lip-smacking deliciousness. trilogy has the best chicagodeepdish pizza in all of san antonio and the surrounding area. the crust is light and crisp. the sauce is savory, flavorful, and fresh. every bite is mouthwatering. highly recommend to real pizza lovers.

the breadsticks were delicious and were half price during happy hour (we went at 4.30). we had adeepdish pizza which was pretty good, but the outer crust was too hard. had good deals on groupon and yelp. would definitely go back.

worst pizza i have ever had. my wife and i ordered adeepdish pizza yesterday for carry out. it tasted like stale bread covered in salt. it was in edible. i even like salty food and could not handle this. we each took a bite and had to throw it away. waste of 20 bucks. i will never eat there again. don't get thedeepdish!!! we were hopefully to find a good pizza place next time i will just go to pizza hut and pay a lot less.

let down... wait staff was friendly and attentive. tried the baked shrimp appetizer on recommendation. liked it. good garlic flavor. decided to go all out with a "chicago style"deepdish pizza......bad idea... i added 7 different filling items purposely expecting the real deal but got a wimpy pizza of mostly dough. really really skimpy on the fillings.. a couple of slices didn't have any of the meat fillings i ordered!! very surprised and let down due to the great ratings i saw on urban spoon...

we picked up 2 pizzas on tuesday night, as it is their by 1 get 1 free night. this applies to any pizza. even though they are not open 2-5, i was able to call in the order at that time for pick up at 5. the pizza was ready when we arrived and was correctly made. we had the chicago styledeepdish capone and new york style formaggio de capra. the capone was great. i didn't care for the formaggio, but my boyfriend liked it. i am from illinois and the pizza came close to what a good chicago styledeepdish pizza should taste like, but had a little more bread than what i'm used to. i would definitely return here, especially for their great dine in and carry out specials. i can't wait to go back to try their wine specials.

really good or really bad - depending. had their chicagodeepdish pizza and loved it. so tastey. then had the new york big sur and buffalo chicken. the big sur was ok - just ok. but really dry. but the buffalso chicken is completely without any sort of sauce and loaded with gorgonazola cheese. it was quite literally inedible. 35 years old, never have i encountered a pizza i couldn't eat, and this one required i order out chinese food.

one of our favorite places. thedeepdish matches anything we have tried anywhere in chicago. our daughter has lived in chicago for four years and says trilogy'sdeepdish matches the best she's had. my wife really likes both styles of their thin crust. in addition to thedeepdish, i'm a big fan of their ample and very tasty pasta dishes...they go great with the italian beer. we go most friday nights and ask for our favorite waiter. between his service, the comfortable and casual atmosphere, and the great food, trilogy has become our go-to place to relax.

went in for thedeepdish.. i decided i wanted to go to triology's because i heard that the chicago styledeepdish was supposed to be legendary. as soon as i walked in i was greeted at the door nicely and i told the person who greeted me, whom i believe to be a manager of some sort, that i had never been there before and he showed me around. the place isn't that big though and he said that they were having the lunch buffet, so i decided to just get that instead of thedeepdish i walked in for. ironically slices ofdeepdish pizza were up for grabs on the buffet line. i have to say i really wasn't impressed at all by any of the pizza i tried. thedeepdish on the buffet line was a failed attempt at something great. it was basically just your average pizza you would find anywhere else in this city.

i will say that i am willing to try it again based on one factor. one of my favorite pizza joints in california had great pizza, but whenever they made their buffet pizza during lunch time the quality was always noticeably different and the taste was sort of bland. i am hoping that this is the reason why the pizza at trilogy wasn't that good. i will try the chicagodeepdish next time and hope everyone was right. if not i'll keep going to chicagos pizza on blanco and 410 for a realdeepdish.

my girlfriend and i stopped by trilogy's for dinner and loved it. i had the chicken pesto pizzadeepdish style and she had the "big sur" with wheat crust. the atmosphere was great and the service was attentive but not bother some. the only thing that wasn't ideal was the long wait for our food but it was worth the wait. we will be back!

chicago style is 2 thumbs up!. i'm originally from the chicago area, and i can safely say that their chicago styledeepdish is tops! seems like they've really got it down now too, at first sometimes the sauce would be a little too strong or tangy, but this past year it's been spot on delicious. in a town (san antonio) with pretty lame food and ever worse pizza this place is my savior!
