great food, great service!. really enjoyed this restaurant. the only negative thing i could say is someone decided to make a cheesy restroom sign out of sticky foil letters and draw an arrow on cardboard paper. makes no sense why you would spend much money on decor and do something like this. that aside, great team service and the food is very good. as everyone knows it will set you back at least a benjamin, per couple, toeathere.

great food and excellent service!. this is my second experience at a brazilian steakhouse and i'm glad they brought one to louisville! the food was great and you couldeatas much or as little as you'd like. they have lunch specials that are cheaper and allow you toeatthe salad/pasta bar and side dishes or all that plus the chicken items that are delivered to your table. we met the owner who was very friendly and happy to have us. i would highly suggest it!

the best restaurante in knoxville!. our favorite restaurant in knoxville! my family and i have eaten in many brazilian steakhouses around the country and this is on the top of our list (less than $40 for all the meats selection they offer… just awesome, i've paid more than $50+ for the same meal elsewhere). we've also been to churrascarias in brazil and brazeiros is for sure an authentic experience. thank you for coming to knoxville, so that i don't have to anywhere else … highly recommended it!

can't wait to go back!. my wife and i have been to brazeiros 2 times since i found out they had finally open. what a wonderful place... meat lovers haven!!! well, to tell you the truth one of our friends didn'teatmeat and decided to join us because it was my wife's birthday, when we asked the server if their had a vegetarian option, she said that the salad bar by itself was the option for a cheaper price (which also included the side dishes). anyway, lets go back to the meats! we loved the lamb, file mignon with bacon, chicken legs ... but our fav. was the house especialty - picana (spell?). we are so glad to have a place like this in knoxville. as i said... can't wait to go back!

great food, interesting salad bar, phenomenal wine list, and superb desserts. if you leave here hungry, it's your own fault. i can't give it a 5 though because it is expensive. about $50 a plate when all is said and done. i love food, but i didn't feel like i couldeatthat much food to justify the price. it was well-prepared though. atmosphere was very noisy. almost impossible to carry on a conversation across the table. we ended up yelling at each other. so while the food was no doubt good, we probably won't be back.

i'll start by saying that brazil is my favorite place in the world and i love brazilian food. i have been to churrascarias in brazil, so i know what the real deal is. this was my second trip to this steakhouse, and it was just as delightful this time as the first. we didn't have reservations, but it was in between lunch and dinner, so we were able to get in without waiting. our waitress greeted us promptly and got our drink orders. if you've never tried the brazilian soda guarana, you should! i drink so much of this every time i'm in brazil! it's expensive here, but so is everything else, lol. you start by going to the salad bar, and it's definitely a brazilian salad bar. they have traditional items you will find in brazil, and it's definitely a treat and reminds me of being there! once you get back to your table, you have little coaster-like things that are red on one side and green on the other. when you are ready for meat, you turn the green side up, and the gauchos will begin stopping at your table. we had some really good gauchos with great personalities. a few were on the quiet side but all were very polite. everyone also gets 3 side dishes, fried bananas, loaded mashed potatoes and fried polenta. i don't ever reallyeatthe potatoes but the polenta and bananas are amazing! you also get cheesy bread. i don't care for it, but my mom can never get enough of it. the only thing i didn't like about the meat was that no filet was ever served. everything else on the list was served and was so delicious, but we never did see any of the gauchos with filet. they really try to sell you dessert, and no wonder, because most of them are around $10! we were stuffed, but almost everyone around us was getting some type of dessert and i have to say, everything looked amazing. if i could have held it, i would definitely have gotten something! the manager also came by and talked for a while and was just super nice. we'll definitely go back again!

going to cost you a lot!. ok, here is the deal, one of our office workers and his wife ate here about two weeks ago and loved the place, therefore, we said lets go there while our friends from england are here as she loves toeatmeat. ok, we could go last night, wednesday, reservation were made. myself, my wife, and english friends arrived and i had to use the valet parking on muh. ali street as all the parking spaces were taken and the walk from the parking garage would be too much for us older people. this place is part of 4th st. live, a bit hard to find unless someone tells where it is. all six of us arrived at the same time and told the hostess we had reservation for 6:30 and she seemed to not be able to locate us. we had to wait while two tables were put together for the six of us. there were a very noisy group of men, about 20 seated near us, i asked for another spot and she told us they did not have another area available as the other half of the place was reserved for a group of 80!!. upon being seated, the waiter explained how the system worked and said just let us know if you what a certain meat they were offering and it would be at the table in short order. the dinner meal is fixed at $38.50 and includes the salad bar which is outstanding but we were there for the meat. we did pay a visit to the salad bar and there are lots of interesting items you do not see in this area. none of us took a lot of salad, waiting for the meat. you have to turn the little card by your plate over to the green side when you are ready for the food. in short order the guys started bring the meat. there were pamphlets on the table with pictures of the different meats and what they werer. the servers are hard to hear and understand as it is very noisy in the place and the many of the servers have an accent. i was able to id most of what was being offered by the pictures on the pamphlet. by the time we were about half way through the meal, all the tables were full and people at the bar waiting for their table. we also had to listen to the thumping music that was coming from 4th st live. the group of men were leaving but taking their sweet time and still loud. by now the group of 80 had started to parade in. guess what? there were not enough chairs for them so the servers had to come grab emepty chairs from our area, nice. several in our party ordered dessert and that took 20 minutes to make it back to the table. next, i asked for the checks and they finally arrived. my ticket with dessert, one drink, two waters came to $101.45, mmmm. i was looking for an enjoyable quiet evening to spent with our friends. as we could hear very little of way was being said, that did not work out. the food was very good, especially the prime rib and the filet were great. i really think they need to do something about the nose factor, i left there full but feeling like i had been eating in a barn. for what they charge, it shoulld be much better experience. if you go, ask if there are going to be large groups there and watching about 80 people trying to get a plate of food at the salad was interesting. i bet it took over an hour for all of them to get through. hats off to the servers and meat servers. may go back but not real sure.

