zorba's review - per visit 4/3/09. as always, the food and service were great.

i enjoyed the veal piccata, accompanied by a delicious side dish of green beans and rice, and a small greek salad. and, of course, the delicious hot rolls.

my wife had the zorba's special pasta, plus greek salad both of which were great. and there was plenty to take home for another meal.

we've enjoyed zorba's for approximately 25 years and have never been disappointed.

give it a try if you like great food, wonderful, friendly service and large portions and the prices are reasonable too. .

worth the trip!!!!!!. zorbas is on the otherside of town from us but if you want
good greek and italian well you have to go for yourself and
see what all the talk is about....you will not be disappointed.

all the dishes are prepared to the highest standard...the cozy atmosphere only ads to the great feeling you get when you
get there....and when your food arrives wow.....and those
rolls.....the gravy (meat sause) is to die for....the only negative at zorbas is you never get enough and keep coming back...but thats not really a negative....its all
good at zorbas...

manicotti heaven....... no matter what you order you will be pleased....the portions are plentiful...the taste is devine....but the manicotti is to die for...and the rolls....the salads...its all

rey. most important- great greek food.
specifcally- avgolelemo i never tire of -meaty and could qualify as comfort food. a house pizza that is quite tasty.
the sampler is several different tastes, all well representing the types. the place itself is comfortable and you can feel at home.
besides that, they smile, the service is good, and they do take out orders well.

delitious food and nice atmosphere. the great combination of tasty meal and warm atmosphere it is always a pleasure in zorba's. don't wait, go and enjoy your time!

zorba's user review. i have been eating at zorba's for years and even worked there under its previous owners. i know the current owners and they are fabulous people. zorba's is one of the best greek/italian restaurants i have ever been to. yet, what sets them apart besides their wonderfully tastey food is their extremely large menu, portions of various sizes, and their reasonable prices, even for those on a budget. one restaurant i feel richmond is lacking is a good seafood restaurant. if you've been looking for one, zorba's offers many wonderful seafood dishes as well as many other meats and tons of specials. if you're looking for a vegetarian friendly restaurant, zorba's is your answer as well. zorba's also offers great service and a clean environment. it's really a great place for date night, to take the kids, a group of friends, or a family gathering that will suit all of your guests. i highly recommend zorba's!!!

tom t. the food at zorba's is extremely good and the price is equal to most fast food restaurants. you get good food, good atmosphere and great service in a very enjoyable environment.

great value & quality. they serve wonderful & authentic greek dishes. the price is very reasonable, which makes for a great value, so much so i stop here more than once a week. we bring all of our out of town guests here, as its far better than the national chains. truly a pleasurable dining experience for lunch or dinner.

nice variety and atmosphere, much improved since the last visit several years ago. food sounded great but the pasta was overcooked, a fatal flaw for this genre. they could also use more help on the weekend. the wait between visits from the waitress were quite long.
