i've found it!!. i will make this simple - this is the best breakfast place i have ever been to. period.

it's located in sinking springs in a residential area, two doors down from a tattoo shop. it's in an old row house. it's a perfect place for breakfast!

themenuis huge and eclectic. if you're just a bacon and egger, this place will be lost on you. you need to want an odd, delicious breakfast treat of meat and sweet. there are 50 kinds of wild and woolly pancakes, crepes, build your own everything if you like. i had a helluva time deciding.

i had such a hard time deciding i ordered two breakfasts and at half of each. i ordered the sunny days omelette - grand marnier sesame beef, broccoli, mushroom & bell pepper. it was pretty awesome. and i also ordered the seattle seven - italian pork, broccoli, artichoke heart, roasted red peppers, mushroom & scrambled eggs, topped with a spicy pesto cream sauce- served in a bread bowl.

my breakfast pard is a sissy and had oatmeal raisin pancakes - they looked damn good, and got totally eaten.

everything was delicious, hot, plentiful and fun to eat. the service was good, and the owners came by to ask if everything was ok.

two things i didn't like: your hours kinda suck. and your coffee kinda sucks. home fries are good - but jazz them up puh leeze. but, this place is a winner!

this maybe the most interesting place to get breakfast i've ever been.
its small and people aren't in a hurry so if you are skip it till you have some time. the wait is usually 30mins or so and the food all made from scratch takes a while (so long in fact they give you games to play while you wait like uno)

unique and delicious. i mainly frequent tom cat for saturday or sunday for breakfast. the best time to go is right when they open at 8am, not a minute later because the place will fill-up fast. otherwise, go a little later like 9:30-10am. themenuis overwhelming but in a good way. there are so many unique dishes to choose from and they are all good. i particularly like spicy food, so anything with peppers, chipotle, chorizo, bbq, etc are great. omelets are huge but the pancakes are enormous bordering on ridiculous; hanging over the plate. my mom's favorite is the stuffed french toast if you like sweet. remember, if this is your first time going to plan your arrival time appropriately because the wrong time can mean a long wait. parking can be difficult since it is street parking and the next-door church apparently doesn't support local businesses because they try to prevent you from parking in there over-flow lot, which is never overflowing... i've been there for lunch a couple times and the ingredient themes transfer directly to sandwiches, also excellent!

themenuis fabulously creative. cozy atmosphere and the owners are there cooking everyday and treat you like they know you even if it's your first time there. it's just amazing.

great service! foodmenuis amazing! over 50 pancakes to chose from! i had a delicious omelette with an interesting choice of toppings. crepes great as well, huge portions, leftovers for sure! small and busy because its so popular to the locals. well worth it!

i love this place! the food is prepared fresh, and the originality of themenuis refreshing. the team that works here are so friendly, and create a great experience. the one negative is the size of the restaurant. it is cozy, but the morning crowd is regularly lining through the entrance doors. so, as the weather cools it is tough to be a patron. however, the food is worth the wait, and this is one of my favorite breakfast spots.

after reading all current reviews i see a common issue....why are the operating hours of this fabulous restaurant so out of sinc with what your loyal patrons and potential loyal patrons want. you guys have a gold mine here in sinking spring in a town of dry wells. how about some feedback from the owner on this site? there's a lot of people wanting to make you rich! .....bestmenuin berks. county.

worst experience ever!!!!. this was absolutely the worst dining experience i have ever encountered, in my life. we sat for 50 minutes before the food arrived, and when they finally brought it, the order was wrong. i asked the waitress to take it back, and that i did not have time to wait for another omlet. my girlfriend began eating her breakfast until a chef walked up and said "sorry (i thought it might be the manager coming to make things right) ill take that" and litterally took her meal out from under her fork. i was sure it was a misunderstanding and said "no this meal is ok." he then told us we could leave and not come back. when i acted surprised and disrespected i was told he would call the police if we did not leave. my girlfriend (in tears) and i left and will never return. i have never been as insulted or humiliated in public as this before. i would urge all of you not to patronize this establishment. its a shame, because themenulooks great, too bad i will never know what the food tastes like.

themenuwas inpressive , lots of unique choices. service was less than to be desires and sloooooow , which took away feom the excitement of the food. was okay, coffee was so watered down and service is less than to be desired.
