this place serves really delicious indian food. the service was top notch and i must mention that the staff was very obliging and took good care of us. they planned all our courses perfectly and it was the best indian meal we had till date. the staff also made sure, from time to time, that we were satisfied with our meals which kind of was very nice on their part.

um, wouldn't recommend this to folks looking for great indian food at great value - while the food is delicious, i really don't think it is worth the price that you pay for it. the charges are exorbitant! can think of ten other options to go to for the same quality of food.

i have had no complaints at the restaurant except for the fact that the menu is overpriced. the food is delicious but not exceptionally so. the service is decent too. there are similar substitutes at cheaper prices and that is the only downside to this place. the interiors are simple.

this place is classy yet casual in feel and offers refined indian food at top notch quality. the overall experience is enhanced even further when one digs into the sumptuous lamp patties and lip smacking indian delicacies. the tasty orange dip/chutney is to die for!
nicely balanced and flavoursome chicken for the mains, we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

this is an amazing restaurant. they have the most fabulous setting, and amazing decor. they have a brilliant location, that is easily accessible. i came here with my family while touring the city on the recommendation of an acquaintance, and i was delighted by my experience. the martini ordered was divine and my cousin really enjoyed the chicken tikka. the side dish of yogurt and walnut was the winner though. it is the greatest indian place in the world.

it was earlier this week that i bumped into an old friend on a social media and we planned to meet and all that jazz. we wanted to go to an indian restaurant and finally ended up being here. it was pretty little place and old fashioned that had this sort of a vintage feel. good food, good service and pocket friendly.

our lunch at veerasamy was one of the best meals i've ever had in my life. everything from the beginning was top class, the ambience, the reception, the food, the hospitality. never seen anything better.
the story behind our trip to this restaurant is actually quite a funny one. after about a week of living on sandwiches and salads, the average indian person craves something hot and spicy. hence i began my google search for indian restaurants in the area. veerswamy, i believe was third on the list, but we decided to go here because the name is popularly a chettinad name, which is known for its authentic spicy food. but, we were taken by surprise when we walked into the restaurant. the menu read dishes from all over india. and we decided to order because our stomaches were growling after having to take 3 trains. for drinks, i ordered a lychee lemonade, my mum asked for the rhubarb and rose lassi and my dad opted for a beer. seriously the taste of lychee lemonade is heaven after a hot day in london. and for our starters, we ordered green herb paneer tikka and chicken lollipops, which were served to us in no time. for our mains we asked for the crescent platter, which is a genius idea because you get to taste four different sides and a kerala prawn curry and some bread and rice. we were served almost immediately after we were done with the starters. the food was hot, tasted amazing, our waiter was great. no complains. best £108 spent!

the food was substandard and i personally did not like it. the ambience was fine, as one would expect from an upscale place like this one. but the high prices take your mind off everything else. too expensive for my pocket.

i decided this place for a business dinner as i was getting a great private room keeping in mind the need of my clients. they were offering multiple courses on their menu. each dish was appealing and appetizing. my clients were really impressed and happy with this place. highly recommended!

the place has a loud and bright decor which will surely entice kids at least. not easy to find, a purple doorway leads you to this restaurant. to begin with, the service is incredible and the price is directly proportional to the quality of food. the place is surely very expensive but the restaurant is best i have ever been to! a must try!

i have been going to this place frequently and love it because it does not offer the standard indian cuisine and there are a range of dishes available here from other parts of india which i hadn't tried before. if in doubt, ask the staff for recommendations - an absolute must try!

this place has been around for many long years now, and they have an amazing way of telling all the stories that this place has seen. the time has added character to this place, and it is visible in everything from the menus to the wine lists and even the decor. i really like the indian food served here.

i thoroughly enjoyed my order which was greens prawns and chicken tikka. such well cooked meat, with the right level of spices to bring out the best flavours in the food. a mouth watering experience, well worth the money!

i am glad to have visited this place. we ordered from the tasting menu, and the meal was lovely. the service was brilliant and the menu had the biggest variety of indian cuisines. it was brilliant in all. the pineapple curry and the coconut creme brulee. i cannot describe just how perfect they tasted. they have a brilliant procedure of attending to people, and from point go, it was the most immaculate service i have ever witnessed. this place really sets an example for other restaurants to follow. i am definitely returning and ordering a larger curry the next time.
