brazeiros churrascaria - brazilian steakhouse

rushed, cafeteria-like experience, can i please order a drink?. having dined at several brazilian steakhouses in other cities, i was looking forward to a relaxing, mind-boggling protein bacchanalia with lots of wine. while the saladbarwas delicious, i was quickly disappointed by the waiter who lacked any knowledge of the wine menu and wanted to rush us through our dinner. the entire point of this experience is to eat, drink, and relax over a few hours. this was not worth the money spent, and i will not be returning. it felt cheap and focused on turning over tables instead of guiding patrons through a wonderful evening.

great food and excellent service!. this is my second experience at a brazilian steakhouse and i'm glad they brought one to louisville! the food was great and you could eat as much or as little as you'd like. they have lunch specials that are cheaper and allow you to eat the salad/pastabarand side dishes or all that plus the chicken items that are delivered to your table. we met the owner who was very friendly and happy to have us. i would highly suggest it!

crcii. i'll have to say it's the best saladbarin knoxville. the potato salad is awesome as are the bloody marys. i was so full, i was sick. i didn't try any meat as i am a vegetarian. i must say, there should be a vegetarian option with just the salad bar. it was delicious, but i won't go back as i don't want to pay 30.00 for a salad,. the garlic mashed potatoes were good. i recommend trying it.

great food. the meat is cooked to perfection and seasoned very well. this applies to all the meats they serve. the saladbaris much more than a salad bar. its not cheap but you do get your money's worth....if your stomach has the room. staff is also very warm and prompt.

the best restaurante in knoxville!. our favorite restaurant in knoxville! my family and i have eaten in many brazilian steakhouses around the country and this is on the top of our list (less than $40 for all the meats selection they offer… just awesome, i've paid more than $50+ for the same meal elsewhere). we've also been to churrascarias in brazil and brazeiros is for sure an authentic experience. thank you for coming to knoxville, so that i don't have to anywhere else … highly recommended it!

can't wait to go back!. my wife and i have been to brazeiros 2 times since i found out they had finally open. what a wonderful place... meat lovers haven!!! well, to tell you the truth one of our friends didn't eat meat and decided to join us because it was my wife's birthday, when we asked the server if their had a vegetarian option, she said that the saladbarby itself was the option for a cheaper price (which also included the side dishes). anyway, lets go back to the meats! we loved the lamb, file mignon with bacon, chicken legs ... but our fav. was the house especialty - picana (spell?). we are so glad to have a place like this in knoxville. as i said... can't wait to go back!

i attended a birthday dinner at brazerrios last night 6/21. it was a big party of 13 people. at the beginning of the dinner my sister and i decided that we would only have the vegetarian/saladbaroption. the atmosphere was nice and the service was good. however, when it was time for the bills to come out my total was completely wrong. i had been charged for the wrong menu item. when i mentioned it to the server, he gave me a weird look and moved on to the other people in my party. while he was collecting everyone’s checks he told all the people who had the saladbarto raise their hands. i proceeded to raise my hand. he leaves the table and comes back to start collecting everyone’s checks. he comes to me and asks if mine is ready. this is the third time that i had to tell him i only had the salad bar. he goes on to say “the chef said you had meat” as well as “i collected your plate”. i said “i know you did and there was no meat”. this is when the people sitting around me had to chime in and exclaim i only had the saladbaroption. this was the only reason he took my ticket and corrected it. i was deeply offended all night and into the next morning because i was treated as a liar and a thief. i decided to call today 6/22 and speak with a manager and explain what happened and how i thought it would be beneficial to have a policy change for the future. this would likely limit any confusion with tickets. to my surprise, the manager, elvis, tells me there was only one person with a salad, false. elvis, was walking around handing out meat and he gave it to everyone but one person, false. and the server that was helping our table was the best server there. that’s fine, but i didn’t have the best service! he continues on to say in a sarcastic manner with a chuckle, ‘he doesn’t know what else i want him to do because they corrected my ticket’. i’m not asking for anything free! 🗣 i want you all to change your procedures, so no more people are accused of stealing! elvis rushed me off the phone and said he would contact his corporate office and call me back. (i’ll keep you all updated if i ever hear back from him and his corporate office 🙄) to conclude, i did not have a pleasant time at this restaurant. so beware if you all decide to go in the future. make sure your waiter/waitress knows from the beginning what menu option you will be choosing from. or take a picture of what you eat. who wants to do that?! i work for my money everyday, as well as, everyone else and should be able to go into a restaurant and have a peaceful experience without arguing about a ticket.

this place was outstanding! my wife and i visited for lunch. $25 per person. the saladbarwas ok, just standard fare. the meal came with plantains and fried corn stocks. both were delicious. the reason you pick this place is the meat. each was expertly prepared. the ribeye and fillet mignon were the best i’ve ever had. seasoned heavily but when mixed with the tenderness of the meat made for a superb cut. we will definitely be back.

