we are there last night and have to say it was not the greatest experience. we waited about 10 minutes before the server ever showed up to take our drink order and that was after we had to ask if there was a server for our table. he gave us an excuse that the hostess was not suppose to seat the table since he had other tables on the other side of the restaurant. poor excuse...a good server always checks their section, especially when they have another table seated next to us that they were also responsible for. needless to say, the service wasn't the best. we ordered an appetizer antipasto plate which was delicious, but unfortunately this was not the case with our entrees. one of the 4pastadishes that was ordered in our party was under cooked to the point thepastawas still crunchy. my spaghetti bolognese was definitely nothing to write home about. thepastawas gummy and the sauce lacked seasoning. very disappointed. if i ever decide to go there again i will stick with the appetizers and skip the entrees for sure.

not consistent and dull. had lunch twice. first time was acceptable. second time was a disaster. they do offer gluten free pasta, but they change the type each time so you may get rice penna one time and corn spaghetti the next. they also seem to change the dishes from the menu so you may get something totally different than described on the menu. first time had chicken parm. which was a little on the soggy side and wife hadpastarustica with gluten free springs pasta. second time she got corn spaghetti with the same dish. both time they got the sauce wrong. second time i ordered the herb roasted chicken which a did not accept and had returned to the kitchen. the chicken was white and rubbery skin no roasting to it. it looked like a boiled chicken pulled from a stock pot. i ordered something else, but by the time it came back my wife had finished her lunch. the did comp my meal. all in all the food is a little better than olive garden and priced about the same. so if you like surprises and olive garden food then you may like travinia.

simply awesome. last night, we had the pleasure of dining at travinia. john was our excellent server. everything was just incredible. the veal raviolis we had as an appetizer were unbelievable. i had the veal saltinbocca and my husband had the veal piccata. wow! both were served over angel hairpastaand we were delighted to see that we were served a veal chop instead of the usual scallopini. john was an excellent server.
there was a jazz ensemble playing that added to the atmosphere of this delightful restaurant. the prices were very reasonable. i can't wait to return!

very good italian food. the atmosphere is very pleasant , quiet, and intriguing. the waitstaff was very prompt and was happy to explain any of the dishes. the portion size of the entrees is on the generous side and i feel well worth the money. the add-ons on some of thepastadishes i think are a bit high for the amount you get but if you want it you will get it anyways. the food was nicely prepared and was very good overall. i would recommend it as a nicer restaurant.
