disappointing service. i was really looking forward to eating here based on other ratings. we arrived at 6:45 on saturday evening. no wait and the place did not seem busy. we were seated and waited on promptly, and told our waiter it was our first visit. our drinks and and salad were brought right away but then the wait began. forty five minutes later we were still waiting. we asked to speak to the manager and he came out, apologized, and offered to comp our meal. fifteen minutes after that our pizzas arrived. the food was excellent. however, our waiter was barely apologetic and seemed to avoid us. we ending up paying for 1 glass ofwineand the salad($15.00). so, while i appreciate the "free" food, i' m not sure i want to go back nor recommend this place to anyone else. hopefully, our experience was the exception not the norm. the pizzas really were good. maybe takeout is the way to go here.
