terrible service. "i was here for dinner andordereda vegetarian chimichanga, making it clear that im a strict vegetarian and do not want meat of any kind in my food. the dinner was brought in by a different waiter. when we were half way through dinner, guy #1 stops by at least 3 times to ask if everything was ok. the third time, i asked him if i was eating what i had asked for. he admitted they had confused orders and served me beef. he apparently didnt think of telling me this until i asked him and until i was half way through my meal. we left immediately after. a big thumbs down to this place for irresponsible and indifferent service."

this is from yet another girls’ night out i went to with another set of my girlfriends. we met at cactus in kirkland and had a good time there. it was crowded and there was long wait as it was a friday night, but we scored some seats at the bar andordereddrinks while we waited for our table. we had a few other things, but i remember the butternut squash enchiladas which are one of my favorite things to eat there and we also had the roasted potatoes tacos ( i don’t have a picture of that) which was pretty delicious too. the three milk cuban flan was so out of the world but the cowgirl brownie was very so-so. overall, we had a good time there!

unfortunately i didn't enjoy this restaurant at all. the decor was very out of date and the space felt very dirty. service wasn't great and everything weorderedwas below average.

i was quite disappointed after hearing such good things. the decor and set up leads me to believe that there is a lot of potential but maybe we're just spoilt in jhb with there being so much competition. the frozen margaritas were very average but i think the salt fell into mine so i really didn't enjoy it. weorderedchilli poppers for a starter, i was intrigued with the various filling options opting away from the traditional cream cheese filling and what seemed to be plain yogurt as a dipping sauce rather than sour cream, i did like the puffiness and crunch of the popper tho. we had their fajitas as a main which was flavourful, their wraps just broke apart a bit too easily. most disappointing was their nachos, it looked (and tasted) like doritos were spread on a plate and sprinkled with cheese and popped in a microwave. once the top layer was eaten it was just a plate of doritos.

brought to this delightful place by a dear college friend who moved to kirkland some years ago.

as a first timer i couldn't help but notice how popular this place was as people buzzed around and we were told our wait time was 45 minutes. my friend told me it's worth the wait even though we were famished.

as we chatted and helped ourselves to their delicious guacamole and tortilla chips, i decided to order their house favorite sonoran spa chicken as my main. our maitre"d assured me i won't regret it. indeed she was right in a jiffy we had our meals, can't remember what my friend hadorderedbut she kept saying it was awesome and asked me to try some.

loved the food, the ambience and the service. highly recommended, will definitely visit this place again when i'm next in seattle.

while the service was fine, the food was boringly bland! iordereda supposedly spicy dish; you could have fooled me because it was almost tasteless. the side dishes were rice and beans, but they might as well have been cardboard for all their flavor. one of my fellow diners did not finish her chicken dish because of its lack of appeal. my husband thought his dish was just passable. i do not plan to return.

first - and last time eating here!!ordereda veggie dish and received something with shrimp in it - totally grossed me out. if they can't get simple things correct- well enough said...

great food and service. it was our first time here.orderedthe seafood enchiladas and the brisket tacos. both were very good. tried a few different varieties of margaritas too. received good service and the atmosphere was very relaxing. we will be back!

great food and incredible service!. we just got done eating here and it was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in recent history for us. i had the fish tacos and my girlfriendorderedthe butternut squash enchiladas. the food was delicious and the servings were large enough to fill the manliest of appetites. i highly recommend getting the patron agave margarita (no mixes here)! and ricardo is the man when it comes to pleasant, polite and very speedy service, he also made some great recommendations from the menu to give a couple new customers an idea of what is popular. definitely go here!!!

unique. my experience at cactus was very interesting as the restaurant puts a small spin on typical spanish dishes. iorderedthe stuff pepper, an item on the menu that stayed true to its heritage with way too much cheese.
