place is filthy, the service is horrible, and the food is disgusting. it seems to be this same way for all of the cheddars i've been to lately. they really need to completely overhaul their management before this chain goes belly up.
