triple j chophouse & brew co

great steak but they shouldn't use the iron pressers to cook them it lets out the juices that make it tender.they havegreatservice and amazing house beers. my favorite is the windmill wheat

we have always had agreatexperience with food and service at triple j. i like how you recieve butterflied chicken so you can take half of it home quite easily. bread and sides are delish and the owners are very nice folks.

this was agreatsteak and i loved the honey-pepper seasoning on it. the rolls were warm and delicious. the service was also very good. baked potato was a little skimpy on toppings. otherwise, everything was top-notch.

this place was buzzing and that too on a week night.

i was taken there by a friend who loves good food. their steaks were cooked to perfection mine was medium rare, a minute dainty which wasn't too dainty for my hearty appetite and his rare just the way he liked it.

our sides were awesome and their wedge cut lettuce salad with all the works just did the greens for me.

my friend swore by their ever popular signature ale, something he commented that only they serve.

all in allgreattexan steaks. nice service by "brie" who was our waitress for the evening.

if i ever come back, i'll definitely come back and eat here again :)

this is one of my favorite restaurants - in fact, i had lunch here today with a peer and i'm back for dinner. the cobb salad wasgreatfor lunch - large, fresh & filling. service by josh was outstanding. however, tonight i forgot one cardinal rule - do not sit at the bar if you want quick service. don't get me wrong, the bartender is perfectly pleasant and when he is waiting on you (between running all over the place, restocking the bar, explaining which drinks are which to the wait staff, etc.), the service is good. he's simply overworked and has way too much going on to be an effective waiter. the good is great, but if you want quick service, get a table.

one of my favorites!!greatfor "date night"! always a crowd on the weekends so get there early if you don't want to wait too long...if you do have to wait you can hang out in the bar area and get a drink!

very good food, service, unique atmosphere, fun for kids to. if u have a party of 9 or less you can't rsvp and ur wait could be long. butgreatfood

agreatall around place. was introduced to the chophouse several years ago by a friend and always recommend it to people. i have never been disappointed with any aspect of the place. my only issue is that the micro brews are made at random, so if you find one you like, chances are you aren't going to get it again for a long time

we went and ate at triple j's for the first time last night ( i know, we never get out!) and loved this place, granted the wait was long about 45 minutes, but we decided to stay, since i really wanted to try it, but a long wait is usually a good sign anyways, and at 6 on a friday night what else do you expect? we got to enjoy the beautiful building/scenery, and enjoy a couple of micro-brews, i got the stout (or 3) and my wife got the wiet bier and they were fantastic. and very well priced. we finally got to our table, and considering how busy they were trent our waiter was very attentative, and very personal with us, and did agreatjob considering he had 5 tables. (all full). i got the prime rib, my wife got the pork chop, both were great, i am not a fan of sweet potato fries, but i must say, my wife got some on her plate and they were by far the best ones i have ever tried. i must say, i am a huge fan of harrigan's prime rib, have been for years, but i would say triple j's has just topped it, and this will be where i go for prime rib for now on. i highly recommend this place. granted it gets busy, so if you're not willing to wait either come early, or on a weekday, but i don't mind, i got to enjoy personal time with the wife, and enjoy agreatbeer!

start with the sidewinders appetizer~a deep fried jalapeno stuffed with shrimp. ancho grilled filet was pretty awesome. good chicken fried steak. the windmill wheat brew was very good, esp @ $3 a pint. service was friendly and attentive. prices were reasonable. it looked like agreatplace to watch a ttech game. i'll go back again

really reallygreatfood with agreatstaff! i had a windmill wheat brew that was perfect for summer, the cactus queso that was delicious and the chicken fried steak. this is still one of the best tasting best ran resteraunts in lubbock! perfect for any occasion. highly recommend this to any appetite.

best prime rib in lbk. ive tried out everyone's prime rib here in lubbock, and they have the best. unfortunately, they only serve it fridays and saturdays and it tends to run out quickly. microbrews are ok, i wouldnt say theyregreatbut sometimes they have a few good ones.

great place to eat and drink!!!. we actually came here on the advice of a waiter from gordito's. he raved about the beer and food, and he was right. aubrey was our server, and took excellent care of us. we started off with the choppy bob nachos, layers of bbq beef, jalapenos, white queso and a sauce that i couldn't figure out, but it was great. i had the prime rib, rare, and it was excellent. cooked to perfection with all the trimmings. for desert, the bread pudding, pecans, caramel and lots of tummy aches later! but good ones... this is agreatplace to eat!!!
