the shed is a rock'in.... this place rocks!... literally. you can enjoy some great live music, great atmosphere and some great bbq! the name really says it all, its just a big shed out in the middle of the woods. its always busy on the weekends so you might wanna plan to go early to avoid the rush. the ribs are tender and coated well with really great flavoredbbqsauce. service is quick and friendly. i love bringing family & friends to this place its just that unique.

decided to take a day trip from nola and was told that i just had to getbbqhere. since i was already in the area i decided to try this place out. it was good. nothing special or that i'd go out my way for. people who work here are nice too.

decent pulled pork sandwich.
brisket is some strange, shredded stuff.
both meats are short on seasoning and smoke flavor.
slaw fresh, not too sweet, unlike thebbqsauce, which is so sweet, it's
sickening.
not a place for great bbq, but a fun place when there's live music.

about the third or fourth time i've been here. always get the sampler platter of bbq. the pulled pork was good, the ribs were very good, the sausage was fantastic the chicken was so so.

good sauce, but overwhelms the meat. always enjoy eating here. thebbqsauce is very good, but they slather the meat with it and it overwhelms it. the sides are very good. service has been excellent, but we deliberately choose odd times to go. the outdoor dining is nice when it's not crowded.

this is nothing better than abbqpork sandwich with a side of potato salad! this place is awesome! i bring all of my out of town family here everytime they come down. however, i have one bad thing to say. this place has gotten very stingy with thebbqsauce. come on brad, you make a fortune. give us more sauce on the sandwiches!

over priced & over hyped. the wife had to eat here after seeing their place on the food network. i ordered their weak tastingbbqbrisket sandwich on a white bun that must have been pulled out of a walmart bag. their slaw had no flavor, the fried pickles were too heavy on the salt. however, the potato salad was good. the shed's décor was obviously put together by a college age "decorator" with lots of stuff but no soul, if you know what i mean.

use to be good, key word use to be, now it's just sad. it's been like watching a slow moving train crash when you go to the shed over the years, it use to be the best now, it's bottom of the barrel, betterbbqis served at fast food joints. everything on the menu is just bad, plain ol' bad. full of fat, bland sauce. if you want goodbbqgo to slap ya momma's and save yourself from this disaster! i would give it a 0 if i could.

first time here on thursday night. looked forward to it for a while and even on a rainy night, it didn't disappoint! ordered the sampler platter. everything was great, although after trying all the meats...the next time i'm sticking with just pulled pork, because it was my favorite. awesome ambiance. very unique place with lots ofbbqcharacter. would love to be there on a night with sine blues playing next time.

keep up the great work! see you next time we are in gulfport.

very disappointed. tastelessbbqand soggy sides. extremely overrated and over priced for what you get. ordered pulled pork, which came chopped, and my wife ordered the pulled brisket,  which also came chopped. the meat tasted like it was baked in an oven. no smoked wood flavor at all. award winning. not even close.
the place has a cool appeal but the food is far from award winning. overheard the two tables next to us say the same. there is no love in that bbq.

the absolute best atmosphere for abbqfood joint. the absolute bestbbqsauce & ribs i have ever tried! !!!! if i lived within an hour of here, i would come at least twice every week! !!!! delicious!!!!!!! =p

i have heard so much hype about thisbbqjoint even seen it on tv. we are from sc and have had our fair share of bbq. we were not impressed both times we have been. we tried to give it a second chance but was disappointed again. i will stick with our homebbqjoints.

bestbbqi've had in ages. we got the samer platter for two and the only tough part is deciding which meat is best. rustic decor perfect for abbqjoint. awesome. we'll be back.

convenient location for good bbq. this location of the shedbbq& blues joint is very convenient when traveling on i-10. we stopped in on a road trip to florida for dinner and enjoyed the atmosphere and food. we ordered the shed sampler platter to share since it comes with a portion of all seven meats and three sides which we chose the baked beans, coleslaw, and mac salad (mac-and-cheese). the food came out extremely quickly and we enjoyed being able to taste all the meats they had to offer i think next time though we will stick to one of the rib plates.

sux!. don't bother if you like bbq. the food was tasteless, and the meat sure wasn't smoked. not a realbbqjoint.
