their cook is no chef. might be able to flip burgers somewhere. sauces are bland, seasoning is near non existent baked potatoes tasted day old and dry. go somewhere else if you was a good meal. i was not treated at the door or assisted in any way despite pushing a wheelchair

the new recipe for the chicken alfredo is so bland! they should really consider going back to the old recipe. it had flavor. everything else was on point.

first time eating here. was about to leave, when our server showed up. he, (don) by the way, was excellent! husband liked his club sandwich. i ordered meatloaf. the menu states it has a tomato glaze. it was more like barbecue! not good on meatloaf. that ruined the taste! we will try again, but will order appetizers.

excited to see two of our favorites on the menu, we ordered a monte christo sandwich and and a chicken pot pie. it took quite a while for server to take our order. even longer for food to arrive. the “sandwich” was a thick piece of dough with monte christo insides. the dough was so thick that the ham and cheese were barely detected. too much mustard was used! the chicken pot pie was misnamed: it was an onion pot pie with 4 small chunks of chicken. the crust was burnt on the edges. not being a fan of onions, nor of burnt pastry, i was very unhappy. when the server came by we told him the food was not good, and mine tasted like onions and nothing else and was also burnt. he laughed and shrugged it off. we asked to speak to the manager. fifteen minutes went by, no manager. we paid and left. and we will not go back. this entire event took over 2 hours from when we arrived, even though we were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. bad service and horrible chef.

my wife and i eat there often. but today i got the greeter that was awful she said it would be 5 to 10 minutes.  it was more like 15 minutes. then she wanted to put us downstairs. when we told her we had bad knees. she said she would put us somewhere else. but then she started placing other people that came in after us in places we could have been seated. after waiting a long time i gave up and left. the is the first time the place was almost empty and we had to wait. the food is good! the greeters are not. if i walk in there again and see that pudgy greeter again,  i will leave, it just isn't worth the hassle.

i order from here at least 2 times a week for lunch at work. every time they over charge me. i have worked in the industry before so i know they manually add their tips. so every time i purchase my meal they add on extra tips for themselves. i always looked past it until this time. i ordered a medium well steak which has some pink in the middle not a lot. this is what i received. when i called to speak with the manager i was placed on the longest hold ever. finally micheal came on the line and stated that there was nothing they could do for the overcharge or the wrongly cooked steak. i informed him that is not a way to keep customers coming back he did not seem to care. i will never go back here and encourage you all reading this to think before wasting your money at this joke of an establishment.

this place is tough for me to review.  we have been there a number of times.  it has a great menu with very reasonable prices.but the service is so inconsistent that it is tough to give it much in the way of a review.the staff is friendly but they are (in bull durham style) lollygaggers.  they lollygag to the table...they lollygag to the kitchen...they lollygag with your food in hand.  i have been served cold food more than once...and sure i can send it back, but who wants too do that with a family.we have had much better luck with service in the restaurant than the tables around the bar...but the main dining area is ridiculously loud.  it really seems like the problem is primarily management...as in they don't have any.  i have had a great meal and tried to pay a compliment and told the manager was unavailable...i have also had a complaint and gotten the same answer.i will go back...the chicken tenders are excellent and i love the variety of vegetable offerings, but my expectations are low.

this place is the generic american food place. you have the same fries, chicken strips, burgers, etc. there is not much crowd, but there's nothing really special either. nice place to have fun with a group, or to grab a quick bite. service is usually fast.

some of their food seems to be fresh and pretty good tasting. although on one occasion i asked to hold the sausage out of the cajun pasta, they told me they couldn't. when i asked why they couldn't, i was told it comes in the bag that way. seriously!!!! in today's chain restaurants bagged and reheat must equal home cooked from scratch. i've been skeptical ever since.

my friends & i have been going to this restaurant twice a month in the evening for over 5 yrs. we like it, the service has been good, and we haven't had to wait very long (5 to 10 min) for our group to be seated. we went last night and i'm assuming they changed managers as we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated & by that time part of our group had left & the manager was stunned that someone would leave. she also complained because we had 10 people. really??? our table wasn't clean--sticky & salt was spilt on part of it & we had to ask for it to be cleaned. the food was good, but several of us were shocked at the change. i'm sincerely hoping this was a one time incident!

we went to cheddars in norman to celebrate a birthday. there was a man in the corner table that was talking and cursing so loud we could not hear the conversation at our table. it was a family section with children. he had another group of women laughing so loudly that it became even worse. we asked the waitress if they could ask the group to be more quiet, but nothing was done. we asked a waiter if we could talk to the manager about the situation and we were told he would not come because the man causing all the commotion was a returning customer. well.... i will not be a returning customer. i will go to mcdonald's before i ever go back to cheddars.

cheddars is about the best food relative to price in the fast casual category.  my favorite is the blackened catfish.  it is good for the wallet as well as the waistline with the correct sides.  the broccoli rice casserole is not one of those sides that is good for the waistline, but it is good for the tastebuds...and i hate broccoli!  also try the monte cristo if you arent calorie conscious, any of the salads, or heck, i havent had anything bad there.  definately will be making many return trips.

i really like this place! the food is very good and reasonably priced. the waitstaff is not very good but they are just kids learning the trade. i highly recommend it

slowest service ever!
we went to eat during a lull in business, maybe 5 tables had customers. there was an abundance of waiters and waitresses. everyone that worked there seemed to be having a bad day. the problems we encountered had to be management related. there was only three of us in our party and they were slow taking our order, bringing drinks, bringing food, and bringing check. they got the order wrong and never brought out additional requested condiments. the floor was disgusting, food and drinks all over the floor, yet as many people were working there, no one seemed to be able to clean it up.
this is the third time in two weeks that we have been there to eat and we have had the same issues every time.

we were greeted and seated without any problem. as we tried to order drinks that is when the problem started. i have allergies to pineapple and orange most of the drinks on the menu have one or both in them as far as drinks i would drink so i asked for them to be removed. first they could not make the pina colada. on the menu it doesn't clearly state pineapple but i know there is in the mix. on the menu it states appleton estate v/x, malibu rum,cream coconut. so i first asked if they could remove the pineapple part from the drink they stated no. i asked if the could make a coconut mojito they again said no which they have all the ingredient mojito was a drink on the list. so i then asked if they could make any coconut drink they stated no they did not have anything to make a coconut drink. that is real funny because on the drink menu it clearly list malibu rum. at this point i was just done i was not going to argue my point. there are many drinks on the menu that have coconut in them. i was more then willing to pay the same price as one of the drink with the removed items i did not want. but they were unwilling to even try. i have never in all my life had such an experience with a bartender. we then ordered our meal when it came my steak was not cook like i asked i specifically stated i wanted a steak that was med to med well pink but no blood!. i am ocd i can only eat certain foods cooked certain ways or i will not be able to eat so we returned the food to be put back on the fire/grill what ever they cook on. when the steak came back it barely had any pink in it it was drowned in pepper. i could not eat it luckily my husband shared his dinner and eat part of my steak so it was not totally a waste. the chicken tenders were the worst chicken i had ever eaten my husband did not want to eat them either. they were like rubber. it reminded me of raw chicken it just made me sick thinking about it i had to just push it aside. i can say this the ribs were great the mac and cheese was good, the sweet potato casserole was awesome, the broccoli casserole was good and broccoli was also good. we also had the cheese bites as an appetizer they were ok. other then these few good things that i mentioned my dinner was terrible and i would not visit again. i might think about ordering some food to go like the mac and cheese and sweet potato casserole but other then that i would not waste my time on a place who cares so little for customer service. especially the steak being covered in extra pepper after being cooked longer.
