our favorite restaurant on island. every meal is outstanding and the servers are pleasant and well trained.

macadamia grouper was fantastic. great food but atmosphere is a little tacky. the decorations in the restaurant are all for sale with price tags dangling from them.

a favorite on the island. food is very good but it seems tacky that they have price tags on all the wall decorations.

best overall on island. flat out...my favorite. great early dinner, delicious fish. terrific help in the bar w/ food, drinks, conversation.

our favorite place for dinner on sanibel. locals love it and tourists are discovering it. great great food! it even has a very nice island style shop attached to visit before or after dinner. staff very knowledgable and friendly. a must do for everyone who goes to sanibel. the fish is very fresh which i am picky about.

nice lunch. we stopped by for a late lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the nice atmosphere and interesting menu. i tried the white gazpacho and the tomato/mozzarella salad. both were very good, especially the salad. others had the vegetarian black beans and rice and the salmon. everyone enjoyed their meal, and we would love to try it again for dinner.

nice. we wanted to try fish tonight and i used urbanspoon to find a fish restaurant. i had the tilapia and my wife had the grouper. my son had baby back ribs.

all dishes were excellent - tasty, well presented and good portion size.

service was also excellent.

only downside was that the desserts we ordered were sold out - no big deal, helps the figure !

where's the "i love it" button?. this place is awesome! we ate here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. the food is excellent! even the bread and olive oil and herb dip was delicious. i had the best scallops of my life on top by lobster ravioli (that were black and white striped!) with cream sauce. it was sooo good! the next time, i had the prime rib and it was excellent as well.

went there for a turn of the century party and ten years later still love it. lively vibe, very friendly and welcoming staff. we arrived at 8:15, seated immediately & found out we were at the most requested table - a two seater in the bar against the window! mahi, crab cakes, key lime pie all great! high end but not crazy!

love it!. we've been to traders numerous times and love it so much that we decided to have our wedding reception there. the food is always top notch and the service is very attentive. they treated my husband and i like a queen and king and joe, the owner, bent over backwards to fulfill our every wish. there wasn't a single thing i would have changed. the talented chef is very creative and his horseradish salmon is to die for. the atmosphere and decor is superb. don't forget to check out the shop after dinner. there are so many neat treasures there waiting to be discovered!

pitch a tent. you'll be waiting a while for the staff to get it's act together. midway through tonight's two-hour ordeal, the hostess left with a wine glass to a private repose on the outdoor patio. we were confined to the waitstaff floor show, so named because they waited endlessly on the floor of the kitchen in a queue. the only thing that could have gone more poorly would have been broken dishware. oh, wait! the water glass chipped in my mouth! it was a memorable dining experience, and one you should tell your friends about.
