i have to say that my experience there is very specific to the fact that i am picky eater and have many dietary restrictions. i went to the restaurant with 6 friends. we found that there wasn't enough choices on the menu for us to have enough variety of food for dinner. (we wanted to try as much as we can, so we shared everything) it probably would have been a better experience if we were there for an afternoon snack or late night snack, not dinner.
we ordered a couple of thebaconeggs (which i could not have), the bone marrow popcorn (too salty for me), parsnip fries (too oily for my liking), the mussels (which i could not have), the elk entree (which i could not have), and the seafood stew.
the seafood stew was quite small in portion, the crab cake in there was fried to the point where the cake was more like a biscuit, it was not moist at all. the ling cod was done very nicely with a crispy outer layer. the vermicelli in the green curry was watery for me with not enough taste.
ambiance and service was good. but it was a bummer that i went in hungry and came out still hungry, but didn't feel the urge to order anything else on the menu.