my wife and i had a terrible experience can't believe we actually went there. this is suppose to be a steakhouse so why did we kept getting served chicken, sausages and pork? the saladbarwas a disaster with no selection and what was brought o the table as side dishes was even worth mentioning. we visited a  brazilian steakhouse in baltimore md when we visited my wife sister and that is what we were expecting and i have got to tell you no comparisons at all. the one in baltimore was outstanding this one sucks completely will never go there again!

service was attentive and excellent, ambience was a touch blaise compared to other churrascarias i've been to. saladbarwas fresh and quite good. the meats were average but satisfying. the price is a bit less than similar places i've been in other cities, but the experience was as well. worth going once, but it won't make it on to our rotation...

going to cost you a lot!. ok, here is the deal, one of our office workers and his wife ate here about two weeks ago and loved the place, therefore, we said lets go there while our friends from england are here as she loves to eat meat. ok, we could go last night, wednesday, reservation were made. myself, my wife, and english friends arrived and i had to use the valet parking on muh. ali street as all the parking spaces were taken and the walk from the parking garage would be too much for us older people. this place is part of 4th st. live, a bit hard to find unless someone tells where it is. all six of us arrived at the same time and told the hostess we had reservation for 6:30 and she seemed to not be able to locate us. we had to wait while two tables were put together for the six of us. there were a very noisy group of men, about 20 seated near us, i asked for another spot and she told us they did not have another area available as the other half of the place was reserved for a group of 80!!. upon being seated, the waiter explained how the system worked and said just let us know if you what a certain meat they were offering and it would be at the table in short order. the dinner meal is fixed at $38.50 and includes the saladbarwhich is outstanding but we were there for the meat. we did pay a visit to the saladbarand there are lots of interesting items you do not see in this area. none of us took a lot of salad, waiting for the meat. you have to turn the little card by your plate over to the green side when you are ready for the food. in short order the guys started bring the meat. there were pamphlets on the table with pictures of the different meats and what they werer. the servers are hard to hear and understand as it is very noisy in the place and the many of the servers have an accent. i was able to id most of what was being offered by the pictures on the pamphlet. by the time we were about half way through the meal, all the tables were full and people at thebarwaiting for their table. we also had to listen to the thumping music that was coming from 4th st live. the group of men were leaving but taking their sweet time and still loud. by now the group of 80 had started to parade in. guess what? there were not enough chairs for them so the servers had to come grab emepty chairs from our area, nice. several in our party ordered dessert and that took 20 minutes to make it back to the table. next, i asked for the checks and they finally arrived. my ticket with dessert, one drink, two waters came to $101.45, mmmm. i was looking for an enjoyable quiet evening to spent with our friends. as we could hear very little of way was being said, that did not work out. the food was very good, especially the prime rib and the filet were great. i really think they need to do something about the nose factor, i left there full but feeling like i had been eating in a barn. for what they charge, it shoulld be much better experience. if you go, ask if there are going to be large groups there and watching about 80 people trying to get a plate of food at the salad was interesting. i bet it took over an hour for all of them to get through. hats off to the servers and meat servers. may go back but not real sure.

protein a plenty!. i had been wanting to try a brazilian steakhouse for awhile. i was not dissappointed. service was excellent. i had my four month old son with me and they were very accommodating. the lamb was excellent and the beef was devine except for the ribeye. it was slightly bland for a high quality cut. the saladbarwas limited but who wants to waste valuable belly room on vegetables? all in all a wonderful experience. try the brazilian dark beer xingu. it is a black lager so dont be afraid you light beer fans.

michael w. i had the pleasure to have dinner at your restaurant in early april, my previous experiences with brazilian steak houses being at dallas and miami; your restaurant definitely lived up to all my expectations, and they were high!! such tasty meat, great saladbarwith such fresh food, and top service. best of all for me, i got to go there with friends, including a brazilian who knows and appreciates great food. for sure i will go to your restaurant again next time i am in that part of the country. good luck!!

finally a brazilian steakhouse in louisville. made it to brazeiros for lunch and all of my expectations were met. having been to several different fogo's, which i have enjoyed, and i was hoping for a similar visit at brazeiros; and it delivered. if you are a veteran of the brazilian steakhouse concept, brazeiros is no different; lots of meat, servers at your table every four to five minutes, red/green card, eclectic salad bar, garlic spuds, polenta, and a dessert menu no one needs.

all of the meats (visit the website to see the offerings) that we sampled were nicely done, and the saladbarofferings were fresh. lunch is $24.50, and dinner is $36.50, both slightly below the costs of neighboring cities. service was top notch and polite. i'm already looking forward to my next visit. go hungry and stay long, they will even tell you to pace yourself. i'd much rather eat here than morton's, ruby's, ruth's, or merlot's.

best. place. ever.. yes, it's a bit pricey, but for the price, you get limitless access to an amazing saladbarof cheeses, cold meats, smoked salmon, many vegetables and pasta salads to choose from... and then there's the meat! succulent, tender, seasoned and cooked to perfection, and you're welcome to as much as you can eat! it's the only restaurant my family goes for special occasions, because it's never a disappointment. they will even prepare a grilled pineapple with a crunchy sugar topping if you ask! well worth the price, a true gem of a restaurant.
