hands down one of the best freshly baked and absolutely delicious food in pondicherry.
couldn’t have left without trying their buttery and soft croissant. their eclairs are a must try!
mushroom quiche tasted good.

it’s a cute lil cafe with one of the best croissants ever!!! i tried the almond croissant and it beats all! the butter croissant is also extremely fresh and soft with the apt crunch on the top. the lemon tart is mind blowing! the flavour is on point! a must visit if you are in town.

i was quite underwhelmed by the experience. there was no ambience, the feel was of a very local bakery and tamil music was blasting really loudly. it would have been nicer had each baked good had a tag to identify what it was. the serving sizes were quite large, though, so you feel full even if you order just one item.

super crowded, sub par service. tables aren't cleared on time and procedure for ordering and payment is chaotic

i guess , there is no need to even write the review ! everyone who has been to pondicherry(white town area), they must have visit this place once .we visited pondicherry for 3 days , and we were driven enough by the taste of baker street to visit the place twice 🤪
loved the apple pie here. also the best croissant i have ever had till now , baker street has spolit me for its croissant, i am not going to like the taste of any other croissant soon !😅

this is one of those places which are recommended by almost all vloggers.
we tried 4 sweet items and all were great with somewhat unique flavours, be it the cheesecake or the choco framboise.
what was not great was being charged for a carry bag without asking if we need one.
missed trying the sandwiches/burgers but they definitely looked great.

sandwiches were not up to the mark, it was stale( hard to bite and stuffing were not fresh)and not worthy for the price paid. bought 3 sandwiches and almost wasted 900₹ on that. total waste.not worth even a penny

this place is always buzzing and crowded and rightly so... don't miss out on pesto chicken sandwich... macroons are quite amazing and also croissants😋

had our breakfast here. as we visited little late most of the items were sold off, but the food was continuously being prepared and served and there was alot of rush. management and serving was little slow because of the rush hour, but the food stole the show. one should definately visit this place when in white town, pondicheery.

the food was okay. not close to authentic as they claim or heard about. i felt like it is overrated. i didn't get what i went looking for. from croissants to eclairs, u will find that quality in any bakery. you will have a lot of options for sure but not worth the price. it was mediocre.

so one of the cutest yet expensive place i have visited so far. we tried mushroom quiche and it was my first time of trying quiche and trust me i feel in love right there with those mushroom quiche. really good. yummmicliously delicious. enjoyed. we also tried few other things but everything was slightly expensive than what we normally we pay for.

we visited baker street sometime close to easter.
this was an outlet i had wanted to try for a long time, but got to visit only now. it was a beautiful sight to behold, the chocolate bunnies and all. we decided to order an eclair and a flan, and some orange yogurt sorbet.
the desserts were too good and worth the money. savories were kind of pricey.
overall, a good place to have french desserts.

it will be good option for breakfast but we went evening time.. so, option is less only few left.. among them we ordered chicken quiche, coffee eclairs, & one more item.. & in beverage milk tea & lime- mint soda..
beverages are quite good... quiche is very good & other items are also good..
a perfect french cafe..
coming to ambitious nice..
but price is on little higher side..
but overall must visit spot in pondicherry..

baker street is located at mg road, pondicherry. this place was very near to my hostel in pondicherry and i heard a lot of good things about this place. so one fine morning we went to this place for breakfast. we ordered escargot chocolate, butter croissant, chicken quiche, cafe latte, cappuccino and americano. everything was perfect but my favourite was escargot chocolate and butter croissant. if you want to taste fresh french delicacies then this is the place to be. this place is not that budget friendly. ambience of this place is decent.
