brazeiros churrascaria - brazilian steakhouse

rushed, cafeteria-like experience, can i please order a drink?. having dined at severalbraziliansteakhouses in other cities, i was looking forward to a relaxing, mind-boggling protein bacchanalia with lots of wine. while the salad bar was delicious, i was quickly disappointed by the waiter who lacked any knowledge of the wine menu and wanted to rush us through our dinner. the entire point of this experience is to eat, drink, and relax over a few hours. this was not worth the money spent, and i will not be returning. it felt cheap and focused on turning over tables instead of guiding patrons through a wonderful evening.

great food and excellent service!. this is my second experience at abraziliansteakhouse and i'm glad they brought one to louisville! the food was great and you could eat as much or as little as you'd like. they have lunch specials that are cheaper and allow you to eat the salad/pasta bar and side dishes or all that plus the chicken items that are delivered to your table. we met the owner who was very friendly and happy to have us. i would highly suggest it!

the best restaurante in knoxville!. our favorite restaurant in knoxville! my family and i have eaten in manybraziliansteakhouses around the country and this is on the top of our list (less than $40 for all the meats selection they offer… just awesome, i've paid more than $50+ for the same meal elsewhere). we've also been to churrascarias in brazil and brazeiros is for sure an authentic experience. thank you for coming to knoxville, so that i don't have to anywhere else … highly recommended it!

can't wait to go back!. my wife and i have been to brazeiros 2 times since i found out they had finally open. what a wonderful place... meat lovers haven!!! well, to tell you the truth one of our friends didn't eat meat and decided to join us because it was my wife's birthday, when we asked the server if their had a vegetarian option, she said that the salad bar by itself was the option for a cheaper price (which also included the side dishes). anyway, lets go back to the meats! we loved the lamb, file mignon with bacon, chicken legs ... but our fav. was the house especialty - picana (spell?). we are so glad to have a place like this in knoxville. as i said... can't wait to go back!

i'll start by saying that brazil is my favorite place in the world and i lovebrazilianfood. i have been to churrascarias in brazil, so i know what the real deal is. this was my second trip to this steakhouse, and it was just as delightful this time as the first. we didn't have reservations, but it was in between lunch and dinner, so we were able to get in without waiting. our waitress greeted us promptly and got our drink orders. if you've never tried thebraziliansoda guarana, you should! i drink so much of this every time i'm in brazil! it's expensive here, but so is everything else, lol. you start by going to the salad bar, and it's definitely abraziliansalad bar. they have traditional items you will find in brazil, and it's definitely a treat and reminds me of being there! once you get back to your table, you have little coaster-like things that are red on one side and green on the other. when you are ready for meat, you turn the green side up, and the gauchos will begin stopping at your table. we had some really good gauchos with great personalities. a few were on the quiet side but all were very polite. everyone also gets 3 side dishes, fried bananas, loaded mashed potatoes and fried polenta. i don't ever really eat the potatoes but the polenta and bananas are amazing! you also get cheesy bread. i don't care for it, but my mom can never get enough of it. the only thing i didn't like about the meat was that no filet was ever served. everything else on the list was served and was so delicious, but we never did see any of the gauchos with filet. they really try to sell you dessert, and no wonder, because most of them are around $10! we were stuffed, but almost everyone around us was getting some type of dessert and i have to say, everything looked amazing. if i could have held it, i would definitely have gotten something! the manager also came by and talked for a while and was just super nice. we'll definitely go back again!

love thebrazilianconcept of churrasqueria, it's an amazing experience that everyone should have. in this specific case, the service was really good, the meat good. the sides was the problem, they should do something morebrazilianlike feijoaba, mandiaco and farofa.

what this stuff is supposed to taste like. i can clearly say that this place has it all. authenticbraziliancuisine with great service and ambiance! very good, highly recommended! bring your wallet! its not
cheap!

my wife and i had a terrible experience can't believe we actually went there. this is suppose to be a steakhouse so why did we kept getting served chicken, sausages and pork? the salad bar was a disaster with no selection and what was brought o the table as side dishes was even worth mentioning. we visited a  brazilian steakhouse in baltimore md when we visited my wife sister and that is what we were expecting and i have got to tell you no comparisons at all. the one in baltimore was outstanding this one sucks completely will never go there again!

first ever at abraziliansteakhouse. excellent salad bar. loves the smoked salmon. interesting open concept. great wine list. meats were over seasoned and very salty. chicken was really good. the sides sucked and lacked in quality. service was very good.

wow! impressed and relieved!!. we wanted to try brazeiros ever since we heard it was coming to town. we loved abraziliansteakhouse in denver, co (radizio grill), so we had high expectations.....! all hopes and expectations were exceeded! love brazerios! we will be back!!

great food and great service. we have been to severalbraziliansteakhouses. the flavors of all the meats we tasted was superior to most of the other steakhouses. the filet (w/o bacon) was the best i have had in months including so other "fancy" steakhouses. love that there is one close now since we have eaten at one in chicago, indy, nashville and atlanta. did i mention the great service. the service is what makes the evening so enjoyable.

protein a plenty!. i had been wanting to try abraziliansteakhouse for awhile. i was not dissappointed. service was excellent. i had my four month old son with me and they were very accommodating. the lamb was excellent and the beef was devine except for the ribeye. it was slightly bland for a high quality cut. the salad bar was limited but who wants to waste valuable belly room on vegetables? all in all a wonderful experience. try thebraziliandark beer xingu. it is a black lager so dont be afraid you light beer fans.

michael w. i had the pleasure to have dinner at your restaurant in early april, my previous experiences withbraziliansteak houses being at dallas and miami; your restaurant definitely lived up to all my expectations, and they were high!! such tasty meat, great salad bar with such fresh food, and top service. best of all for me, i got to go there with friends, including abrazilianwho knows and appreciates great food. for sure i will go to your restaurant again next time i am in that part of the country. good luck!!

finally abraziliansteakhouse in louisville. made it to brazeiros for lunch and all of my expectations were met. having been to several different fogo's, which i have enjoyed, and i was hoping for a similar visit at brazeiros; and it delivered. if you are a veteran of thebraziliansteakhouse concept, brazeiros is no different; lots of meat, servers at your table every four to five minutes, red/green card, eclectic salad bar, garlic spuds, polenta, and a dessert menu no one needs.

all of the meats (visit the website to see the offerings) that we sampled were nicely done, and the salad bar offerings were fresh. lunch is $24.50, and dinner is $36.50, both slightly below the costs of neighboring cities. service was top notch and polite. i'm already looking forward to my next visit. go hungry and stay long, they will even tell you to pace yourself. i'd much rather eat here than morton's, ruby's, ruth's, or merlot's.

meat lovers delight. i have been to severalbrazilianchurrascarias in the past and this one is on par with the others. expect about a dozen varieties of well seasoned meats served table side with most of them being beef. recommend the picanha, alcatra, and fraldinha cuts the most (center, top, and bottom sirloin). filet mignon is disappointing as it is usually overcooked and overpowered by bacon. the dessert selection is surprisingly good for abraziliansteakhouse particularly since most people stuff themselves so much on all of the meat!

locals may feel it is pricey, but it was priced far less than otherbraziliansteakhouses i have been to elsewhere.
