the sandwich was absolutely pathetic. it has substandard ingredients with a quality that is similar to street side restaurants but being sold at three times the price. we asked that the masala omelette be spicy but we got something that had no spice whatsoever

food was scrumptious but a little tight on space. also, the price vs portion is big mismatch. i would recommend people to visit it once in a warm cozy winter evening.

it can be called the central perk of chandigarh.. perfect ambience for a quick hangout with friends.

decent coffee, delicious pizza, lasagne is not to be missed, good enough sandwiches, terrific strawberry shake and lassi

they also have tequila mousse..another signature dish on their menu which is not to be missed!!

i ordered a medley of vegetables which is a veg lasagne. they served it along with the garlic bread. it tasted heavenly. the bread as well as the lasagne was rightly cooked. decent service. slightly overpriced

one of those places which has been designed with much love and planning. it's easily visible that the designer has put his / heart in the decor of the cafe. a awesome place to sit and cool with friends while you enjoy amazing food and not forget great coffee. a place to visit again and again in chandigarh. ps - you need to plan for parking as it's kinda tight. rest the staff is awesome and helps on choosing what you need. the music is slightly on the louder side but good selection !

a nice place to hangout.. the food is okay.. service is good.. very nice crowd... nice location..

the prices are too high for the food they serve.. the place is tight and seating is uncomfortable.. also, the tables are not clean..

burger was ok. bad mozzarella balls.. nice ginger fizz and masala cola.. average iced tea.

really underwhelming given the reputation, the shakes were not thick enough, the pizza and cheese toast were average at best, the crust on the pizza was store bought and it felt like that only. they need to step thier game up.

went in there after some time and was not sure how they have maintained the quality of the food. but like always, this is one chain that knows how to maintain its quality and maintain consistency in the dishes they offer.

we tried the banger and the dozee along with pancakes and ofcourse the must have coffee with it.

everything was wonderful .

the marmalade they have on offer is the best i've ever had and two cheers for the yum cookie they give with their hot coffee. however, do wish they can the cona coffee here too, cause i would love the breakfast with a cona coffee. (a suggestion to the management )

am only talking about the breakfast here cause that's what we went for, but i am a fan of their chicken steak too.

oh ! by the way, do try out the desserts here, if you have a sweet tooth, some good cheese cakes on offer.

both the dishes were yum. the portion size was quite adequate.

all the dishes on the menu look very tempting . i am definitely visiting again to have more.

the best cafe in chandigarh. i just loved fuzilli bella roza cooked in white sause plus the ambience is simply amazing. the crowd is also very happening especially in the evening times. one must also try the thin crust pizzas. i always have great fun whenever i visit backpackers 😀

i had the pancake stack! 4 cinnamon and raisin pancakes which come with a side of maple syrup, a shot of espresso and some whipped cream.
the pancakes were fresh and fluffy!

when in chandigarh, must try this one. the menu lists a fine selection of eggs, sandwiches, salads and burgers and pastas. backpackers café was one of the earliest to offer all-day breakfasts in the city we hear. we tried the falafel and lamb burgers, heavenly!! the chicken steak we ordered was juicy and soft, while the soup of the day is a good deal too. and we were craving for some dessert and the tiramisu we had was quite divine, while their pancakes served with an espresso shot maintained a nice bitter-sweet balance.

great ambience, the staff is very friendly. quick service. good place to discuss ideas (startup folks) economical..
do try out the amazing cold coffee.
