great food and ambiance are the highlights of bagpackers cafe which is ideally located . everything from their menu gets a thumbs up from me.

love the chocolate souffle and apple pie. the fresh juices are a big add on. its omelette is out of this world and mushroom on a toast is a vegetarian’s delight.

this place makes me feel like i'm home!
i absolutely love love love this place. nothing can beat it because it's more than just a cafe.
i have tried almost everything on their menu and have visited this place, god knows how many times but always forget to take pictures. but, this time i did. and here is what i ordered:
veg minestrone soup
arancini balls
veg white sauce pasta
apple pie with vanilla ice cream
cappuccino
as i said there is nothing here that ain't delicious. everything was great.
must try!

this is one fabulous cafè for close knit brunch dates. the quantity and quality of food is marvelous and i personally recommend their iced latte and aranchini. the falafel burger is a good option too! it might seem a little over priced but the food justifies all.

backpacker outlet located in sector 9 is a definite go to for people looking for good food and shakes. the food is simply impeccable, the portion offered is fulfilling and the place is small, comfy, and cozy. sometimes it may be difficult to find a seat even. but this is what happens when there is 5 star service on the offer.

medley of vegetables was amazing, out of this world: 4.5/5
chicken cacciatore was very good, will have again: 4.5/5

falafel and hummus burger was too dry for my liking: 2.5/5
chicken cesar burger was good 3.5/5
in the fresh juices had mixed red and green apple juice: was excellent 5/5
cajun fish skillet was bland: 3/5
chicken fricase was good, not great: 3.5/5
choco-oreo shake was good, but could have been thicker: 3.5/5
butter chicken burger: the pieces of butter chicken in it were good, but no point of putting it in a burger 2.5/5
baked mushroom caps were good: 4/5
tiramisu was good: 3.5/5
cold coffee was very thin, not good at all: 1.5/5
veg spaghetti pesto was ok: 3/5
mushroom and feta burger was very bad: 1/5
english breakfast burger was good: 3.5/5

a pretty upscale cafe in the city.. pasta, burger, fries, and pancakes were so good and prepared with perfection and the presentation was epic. good space and nice ambience. coffee was superb.

finally visited this place after a long wait. was amazed to see the ambience. the staff is courteous and helpful. food options are plenty. we ordered club sandwich, atanchini , cookies and soups. the preparation looked quite clean and healthy. food was fantastic. its a decent place to sit and chat with your travel buddies.

the cafe happens to be one of the few old cafes which have managed to live up to its name. the interior of the cafe is a typical american setup. the menu is limited and so is the sitting area,however the food is fantastic. the vegetable lasagna is a must try.

a perfect place to hangout with friends. this is one of the oldest places of tricity and you will still find difficult to look for a table here. undoubtedly, one of the favorite spots of the city.
we had ordered 'medley of veggies' lasagna and quattro stagioni thin crust pizza, along with some drinks. loved each item we had ordered so far!
definitely recommend this cosy little place to spend some good time with friends and loved ones. :)

great ambience. mushroom & feta burger is a mouth watering bite that (i must say) you'll not find anywhere in the town. mushrooms dozed into the mashed potatoes 💯 with perfect amount of veggies makes it a divine delight 😍. mix sauce pasta with zucchini is a creamy island for which i'll evade the home forever. not to mention the cutlery presentation was exquisite. definitely going to visit again. ☺️🤩

visited last week. ordered the indian masala omelette and a veg baguette sandwich along with fresh fruit juices. the food was good however i was put off by the service. was there for 50 mins from start to finish and the staff kept hovering around the table, clearing plates even before we could finish as if they could not wait to have the table vacant. it wasn't like the restaurant was running full and they wanted to turn the tables faster, there were 2 vacant tables throughout. for paying almost 1400 for a small breakfast, i expect to at least enjoy it in peace.

being one of chandigarh’s most liked restaurants, it’s no wonder that it’s always busy. despite the crowd and limited seating, the service is always quick and the food freshly prepared. one evening i came in to have their house vegetable soup, which came with garlic bread. the bread was soft and tasty, the soup filling in itself. it was massive and filled with hearty vegetables. i ordered a niçoise salad, which i could barely eat because i was so filled. the salad was filled with fresh vegetables and mixed with a savory dressing, topped with hard boiled eggs. for the price, the portions are perfect.