a wonderful place to have a wedding dinner. in our 60's we wanted a place to have dinner with friends and family after getting married. victor and his staff accommodated all 28 adults and our two grandchildren. the meal was excellent, the service was superb and everyone was able toeatjust want they wanted. i did not know how a large party would workout but now i do; it was fabulous. the service was truly some of the best i have ever experienced. the comments from our guests were rave reviews of our choice. thank you victor and to your staff please send our personal thank you for a wonderful dinner. we will be back again, often.

horrible food krogers has a better meat/ cheese/salad bar. i rarely down restaurants because i know the work that goes in but this is another disgrace to louisville food a tourist trap. please do noteathere and if you do not judge louisville food on this place.

finally a brazilian steakhouse in louisville. made it to brazeiros for lunch and all of my expectations were met. having been to several different fogo's, which i have enjoyed, and i was hoping for a similar visit at brazeiros; and it delivered. if you are a veteran of the brazilian steakhouse concept, brazeiros is no different; lots of meat, servers at your table every four to five minutes, red/green card, eclectic salad bar, garlic spuds, polenta, and a dessert menu no one needs.

all of the meats (visit the website to see the offerings) that we sampled were nicely done, and the salad bar offerings were fresh. lunch is $24.50, and dinner is $36.50, both slightly below the costs of neighboring cities. service was top notch and polite. i'm already looking forward to my next visit. go hungry and stay long, they will even tell you to pace yourself. i'd much rathereathere than morton's, ruby's, ruth's, or merlot's.

had high hopes. i really had high hopes for this place. i loved the salad bar. everything was very fresh, excellent cheeses and a nice selection. as for the main course which is just lots and lots of overly salted meat. there is no way i couldeatenough meat to cover my cost. it is so salty i had to turn my no sign on very early. one of the people in our party is a tiny 20 year old and she could not believe how swelled up her feet were by the time we got home. the men in our party loved the food.

all in all it is a fun experience but very pricy. a once a year place if anything. plan on making a complete pig out of yourself.

high priced meat buffet......once will be enough for me. if you can't, or don't want toeat3-4 pounds of meat in a sitting to get your moneys worth, this may not be the place for you.

myself and my friends were hungry and ready for a good meal after playing 27 holes of golf. all of us love steak and good meats so it sounded like it would hit the spot. we were laughing about it reminding us of a high priced meat-only shoneys before we left. service was good, very friendly and attentive, just hard to understand what they were bringing by the table because they all had very heavy accents.

starters: the bread was flavorless and filled with something that resembled cheese. not really sure what it was and couldn't understand the wait staffs replies when we asked. the rectangle (crispy polenta) apps were also not very flavorful and tasted like they were cooked in old oil, much like the plantains or caramelized banana's as they call them on their site. mashed pot's were good.

salad: good salad bar. this was what pushed it to a 3 star for me. but again, could have been better for the price. beets and artichokes were from a can and the dressing tasted like it was as well. i expected homemade dressings in a higher end steak house. my complements to the schwans man.

meat: several good cuts of meat. lamb was good. several that weren't great as well. really let down by the bacon wrapped filet. overcooked and way to much garlic butter laid to it.

my bottom line: i would rather spend that kind of dinner $ at ye old, ruth's chris, or baker peters and have access to homemade food and quality breads and sides.

love meat?eathere!. first, let me say that i am not a meat lover, so i opted for the salad bar only option while dining with my husband and another couple, all of whom love meat. this was my husband's bd dinner from these friends and he had chosen the location long ago, so it had a lot to live up to. the salad bar was delicious, but not the best i've seen (peddler in gatlinburg is the best), but still, plenty from which to choose. the meat was, apparently, really good, although everyone agreed that it's not something they would want to do on a frequent basis. one friend said the meat seemed a little too rich and overseasoned, but she still ate a lot of it! i would say if you want a meal of "all meat" this would be your place. the sides were "ok" but not anything unusual. peopleeathere for the meat, plain and simple.

go for lunch, get the same great food for cheaper. definitely a meat-lovers paradise. delicious, and if you go hungry, you can definitely get your money's worth. they will pile your plate full of food faster than you caneatit! same food at lunch and dinner, and lunch is a less expensive option (though don't go back to work expecting to be productive - this restaurant will leave you in a thanksgiving-esque food coma). extremely friendly staff - my friend got a free piece of cheesecake when they overheard us wishing him happy birthday, and it was so huge we split it between 5 people!

the food is out-of-this world amazing!! very fresh & well prepared. the service was impecable & the staff is friendly & attentive. save room for the chocolate mousse cake! the only drawback is the cost! this is a special occasion only type of resturant at nearly $40/person. i would definitely save up &eathere again! well worth it!

love this place!. warning...don't go here if you're not really hungry for great food! this all you caneatmeat, sides, and salad bar are amazing. we love coming here on the weekends!
