great pizza and appetizers. nothing spectacular to look at, just great food. the baked shrimp appetizer is a must try. my wife thought it had a bit too much salt, but i love it topped with prosciutto and the white wine garlic sauce. the pasta bolegnese i tried there was kind of a miss. not as flavorful as i would like. i have had the formaggio di capra here and it is awesome. the pesto and goat cheese come together to infuse such wonderful taste. we've also had the gyro and it was excellent. it had just enough lamb and of course the feta was plentiful and made for a complementary taste with the other ingredients. i can't wait to try the texas next.

lip-smacking deliciousness. trilogy has the best chicago deep dish pizza in all of san antonio and the surrounding area. the crust is light and crisp. the sauce is savory, flavorful, and fresh. every bite is mouthwatering. highly recommend to real pizza lovers.

yummy pizza

we ordered this after a late night at sea world. i was dying to try the chicago style (which was yummy and loaded with cheese) but my husband loooved the new york style. we got two mediums and with us and the two little ones we had sooo much leftovers! if i had to do it again i would do the traditional old world new york style pepperoni with the fresh mozzarella and garlic. decent price and very conveniently located to our hotel drury plaza at stone oak

the breadsticks were delicious and were half price during happy hour (we went at 4.30). we had a deep dish pizza which was pretty good, but the outer crust was too hard. had good deals on groupon and yelp. would definitely go back.

this not your usual pizza joint; because it's not your usual pizza. it is way better. the owner john tosses the crust in front of you if you look. the wait staff is young, excited, there to please. you will also have an excellent choice of wines. john and trilogy do slot to support the community and our schools.

excellent pizza. there's a great soup and salad bar while you are waiting for your food. you won't be left hungry! the wait staff is pleasant and the service is great!

went in tonight with a group of friends.  i had purchased the groupon ahead of time to use tonight.  when my bill came i presented the groupon and they proceeded to tell me they could not/would not honor it because they apparently run a tuesday night pizza deal and wont use the groupon on tuesday nights.  i spoke with the manager and we reviewed the groupon together where the only stipulations listed were: not valid on alcohol, dine in only, and not valid for lunch brunch.  nowhere did it state i could not use it on tuesday night, however he said he was still not going to honor the coupon.  i am so disappointed in the customer service, this was my first visit and my last.  i went in with a group of 11 people so it wasn't like our bill was only $20.  i am disappointed in the false advertising/bate and switch feel that i got from my experience and that they really didn't care.

i saw an ad on groupon and we decided to try it because we had never had chicago style pizza, but went to chicago a few weeks later to compare .. and no comparison .. i think trilogy banks on the sauce but that's only part of the pizza.. true chicago style pizza has to be tried in chicago ...

the wait was normal. they have a lunch special  as well. i tried the new york style pizza. very delicious

great food at a great price!. we read some of the reviews before deciding on this place and glad we went. it has a great small cozy atmosphere and the service we received upon walking in was superb! we began our meal with the bruchetta appetizer and it was great! fresh basil with warm tomatoes and excellent flavors. i enjoyed every last bite. we ordered the spinach artichoke pizza on california wheat crust. the spices were perfect and the crust was nice and crisp to our liking. we will definitely be back. this is a good casual place with great prices that will not dissappoint you.

worst pizza i have ever had. my wife and i ordered a deep dish pizza yesterday for carry out. it tasted like stale bread covered in salt. it was in edible. i even like salty food and could not handle this. we each took a bite and had to throw it away. waste of 20 bucks. i will never eat there again. don't get the deep dish!!! we were hopefully to find a good pizza place next time i will just go to pizza hut and pay a lot less.

friendly waitress! quick service. unfortunately those are the only positives i can say about trilogy. tea was weak. salad was supposed to be mixed greens but was only romaine. could have put this together at home in a few minutes. margarheta pizza had no flavor. crust had decent texture. toppings were obviously stuff anyone could buy at heb. if you prefer artisan style pizza go to comfort pizza in comfort tx.
