trilogy pizza

great food at a great price!. we read some of the reviews before deciding on thisplaceand glad we went. it has a great small cozy atmosphere and the service we received upon walking in was superb! we began our meal with the bruchetta appetizer and it was great! fresh basil with warm tomatoes and excellent flavors. i enjoyed every last bite. we ordered the spinach artichoke pizza on california wheat crust. the spices were perfect and the crust was nice and crisp to our liking. we will definitely be back. this is a good casualplacewith great prices that will not dissappoint you.

worst pizza i have ever had. my wife and i ordered a deep dish pizza yesterday for carry out. it tasted like stale bread covered in salt. it was in edible. i even like salty food and could not handle this. we each took a bite and had to throw it away. waste of 20 bucks. i will never eat there again. don't get the deep dish!!! we were hopefully to find a good pizzaplacenext time i will just go to pizza hut and pay a lot less.

disappointing service. i was really looking forward to eating here based on other ratings. we arrived at 6:45 on saturday evening. no wait and theplacedid not seem busy. we were seated and waited on promptly, and told our waiter it was our first visit. our drinks and and salad were brought right away but then the wait began. forty five minutes later we were still waiting. we asked to speak to the manager and he came out, apologized, and offered to comp our meal. fifteen minutes after that our pizzas arrived. the food was excellent. however, our waiter was barely apologetic and seemed to avoid us. we ending up paying for 1 glass of wine and the salad($15.00). so, while i appreciate the "free" food, i' m not sure i want to go back nor recommend thisplaceto anyone else. hopefully, our experience was the exception not the norm. the pizzas really were good. maybe takeout is the way to go here.

greatplacefor a casual dinner! we had three pizzas and a great salad with a few bottles of malbec to wash it down. our waitress andrea was a doll and took great care of us! all thumbs up hear!

best pizza in stone oak. my wife & i had a craving for pizza saturday night so we ventured in to trilogy and ordered our usual ( texan ) pizza along with some adult beverages. the staff a trilogy dind't dissapoint us the food was great the server ( mason ortiz ) was great. if you want an excellent pizza this is theplaceto be.

great deep dish. im going to make this short and concise. we arrived; we were seated; outstanding wait staff, catered to our every need, cold drinks; hot served delicious pizza; we will be going back to try the new york style next; listen, if you want a good deep dish chicago style pizza, this is theplaceto try. great beer and wine selection put thisplaceover the top for us.

not good. we tried thisplaceand we were very disappointed; the service was slow, the service was extremely rude and the food was 'okay' at best, it certainly wasn't as good as the past comments describe.

awesome little pizza place. i adore thisplaceand wish there were more similar restaurants around. the man of the house isn't much into wine, so we don't go near as often as i like, but the pizzas are tasty enough to get him there. as a side note, they do have beer, just not the craft brews we usually go for. the prices and service have always been great. it's an excellent spot for meeting some girlfriends for happy hour to share a bottle of wine and appetizer. check the website ahead of time for their daily/happy hour specials.

no kidding, you will love this place!. we've been coming to trilogy for a long time and it's probably our favoriteplaceto eat. great deals on happy hour, $10 tuesdays, and we love buying the $10 pizza coupons. our favorites are the bbq chicken pizza and the formaggio di capra (incredible!!!). their bread is fabulous too! friendly, attentive service and great atmosphere! a neighborhood favorite!!

a staple in stone oak. one of the oldest restaurants in stone oak and for a good reason too. the restaurant is consistently good with the food, staff and management. keeps me coming for the past 10 years! try the chicago style pizza....its the firstplacei ever eaten chicago style at...its delicious!

greatplaceto mix with friends!. love going here with a friend, having a glass of wine and the best pizza in san antonio! if you are into quality things such as friendship, food, service and relaxing atmosphere then trilogy pizza & wine bistro is theplaceto be!!!!

one of our favorite places. the deep dish matches anything we have tried anywhere in chicago. our daughter has lived in chicago for four years and says trilogy's deep dish matches the best she's had. my wife really likes both styles of their thin crust. in addition to the deep dish, i'm a big fan of their ample and very tasty pasta dishes...they go great with the italian beer. we go most friday nights and ask for our favorite waiter. between his service, the comfortable and casual atmosphere, and the great food, trilogy has become our go-toplaceto relax.

went in for the deep dish.. i decided i wanted to go to triology's because i heard that the chicago style deep dish was supposed to be legendary. as soon as i walked in i was greeted at the door nicely and i told the person who greeted me, whom i believe to be a manager of some sort, that i had never been there before and he showed me around. theplaceisn't that big though and he said that they were having the lunch buffet, so i decided to just get that instead of the deep dish i walked in for. ironically slices of deep dish pizza were up for grabs on the buffet line. i have to say i really wasn't impressed at all by any of the pizza i tried. the deep dish on the buffet line was a failed attempt at something great. it was basically just your average pizza you would find anywhere else in this city.

i will say that i am willing to try it again based on one factor. one of my favorite pizza joints in california had great pizza, but whenever they made their buffet pizza during lunch time the quality was always noticeably different and the taste was sort of bland. i am hoping that this is the reason why the pizza at trilogy wasn't that good. i will try the chicago deep dish next time and hope everyone was right. if not i'll keep going to chicagos pizza on blanco and 410 for a real deep dish.

best pizza in san antonio. having eaten the real deal in chicago, thisplacecould compete with the best of them. trilogy: chicago, new york, or california. my wife and i have eaten here numerous times and have never been disappointed. my favorite is the capone, a deep-dish chicago style pie with rich tomato sauce and plenty of toppings. two slices is enough. great selection of wine and beer. compared to other eateries in the stone oak area, this is not upscale. however, it's also not casual. service is consistently good. give it a try!
