great food, great service!. really enjoyed this restaurant. the only negative thing i could say is someone decided to make a cheesy restroom sign out of sticky foil letters and draw an arrow on cardboard paper. makes no sense why you would spend much money on decor and do something like this. that aside, great team service and thefoodis very good. as everyone knows it will set you back at least a benjamin, per couple, to eat here.

greatfoodand excellent service!. this is my second experience at a brazilian steakhouse and i'm glad they brought one to louisville! thefoodwas great and you could eat as much or as little as you'd like. they have lunch specials that are cheaper and allow you to eat the salad/pasta bar and side dishes or all that plus the chicken items that are delivered to your table. we met the owner who was very friendly and happy to have us. i would highly suggest it!

great food, interesting salad bar, phenomenal wine list, and superb desserts. if you leave here hungry, it's your own fault. i can't give it a 5 though because it is expensive. about $50 a plate when all is said and done. i love food, but i didn't feel like i could eat that muchfoodto justify the price. it was well-prepared though. atmosphere was very noisy. almost impossible to carry on a conversation across the table. we ended up yelling at each other. so while thefoodwas no doubt good, we probably won't be back.

a must try restaurant!. brazerios was a great experience as everyone was very friendly and thefoodwas delcious. it is definitely the place to go for some wonderful brazilian food!

we are regulars. this place has never disappointed us. the atmosphere is right, thefoodis great and the staff is fantastic. they work as a team, constantly monitoring the patrons, the servers and the tables. the manager walks through often. we are always greeted correctly, always treated with respect, always waited on appropriately. many restaurants in the area could learn from the customer service & management skills of the restaurant, not to mention the lamb chops are awesome. i know your bill can tally up pretty quick, however i would much rather have this experience and spend 25$ more, then have an okay experience for less. this restaurant meets the 4 criteria: 1) greatfood(taste, variety, fresh, quality) 2) great service (staff clean, polite. team work) 3) great management (without this-nothing works) 4) atmosphere (presentation, cleanliness, music, lighting) we really enjoy this restaurant, often droping in for no special occasion and in jeans, its just a fabulous place to be.

greatfoodand great service. we have been to several brazilian steakhouses. the flavors of all the meats we tasted was superior to most of the other steakhouses. the filet (w/o bacon) was the best i have had in months including so other "fancy" steakhouses. love that there is one close now since we have eaten at one in chicago, indy, nashville and atlanta. did i mention the great service. the service is what makes the evening so enjoyable.

going to cost you a lot!. ok, here is the deal, one of our office workers and his wife ate here about two weeks ago and loved the place, therefore, we said lets go there while our friends from england are here as she loves to eat meat. ok, we could go last night, wednesday, reservation were made. myself, my wife, and english friends arrived and i had to use the valet parking on muh. ali street as all the parking spaces were taken and the walk from the parking garage would be too much for us older people. this place is part of 4th st. live, a bit hard to find unless someone tells where it is. all six of us arrived at the same time and told the hostess we had reservation for 6:30 and she seemed to not be able to locate us. we had to wait while two tables were put together for the six of us. there were a very noisy group of men, about 20 seated near us, i asked for another spot and she told us they did not have another area available as the other half of the place was reserved for a group of 80!!. upon being seated, the waiter explained how the system worked and said just let us know if you what a certain meat they were offering and it would be at the table in short order. the dinner meal is fixed at $38.50 and includes the salad bar which is outstanding but we were there for the meat. we did pay a visit to the salad bar and there are lots of interesting items you do not see in this area. none of us took a lot of salad, waiting for the meat. you have to turn the little card by your plate over to the green side when you are ready for the food. in short order the guys started bring the meat. there were pamphlets on the table with pictures of the different meats and what they werer. the servers are hard to hear and understand as it is very noisy in the place and the many of the servers have an accent. i was able to id most of what was being offered by the pictures on the pamphlet. by the time we were about half way through the meal, all the tables were full and people at the bar waiting for their table. we also had to listen to the thumping music that was coming from 4th st live. the group of men were leaving but taking their sweet time and still loud. by now the group of 80 had started to parade in. guess what? there were not enough chairs for them so the servers had to come grab emepty chairs from our area, nice. several in our party ordered dessert and that took 20 minutes to make it back to the table. next, i asked for the checks and they finally arrived. my ticket with dessert, one drink, two waters came to $101.45, mmmm. i was looking for an enjoyable quiet evening to spent with our friends. as we could hear very little of way was being said, that did not work out. thefoodwas very good, especially the prime rib and the filet were great. i really think they need to do something about the nose factor, i left there full but feeling like i had been eating in a barn. for what they charge, it shoulld be much better experience. if you go, ask if there are going to be large groups there and watching about 80 people trying to get a plate offoodat the salad was interesting. i bet it took over an hour for all of them to get through. hats off to the servers and meat servers. may go back but not real sure.

