it can be called the central perk of chandigarh.. perfect ambience for a quick hangout with friends.

decent coffee, delicious pizza, lasagne is not to be missed,goodenough sandwiches, terrific strawberry shake and lassi

they also have tequila mousse..another signature dish on their menu which is not to be missed!!

one of those places which has been designed with much love and planning. it's easily visible that the designer has put his / heart in the decor of the cafe. a awesome place to sit and cool with friends while you enjoy amazing food and not forget great coffee. a place to visit again and again in chandigarh. ps - you need to plan for parking as it's kinda tight. rest the staff is awesome and helps on choosing what you need. the music is slightly on the louder side butgoodselection !

never disappoints me.

the best breakfast in town. by far the best best best continental breakfast.

went in there after some time and was not sure how they have maintained the quality of the food. but like always, this is one chain that knows how to maintain its quality and maintain consistency in the dishes they offer.

we tried the banger and the dozee along with pancakes and ofcourse the must have coffee with it.

everything was wonderful .

the marmalade they have on offer is the best i've ever had and two cheers for the yum cookie they give with their hot coffee. however, do wish they can the cona coffee here too, cause i would love the breakfast with a cona coffee. (a suggestion to the management )

am only talking about the breakfast here cause that's what we went for, but i am a fan of their chicken steak too.

oh ! by the way, do try out the desserts here, if you have a sweet tooth, somegoodcheese cakes on offer.

when in chandigarh, must try this one. the menu lists a fine selection of eggs, sandwiches, salads and burgers and pastas. backpackers café was one of the earliest to offer all-day breakfasts in the city we hear. we tried the falafel and lamb burgers, heavenly!! the chicken steak we ordered was juicy and soft, while the soup of the day is a good deal too. and we were craving for some dessert and the tiramisu we had was quite divine, while their pancakes served with an espresso shot maintained a nice bitter-sweet balance.

a newbie in the city , this came out on top of the list of highly recommended places . so off i packed my bag and ended up there for breakfast at around 10 . whew !! wasn't i chuffed with myself ? from the scorching sun into the cool interiors , i was burnt crisp by the time i sat down. the ambience blew me away . those vintage pictures , posters and curios amped up the glam factor and the fact that they had played soulful country music i mean this is the place to be for a brunch or a lazy hangout. so i was recommended pitabuilt - which is served like tacos with bbq chicken , fried eggs and mash . the serving was generous and lip smacking and also i ordered for my regular - cappucino which was indeedgoodstrong cappucino and no deco art posing to be coffee . accompanied by an issue of conde nast traveller , i had a mightygoodmorning. the bill was rs 349/- which us very vfm in my opinion for a place like this. will be coming here more often .
p.s - do read their menu card end to end , its hilarious !

the place to have awesome breakfast.... have been there a couple of times and had their awesome omletes they are all verygoodand pancakes also are great, same stands true for shakes.

backpackers chicken club sandwich is a must try. whenever i'm going anywhere outside the city, i call them and ask them to pack this sandwich for me and i eat this when in the car travelling.

it's agoodambience place. it has books, great paintings, and a reallygoodfeeling.

a nice and cozy place to chill with friends and family. some of the things worth the try are avacado on toast which i felt was best in the tricity, mushroom sandwich, pancakes and waffles.
one thing which was disappointing was they don’t provide flavours to their coffee, apart from which my experience was quitegoodat this place.

i went here twice or thrice . it's agoodand pocket friendly place .. it's more than a cafe the place is totally crowded with young youth ..
ambiance is awesome and place is so small and comfy

talking bout the food then -
asphagetti pasta , chocolate souffle , apple pie is my favourite here
food was scrumptious but a little tight on space

anothergoodand pocket friendly place in sector - 9d to explore. mostly famous for the big burgers. but i like the baked mushroom caps the most. one can go with friends here, and mostly college students are found here. the aura, service both are quite nice and a must visit.

this is one fabulous cafè for close knit brunch dates. the quantity and quality of food is marvelous and i personally recommend their iced latte and aranchini. the falafel burger is agoodoption too! it might seem a little over priced but the food justifies all.

backpacker outlet located in sector 9 is a definite go to for people looking forgoodfood and shakes. the food is simply impeccable, the portion offered is fulfilling and the place is small, comfy, and cozy. sometimes it may be difficult to find a seat even. but this is what happens when there is 5 star service on the offer.
