sage cocktail was light and refreshing. mexican corn had agreatsmokey flavor and the brisket burrito was enough for 3. follow it all up with a family secret recipe for the best flan imaginable. all so very good. thank you maria & courtney for making it seem like a special occasion!!

my favorite spot in kirkland. always agreatvibe here even though it's often hard to get a spot at the bar during happy hour ( their chips and salsa are on fleek). as a vegetarian i am definitely spoilt for choice here but my favorite are the mushroom chipotle quesadilla and the chile relleno. wash it all down with their brilliant margaritas, and all is well with the world.

a frequent wateringhole of many a local cactus is known for it's friendly staff andgreatservice. but not only do they excel in their drinks game, their food is absolutely fantastic and they have a very diverse menu; from steak to nachos and pizza.

i am giving 4.5 stars because we went from a zero star experience to a 5 star experience. we had a unfortunate first try with the bartender snapping at us. we went to leave and i decided i should mention it. my friend was literally out the door and fuming, and rightfully so. the manager, cooper, was very kind and welcoming, calming my upset friend by offering us free drinks and appetizers. he did agreatjob turning around a very negative experience into a pleasant one, going as far as cleaning a table for us, sitting us immediately, comping as promised, and checking in on us.greatjob, cooper. we'll be back!

unfortunately i didn't enjoy this restaurant at all. the decor was very out of date and the space felt very dirty. service wasn'tgreatand everything we ordered was below average.

if its a quick drink after work, or some amazing mexican food, this is agreatplace to be. the pizza is made in a wood fire oven for the authentic feel and the chilli poppers are amazing.

i've been here on many occasions and have always had a good time. their pizza's are great, along with their baked enchiladas. cactus is agreatplace to catch up with friends or warm up before going out for the night. they have a wide selection of cocktails and shooters to get the night going.

service is generally good, but if you're going for dinner, try to get there before 8pm. after then they are extremely busy, especially on a weekend and service is slow.

we visited on the recommendation of a friend and were delighted with our experience. very friendly staff, one of the best margaritas i have had and the food was fabulous.greatcombinations of flavors. the toffee cake for dessert was incredible. we will eat here again.

great food and incredible service!. we just got done eating here and it was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in recent history for us. i had the fish tacos and my girlfriend ordered the butternut squash enchiladas. the food was delicious and the servings were large enough to fill the manliest of appetites. i highly recommend getting the patron agave margarita (no mixes here)! and ricardo is the man when it comes to pleasant, polite and very speedy service, he also made somegreatrecommendations from the menu to give a couple new customers an idea of what is popular. definitely go here!!!

margarita dreams... so i have drank many margaritas but this one is really the best. they usegreatagave tequila and get it just right. food is super yummy and bartenders are great.

lovely meal &greatatmosphere. we just had an excellent dinner at cactus - good food and prompt, friendly and informative service. it was a sunny summer evening and although we were inside, the big glass sliding windows were open so the street cafe feel extended inside.

the calamari appetizer has a thin, crispy corn coating which contrasted nicely with the juicy squid - very nice take on a familiar dish. the guacamole was fine, but nothing special (boudreau's in san antonio has my favorite guacamole).

my husband's pork steak adobe was a big hit, and my crab tamales were good, but the sides and sauces were better than the tamales.

i should have asked about the iced tea - it was "tropical" but it tasted like i was drinking my kids' shampoo :(

this is definitely on the repeat list
