my boyfriend and i ate here last night,the food and service was horrible. we arrived (after calling ahead of time for seating) and therestaurantwas about 80% full, we were told to wait another 15 minutes, there was no seating at the bar or availible waiting room, when we finally sat down to order appetizers and drinks which took close to 30-40 mins to get our apps they were ok, nothing memorable and lacked flavour. the server made excuses they were really busy and the kitchen was backed up but it is no excuse. we ordered our entrees before our appetizers where brought out but it took well over 45 minutes to arrive, to the point we had to ask for our food. managers should be looking at chit times and doing table visits. my bf ordered the surf and turf with garlic mashed potatoes. the steak was blue rare after he ordered it medium rare, the mashed potatoes looked like instant potato and looked like soup, it was disgusting and not edible. i ordered the pine nut salmon, the salmon was dry and the vegetables were soggy with water in the bottom of my plate everywhere. we did not finish our meals. the manager or owner not sure which came out, covered in food and not presentable and said he would take the steak off our cheque. this is a poorly trained and managed restaurant. we asked for our bill which took forever to come only to sour our experience even further. the server looked at us when we complained as if it were the norm. we paid our $80.00 bill and went next door to eat supper. do not waste your time or money here.
