yes, generally the food tastes good. but i can’t say the same thing for customer relations and staff. once i got poisoned (i got dr report) from chicken ramen then i wrote this to them, no one get back to me. (that day only the ramens taste was no good.)
today; i want to add one more sushi to my order but they did not bring it to me on time. - it was lunch time and i only had 1 hour, also they know this. - and after we asked for the check, i realise, they also add that extra sushi on the check. i told them that they did not bring it to me and i kindly asked them to correct the check. then they bring me to the sushi and i told them i don’t have time for it and i don’t want it. they take the sushi back, i saw a staff going around with that plate. then another staff came with the plate :) “here is your order” he said. i told the same thing. we wore our coats and ready to leave as we don’t have time anymore. just waiting for the check. and third time another staff came with the sushi again and put it right in front of me:) “ we can’t do anything with this sushi, you have to take this” they said.
(still we are losing time) then they prepare it to take away and give it with me. what a rude people.
