oceanaire is a 'special occasion' type of restaurant as it's a bit more expensive than the norm, but it is so worth it. especially in minneapolis because it's the best place to get fresh fish, which is a rarity there. the crab cakes are probably the best i've ever had. also try the arctic char if you don't mind seeing the entire fish, head and all. it is out of this world!!!
