tucker's onion burgers

forget about 5 guys tuckers is legit!. a great burger and a menu that keeps it simple. the burgers are amazing! i got everything on it the first time and the grilled japs were delicious! the fries are amazing and an order is generous to share with your date but good enough to want an order to yourself!

great juicy burger. great burger. very juicy! each burger is made to your specifications. i like that the sauted onions are sliced really thin. they get their buns from prairie thunder bakery and they are wonderful! the fries are good and one order is large enough to feed 2-3 people easily. a drink is $1.99 - keep the plastic cup and bring it back next time and your drink is 99 cents and 50 cents of that is donated to one of the local metro schools. tuckers is owned by the same group that owns cheever's. tuckers is located on the corner of 23rd & hudson diagonally across the street from cheevers. tuckers is on south side of street on nw 23rd at hudson - cheevers is off north side of nw 23rd on hudson.

good burger, salty fries. they get a "b" so far.. i ordered a hamburger, fries and a soda. the bill was nearly $10. normally, i would be shocked at such a high price, but after trying the hamburger i can see why the price is up there.

the quality of the food is excellent. the quality of the meat is superb, if a little bland tasting. the buns are made by a local bakery and they're better than regular buns out of a package, but not so much so that i'm blown out of the water by them.

the fresh-cut fries were tasty, but a little bit salty. hold back on the salt and they should be just fine.

the restaurant is very clean and orderly and the staff was very pleasant. i'll be returning sometime soon, but i won't necessarily go out of my way to eat there. it's not the best burger in town, but it's pretty good.

oh, and if you don't like carmelized, grilled onions on your burger (i don't like the "sweet" taste), tell them before you order. they put the onions on every hamburger.

great burger, friendly staff. i loved the burgers! big and juicy..the staff is nice and friendly. very laid back environment..they've been cool when we've suddenly brought big groups too. thanks guys! i'll be back!

average. i had the burger and fries the other day. i was a little disappointed because to me it was just average. not real bad , but nothing special either. their are alot of burger places that i think are much better. not that tasty, and for sure no onion burger. the atmosphere was dull with some not so appetizing pictures on the wall. my food wasn't hot and they were not really buisy. i can't see them making it for the long haul.

blah blah blah. come on okc, can we review more than tucker's onion slop? is big truck tacos the only taco place to eat in oklahoma????? really?? i think the point is to venture out of your comfort zone. try the scary hole in the wall and then review that and tell us what a treasure it was! and while you're at it, quit effing voting ted's and musahi's and zio's number 1 in oklahoma. is that really as far as you are able or care to venture out into???? get off your fat @ss and get out there and experience real foodto write about!!!!!!!!! go to nw 10th and tulas and eat a sanchez taco truck taco and tell everyone how much it frigging rocked!!!!!!

yum-o. i don't even eat onions, but their burger made me forget my pre-conceived notions on grilled onion burgers. tasty, juicy and simply delicious! totally worth the onion scent permeating my clothing!

we will be back!. i finally got a chance to try out tucker's as it was one of the few places without a wait last night. we were not disappointed. the menu is small, seven burgers, one salad, a few shakes, fries, and drinks, but this is a great thing! the size of the menu allows tucker's to make sure that everything listed is exquisite, and it is! our burgers were wonderfully cooked and perfectly seasoned, not to mention the excellent buns that are baked daily. this is an excellent addition to okc!

great burgers. i thought i'd try tucker's for myself after reading mixed reviews. i went there a couple of days after christmas and ordered the double burger and shared an order of fries. the burger was great. the fries were cooked a little darker than i prefer but were still good. the meat tasted great. my only complaint is that they don't offer bacon on their burgers. i'd love to have a great onion burger with bacon.

it's a good burger. clean place. a little pricey. overall good place to eat.

love it!. this place has everything i want in a burger joint. good food, cleanliness, a simple menu, and friendly service. eat here! oh, and share your fries because there are too many of them.

good burgers and shakes. this place is quaint with their decor and the burger and fries are really good, but what got me was the shake! i am not a shake person, but this one was incredible.
