for over a year and a half i've traveled through paso weekly and have had nothing but amazing food andserviceuntil i had dinner at thomas hill organics. we started with an appetizer. our main dish came out 50 min later....yes 50! our fish was split like was asked however the fish was cold, skin soggy, and plate hot. brooke (our waitress who had avoided us for the past 45 min) took back our food and didn't return. we waited 5 min and our fish came out however it looked a little familiar...it was the exact same fish! they didn't even attempt to make it look like a new piece. when asked about it the waitress brooke seemed like there was nothing wrong with this. we sent it back again and then asked to speak to the manager adam. as we were walking back to our car we heard the kitchen staff talking about us and yelling "get the f#%k out". talk about making us feel great. we won't be back to thomas hill organics

wildly original food. we tried the black lentil tacos that were made of pureed carrot, cashews, coconut and watermelon and to our surprise they were quite tasty. for dinner i had the bengali spiced black cod and it was served over pickled watermelon with roasted beets and strawberries and it was also very good.servicewas slow in the beginning because my server got many tables at one time but after the beginning it was fine.

always a surprise - always delightful. we are lucky locals who choose to eat here often because the food is consistently delicious and theserviceis spot on! chef julie creates combinations that i never in a million years would think of and we are have never been disappointed. for a small town, we are blessed with many great restaurants but this my favorite!

favorite, hands down. love this place. we are lunch/brunch goers here and have never been disappointed. welcoming, friendlyserviceand delicious food. i just love getting my own little french press of delicious jobella coffee. appetizers are fabulous. the ahi tuna tataki is my personal favorite. the whipped lemon yogurt in the summer and roasted cauliflower dip in cooler weather are so satisfying; served with warm, soft pita bread. if you're hungry you can't go wrong with the pork belly sandwich. for lighter meal, we'll split an appetizer and each order a salad dish. the gifted chefs subtly incorporate amazing flavors into their dishes with farm fresh fruits and veggies, grains, herbs and spices that make us want to lick our plates clean everytime.

bad service. made a reservation then were asked to move it earlier by half an hour, which we agreed to. when we arrived were told we had two hours to eat and leave. ordered appetizers and left. boo for customerserviceon the night of my friends' bachelorette w prior reservations.

food was good butservicewas sub par especially since this is rather pricey for the plates. i expected much better service. they also have a bit of 'tude happening!

one of our favorites. we live in foodie heaven here in paso robles and thomas hill organics is one of our favorite spots. the food is delicious and interesting and theserviceis outstanding. the ambiance is relaxed and friendly and the noise level is low so you can actually have a conversation. if the terrace is open, it's delightful.

exquisite farm to table restaurant. warm & inviting & delicious. loved the sweet potato pizza, seared beef tacos with salsa verde & osso buco with polenta. best dish was prawns with oatmeal in a spicy tomato sauce. so unique & so spectacular. desserts to die for along with great wine list, excellentservice& lovely ambience. indoor & outdoor seating. don't miss it!
