this place was on my list from a long time ....!!!
hearing about it from friends about their severity and sumptuous salads, brought me here and no doubts those rumours were true.
really enjoyed my time with my love here.
chicken caesar salad was just yum !! 🙌

had this club sandwich at backpackers. very tasty and fresh. i got it custom made without cheese and mayonnaise. staff was also very courteous. they made it perfectly. a nice place to sit and enjoy the food with friends.

amazing place, a place where you can spend alot of time without getting bored and fed up of ambience.
i have been here quite few times. every time.i visit this cafe, i fall more in love with its coffee.
also suitable for couples.

an oldie but goodie! the food never disappoints here. the service is quick and excellent - polite staff, great ambience and just a chill vibe.
i really love this place for their pasta - though thy tend to go heavy on the cream - so not a diet friendly place i would say.
rest of the food items are good but not great is what i would say - but do check this out for their chill vibe and delish pasta !

this place is overpriced. one should go to uncle jack's instead of this cafe. quality is far better than this place and obviously prices are almost half of the this place.

beautifully designed and planned! the service is quite good. visited this place twice and the experience was really amazing! ordered some shakes, coolers and they were so refreshing.

backpackers is an excellent english styled cafe, suited for a casual evening or a brunch with friends, family or a date. their meals are sumptuous, flavoured with an excellent mouth feel. must try- their pancake stack. it's filled with resins, served with whipped cream., maple syrup and a small coffee shot to wear off the sweetness towards the end.

loved their mushroom burger and oreo shake.

the patty of the burger had minced mushroom in it and was mouthwatering.

sandwiches and burgers are a must try here.

i found that there are only a few vegetarian options. still the food was pretty tasty. the place is very comfy and buzzing all the time. waffles are recommended.

i think this place is iconic it’s been here since i moved to chandigarh about 10 years back. being in the food business for so long and holding up the positive feedback consistently says a lot about this place.
i come to this place specially for their chicken lasagna, the chicken tikka salad and it’s soups.

though i have heard a great deal about the breakfast menu too i haven’t ha the opportunity to try it out. none the less once you visit this cozy cafe in sector 9 chandigarh you will find yourself staring at the menu for quite some time in order to decide what to have.

a safe haven for foodies with great portion size and a warm staff

tried their breakfast one sunday morning.. i had ordered for sausage, roast gravy and mashed potatoes.. the portion was decent and filling for a breakfast meal.. their roast gravy was yumm!! but somewhere i felt as though it didnt have a value for the meal.. the price i paid for 2 sausages, some mashed potatoes and roast gravy was a but high i feel.. the meal didnt have any bread nor did they serve coffee with it.. otherwise the taste n quality of their food was good and the place has a good vibe and ambience 😊

one of th oldest cafe of chandigarh, their food is simply amazing. they have maintained their quality and taste over all these years. the white sauce pasta is a must try.

got rid of sunday morning laziness by visiting this small place for a yummy breakfast.. good service, great food and definitely a good start for the day.. cafe lattee, chicken club sandwich, dozy & pancakes all were cooked to perfection.
definitely recommended to all..
