disappointing service. food wasgreatbut our server was less than attentive to our needs. he spent too much time carrying on idle conversation with other tables and staff.

also, if you are going to offer a baby beet salad, it should probably have more than one beet in it!

the 18% gratuity added to the check was offensive!

good reasonably priced meal at trio (the $20 prix fixe may have been even better value). the service was pretty good and they were fast (which wasgreatconsidering our large table).

they say that trio is ‘where palm springs eats.’ sure enough, shortly after i arrived, some locals i had met came in for dinner. the restaurant is located on palm canyon in the uptown design district. i sat inside this time, but the outside tables weregreatfor those who like to people watch and enjoy fresh air. it gets crowded, so reservations are definitely recommended. at my inside table, i had a good view of their large art collection featuring local artists. the atmosphere is loud, fun and full of energy.

love trio. my husband and i have been there many many times and have never had anything butgreatservice andgreatfood. always accommodating to our various number of people to seat when they can. we love to sit on the patio and people watch, always entertaining. thank you for all you do for palm springs!

a group of friends and i headed to trio on a saturday night. there were lots of big tables with ladies celebrating birthdays and bachelorette parties. i thought the draw were the handsome waiters and bartenders, but i later found out the staff has a special "surprise" for lady celebrants. caution for the easily offended ;)

the noise level here was just right to mask my usually rowdy group of friends!

the food was delicious. i had the skirt steak and it was a huge serving and super yum! expect to spend at least $20 on your meal alone and $10 each drink.

the cocktails are strong and yum as well!

the decor is retro with highlights of orange. the staff is super nice!

this is agreatplace to have some fun and enjoy somegreatfood!

lunch at trio restaurant. it was fabulous! we ate on the upper patio. the service was perfect, the food scrumptous and of course the weather wasgreatas usual. definitely will go there again, maybe for dinner

always consistently great
also mark and tony (owners) are the most philanthropic guys. i don't know how they do it, but they seem to have their names in tons of charities for either money or sponsors of lunches to raise money for local charities in the desert.

excellent meal & service. we had two really delicious meals at trio. the menu is varied and the service was excellent. we really enjoyed the vibe and ambience of the restaurant too.greatplace.

best looking staff, ever..... i love trio, such agreatplace and the pre-fix menu is amazing withgreatprices. if you are really hungry & want some very tasty food hit trio & have the half chicken dinner, you won't believe what comes to your table. a favourite of mine that i have at least once if not twice each time i visit p.s. it has the best looking, polite staff ever, from the hot friendly wait staff, cute bar staff & adorable bus boys & sexy hosts that greet you with a smile as you enter. even the other patrons eating are some of palm springs elite. i'm not sure if you have to be a model to work there but i'm sure it helps, lol. if you like eye candy while you eat this is the place to go.... check it out, you'll return over & over again.

comfort food with a french twist in a very trendy atmosphere. excellent food and service, but very loud with tight seating. the fixed price menu is agreatdeal, but the dessert selections were limited. they were able to accommodate my two young children with high chairs, but no children's menu was available. overall, a fun and different experience in palm springs.

eat, drink & strike a pose. as we strolled down palm canyon drive we were drawn to trios orange sign with funky decor. we stopped in and ordered some cocktails (trio tini and ecstasy martini) with an order of
wisconsin artisan cheese plate which i do recommend.

what struck me about trio is that it is defiantly trendy with its hand picked beautiful staff but i found that the staff showed genuine warmth with a friendly easy going manner to everyone. also, this to be agreatplace to people watch! don't walk by, give this place a try.

next time i'm in palm springs i'll make time for dinner

butternut squash ravioli was great. lamb shank and seafood pasta was not good.greatatmosphere.
