trilogy pizza

disappointing service. i was really looking forward to eating here based on other ratings. we arrived at 6:45 on saturday evening. no wait and the place did not seem busy. we were seated and waited on promptly, and told our waiter it was our first visit. our drinks and and salad were brought right away but then the wait began. forty five minutes later we were still waiting. we asked to speak to the manager and he came out, apologized, and offered to comp our meal. fifteen minutes after that our pizzas arrived. the food was excellent. however, our waiter was barely apologetic and seemed to avoid us. we ending up paying for 1 glass of wine and the salad($15.00). so, while i appreciate the "free" food, i' m not sure i want to go back nor recommend this place to anyone else. hopefully, our experience was the exception not the norm. the pizzas really were good. maybe takeout is the way to go here.

absolutely fantastic pizza! we drive from boerne to eat here and it never disappoints. superb crust. cheese bread appetizer is yummy. great wine. looking forward to trying their desserts.

stop in last night for a first time visit and quick bite, but did not imagine how the flavors of trilogy popped from the bruschetta, salad , pepperoni / margherita pizza very thin crust pizza. with all that said we also had a bottle of wine for less than 60.00 when i would of paid 160.00. enjoyed and will be back soon.

wow exclusively very thin crust. fabulous toppings. very generous with the toppings. just a tasty tasty pizza.

my partner and i took a risk last night and experimented with our pizza provider. we passed the torch from little caesar's to trilogy pizza. i had the most joyful and engaging server, will.thank you for doing san antonio a service by hiring this young man. the pizza was also an a+ in our books.

great place for a casual dinner! we had three pizzas and a great salad with a few bottles of malbec to wash it down. our waitress andrea was a doll and took great care of us! all thumbs up hear!

love the pizza and all the options!. any chance i get, i stop by trilogy for one of their delicious pizzas! the option of three different types of crusts allows everyone in the family to have what they want. we love the quattro carne!

awesome food!!. we have been to trilogy several times over the past year and have received wonderful service and food each time. the manager, ben, always greets us when we come in and prepares marvelous food. stop in and say 'hi' to him and enjoy some pizza and a glass of wine.

best pizza in stone oak. my wife & i had a craving for pizza saturday night so we ventured in to trilogy and ordered our usual ( texan ) pizza along with some adult beverages. the staff a trilogy dind't dissapoint us the food was great the server ( mason ortiz ) was great. if you want an excellent pizza this is the place to be.

nice find. my wife and i travelled to san antonio from houston for a mini-vacation. having a desire for pizza, we read the reviews for trilogy and gave it a try. we were very pleased with the warm and friendly service by our waiter (ian or ethan). he treated us like regular patrons with courteous, personal service. the atmosphere was very pleasant and the food was good too. lots of menu items to choose from. thanks for making our short stay enjoyable.

great deep dish. im going to make this short and concise. we arrived; we were seated; outstanding wait staff, catered to our every need, cold drinks; hot served delicious pizza; we will be going back to try the new york style next; listen, if you want a good deep dish chicago style pizza, this is the place to try. great beer and wine selection put this place over the top for us.

definitely one in my top ten lists of best all around pizza, esiecially the ny style. even the restrooms were nearly clean enough to eat from! good joint!

had the new york style crust. this pizza was delicious! would highly recommend this pizza/resturaunt. casual style dining in a small establishment. really, really good!!