horriblefoodkrogers has a better meat/ cheese/salad bar. i rarely down restaurants because i know the work that goes in but this is another disgrace to louisvillefooda tourist trap. please do not eat here and if you do not judge louisvillefoodon this place.

this is always my wife's and my special occasion restraunt. thefoodis always amazing and the service is so good. i will always go back here it's well worth the money that you pay.

wonderful experience !!!. this is a "do-not-miss" restaurant. thefoodis phenomenal, the waitstaff are exemplary and thefood- omg - thefoodis, quite simply, unbelievable. this meat lovers paradise offers a wide variety of meats, along with a beautiful salad bar, in a super-clean establishment. i'm a restaurateur myself, and this place is impressive. the owner was in the restaurant when we were there - was nice to see... zack was our waiter - very very attentive... a+

high priced meat buffet......once will be enough for me. if you can't, or don't want to eat 3-4 pounds of meat in a sitting to get your moneys worth, this may not be the place for you.

myself and my friends were hungry and ready for a good meal after playing 27 holes of golf. all of us love steak and good meats so it sounded like it would hit the spot. we were laughing about it reminding us of a high priced meat-only shoneys before we left. service was good, very friendly and attentive, just hard to understand what they were bringing by the table because they all had very heavy accents.

starters: the bread was flavorless and filled with something that resembled cheese. not really sure what it was and couldn't understand the wait staffs replies when we asked. the rectangle (crispy polenta) apps were also not very flavorful and tasted like they were cooked in old oil, much like the plantains or caramelized banana's as they call them on their site. mashed pot's were good.

salad: good salad bar. this was what pushed it to a 3 star for me. but again, could have been better for the price. beets and artichokes were from a can and the dressing tasted like it was as well. i expected homemade dressings in a higher end steak house. my complements to the schwans man.

meat: several good cuts of meat. lamb was good. several that weren't great as well. really let down by the bacon wrapped filet. overcooked and way to much garlic butter laid to it.

my bottom line: i would rather spend that kind of dinner $ at ye old, ruth's chris, or baker peters and have access to homemadefoodand quality breads and sides.

amazing. brazeiros has the best cuts of meat i have had in east tennessee with the exception of ye olde steakhouse. they have different cuts of beef, lamb, chicken, and pork that are all so juicy and delicious it melts in your mouth. i have been to some of the top rated steakhouses in the u.s. and this is as close as you can get to that in east tennessee. the service is pretty good and the salad bar has a good diverse selection. some people may think it is expensive, but really for the amount offoodyou can get and the service it is well worth at least trying it once. if you come to knoxville this is definitely a place to go.

worth the money!!. expect to spend $100 per couple. expect to be graciously greeted at the door when you arrive. expect to be dazzled by the incredible array of succulentfoodand the wonderful, hard-working, professional staff. thefoodis so good that you find yourself pushing your stomach to limits it has never been before just to get one last morsel of filet or one more lamb chop. the salad bar has the freshest vegies and the thinly sliced smoke salmon (also available on the salad bar ) was phenomenal. nothing like it in knoxville. prepare yourself ( and your stomach) for a very unique experience. by the way the service is top-notch.
