great pizza and appetizers. nothing spectacular to look at, justgreatfood. the baked shrimp appetizer is a must try. my wife thought it had a bit too much salt, but i love it topped with prosciutto and the white wine garlic sauce. the pasta bolegnese i tried there was kind of a miss. not as flavorful as i would like. i have had the formaggio di capra here and it is awesome. the pesto and goat cheese come together to infuse such wonderful taste. we've also had the gyro and it was excellent. it had just enough lamb and of course the feta was plentiful and made for a complementary taste with the other ingredients. i can't wait to try the texas next.

excellent pizza. there's agreatsoup and salad bar while you are waiting for your food. you won't be left hungry! the wait staff is pleasant and the service is great!

great food at agreatprice!. we read some of the reviews before deciding on this place and glad we went. it has agreatsmall cozy atmosphere and the service we received upon walking in was superb! we began our meal with the bruchetta appetizer and it was great! fresh basil with warm tomatoes and excellent flavors. i enjoyed every last bite. we ordered the spinach artichoke pizza on california wheat crust. the spices were perfect and the crust was nice and crisp to our liking. we will definitely be back. this is a good casual place withgreatprices that will not dissappoint you.

absolutely fantastic pizza! we drive from boerne to eat here and it never disappoints. superb crust. cheese bread appetizer is yummy.greatwine. looking forward to trying their desserts.

great place for a casual dinner! we had three pizzas and agreatsalad with a few bottles of malbec to wash it down. our waitress andrea was a doll and tookgreatcare of us! all thumbs up hear!

best pizza in stone oak. my wife & i had a craving for pizza saturday night so we ventured in to trilogy and ordered our usual ( texan ) pizza along with some adult beverages. the staff a trilogy dind't dissapoint us the food wasgreatthe server ( mason ortiz ) was great. if you want an excellent pizza this is the place to be.

great deep dish. im going to make this short and concise. we arrived; we were seated; outstanding wait staff, catered to our every need, cold drinks; hot served delicious pizza; we will be going back to try the new york style next; listen, if you want a good deep dish chicago style pizza, this is the place to try.greatbeer and wine selection put this place over the top for us.

let down... wait staff was friendly and attentive. tried the baked shrimp appetizer on recommendation. liked it. good garlic flavor. decided to go all out with a "chicago style" deep dish pizza......bad idea... i added 7 different filling items purposely expecting the real deal but got a wimpy pizza of mostly dough. really really skimpy on the fillings.. a couple of slices didn't have any of the meat fillings i ordered!! very surprised and let down due to thegreatratings i saw on urban spoon...

we picked up 2 pizzas on tuesday night, as it is their by 1 get 1 free night. this applies to any pizza. even though they are not open 2-5, i was able to call in the order at that time for pick up at 5. the pizza was ready when we arrived and was correctly made. we had the chicago style deep dish capone and new york style formaggio de capra. the capone was great. i didn't care for the formaggio, but my boyfriend liked it. i am from illinois and the pizza came close to what a good chicago style deep dish pizza should taste like, but had a little more bread than what i'm used to. i would definitely return here, especially for theirgreatdine in and carry out specials. i can't wait to go back to try their wine specials.

yummy pizzas with agreattasty flavor. 18 nov 11. we had a pretty good evening enjoying a mix of menu items from trilogy pizza. on this evening the restaurant was pretty busy so attentive service was a bit of a miss for our group of hungry eaters. some of the items we enjoyed on this evening included trilogy cheese bread, calamari, lasagna pasta, and a variety of pizzas. the red sauce was really amazing...great tasty flavor for sure. the lasagna was just okay and maybe should have been called baked ziti as it was prepared with penne noodles...definitely different. overall we had agreatvisit and look foward to returning some day soon. i will try a calzone the next time.

no kidding, you will love this place!. we've been coming to trilogy for a long time and it's probably our favorite place to eat.greatdeals on happy hour, $10 tuesdays, and we love buying the $10 pizza coupons. our favorites are the bbq chicken pizza and the formaggio di capra (incredible!!!). their bread is fabulous too! friendly, attentive service andgreatatmosphere! a neighborhood favorite!!
