a nice cozy café in the bustling white town! i loved theambienceand the courteous service of the staff. an exhaustive menu of items too. i loved the chocolate almond coconut cake! the price was also very reasonable for the quality. a must visit for anybody who’s in pondicherry!

the lady who was managing everything here was really sweet and got us a table in 8-10 mins at the time of rush. theambienceis good but the food was not up to the mark. it is overhyped just because of the ambience. the refreshments were ok. the bread of tartines and pizza were little hard and chewy.

if you’re on a look out for insta worthy cafes in pondicherry then cafe des arts should definitely be on you’re list. cafe des arts is famous for its yellow walls. theambienceand decor of this café is really beautiful. it’s more popular for its fancy artwork than its food. classic decor with painted walls, write ups and a tricycle auto rickshaw at the entrance. even though the food was average but the overall experience was good. one can get some great pictures here.

this has to be one of the most overhyped cafes in all of pondicherry and honestly speaking it was worth the hype
.
on my recent visit to pondicherry i visited various cafes but this one provides good food within a good budget comparatively
.
this place is usually crowded on weekends and to my suprise it wasn't crowded on a sunday saturday afternoon which is quite shocking
.
the place has a beautifulambienceand vibrant colours
.
we ordered some croques which is a toasted sandwich filled with veggies and chicken. it was filling and honestly worth every penny
.
also ordered a freshly baked waffle which was good too
.
the cafe also has some merchandise which are for sale to the customers

theambienceand quirky decor are very appealing.but core ingredient the food is pretty average.the staff is quite friendly too.the coffee is good rest is average.

we visited on a sunday morning at 9am for breakfast. it got us good 15mins to get the table. the good part, they were checking in if guests are double vaccinated or not. it was a new years so many tourists were found at pondi. so checking was a good idea.
theambienceis lovely. the decor and the vibe of the place is cozy.
the service, way too slow.
the french woman and the local guy who host/ manage the cafe were not so warm ( maybe one of those days :) )
the food was strictly ok ( as opposed to the hype around for this cafe)
the outdoor is quite popular for the photo op and i believe so is the indoor.

last word. it’s ok, if you skip this place for food.

i visited cafe des arts a few years back. it is so great to see that the cafe has retained the quality that i so fondly remember. we had some sandwiches(monsieur and chicken) and crepes. both of which were awesome. crepes are a must have here. theambienceof the cafe induces a serenity, it is so chic and pretty. the prices are reasonable and portion sizes are more than sufficient. i will recommend 100% visit the place while you are in pondicherry

the greenambiencebowled us over! the fresh fruit concoctions were very nutritional and delicious. the decor was so rustic and inviting. and last but not the least you can't miss the in-house boutique ! the experience was delightful

we went in inspite of the poor reviews this place has received. theambienceis amazing and the staff extremely hospitable. but that is all one can rave about this place. they could have been a little more considerate on delivering a decent platter of food. the bread was hard to chew for a place that should be operating in the french quarters.
it is a different story when it comes to the desserts though. they are decent and might be the only edible items here.

the cafe was one of our must visit places in pondy and it did not disappoint.

like a few other places such as coromandel cafe, it is an old villa converted into an eatery. theambienceis very relaxed and we saw a couple of folks sitting with their laptops and a cup of coffee.

we had the waffle with chocolate spread, the crepe with jam, an orange juice and a cappuccino. the waffle was amazing - very light, fluffy and crispy. it paired well with the chocolate spread. the crepe was also very good - thin, and soft. the jam was a bit disappointing. would recommend alternate pairings.

it is reasonably priced. on the whole, would definitely recommend.

one of the best cafes in pondicherry. the french cuisine andambienceis remarkable. it is the perfect place to sit down with a cup of coffee and your favourite book.

i went there a few weeks back and loved it. the walls of the cafe had attracted me while i was walking through the streets of white town with my friends. the graffiti stood out among all the surrounding cafes. the interior was just as eye catching. the outdoor seating area was beautiful with decorated chairs and tables. the inside was serene and decorated with antiques.

the food was delicious. we had bacon and honey crepes and a plate of bacon and cheese croques. the crepes were perfect.

it was one of the best brunch experiences.
