the food quality was not at par with their prices, their cheesy nachos didn't had any amount of cheese, drinks didn't felt like they contained any booze.
really bad experience and i don't know why zomato reviews are so high for this place.
not recommended at all.

the overall experience was amazing. the food variety isgoodplus the live music is icing on the cake. they do have a very large seating space at the backside which is a must if you are a party animal. it is pricy but worth it. amazing experience it was.

last week i was with my family at manali we are looking for best cafe then finally find the lazy dog cafe old manali and we ordered chicken pepper steak smoke chicken salad and chicken biryani with carmal cheese cake , all food was perfect done by chef and taste was supper and they servinggoodhospitality.

great food coupled with excellent service makes agoodrecipe for a great evening spent. this place won’t disappoint..

firstly, when you enter to this place, the whole aura of the place is simply amazing.
this place is also having live music.
when it comes to food, it is yummilicious.
we ordered veg chowmein, butter garlic prawns, white sauce pasta and cocktails.
everything wasgoodand their chowmein is a must try of this place.
this place should be added to your list and you can't miss this one during manali trip.

bok choy and raw papaya salad- very flavourful and fresh.. mushroom on toast- creamy withgoodquantity of mushrooms.. scrambled eggs- creamy and fluffy.. jalapeño poppers- very cheesy but tasted great.. vietnamese spring rolls- super fresh crunchy vegetables with sweet chilli dip.. omelette fanatasy- loaded with veggies and delicious.. mushroom risotto- i am tired of writing the same thing that it was delicious. to summarise everything, we lived the food there and also the service was flawless with friendly staff.

yeah we do went on a lazy sunday night . cafe was bit empty at that time . server out there are much less attentive to there customers . even they are not aware much of product knowledge . i have to kill my mind choosing my dish or let them understand what i was looking for . anyhow ordered chicken with some brown sauce which was suprisingly yummy . cocktails though weregoodtoo.

the bustling sound of the river and whiskey on the table make way for an interesting and peaceful combination . great vibes andgoodfood too .

during 3 day trip of manali after visiting all places i was felling tried so i was looking for cafe or bar where i can seat for long time and enjoy food and drinks with friends. visited this place call the lazy dog. they havegoodinteriors and ambience was also good. service need to improve rest all things was good.

this place is just absolute bliss. river side, live music, great cocktails and scrumptious food. it's sogoodthat finding a table becomes a bit of a task. tried tried their moussaka, labanese platter and trout in orange sauce. food was amazing so were drinks. a must visit place for all manali visitors.

a very hip spot for all the young crowd in old manali. you’d find people from all around the world chilling around at all times. while the food isn’t great. the ambience more than makes up for it. tried the hummus and pita with chicken platter. the quantity of food as compared to the prices is quite microscopic. while the pita was quite fresh, the chicken was too less to even have gauged the taste properly. the chocolate cake slice was agoodchange to the palette!

all the stars for the location ... the outside seating is so beautiful - the trees, flowing river and the mural on the wall - all add it to its beauty. the place has a romantic aura and would be perfect for a date. the food wasgoodtoo.

one of my favorite places in old manali. gives you typical hauz khas village (delhi) feels for some reason and that adds to the fun ! except that replace the lake with the swift flowing beas river for window-side views !

fish finger chips were the real deal. amazingly crisp and flavorful, it was a delight to have them with apple cider . thai green curry was a tad bit high on lemongrass , but overall it tastedgoodwith rice.

but the winner remained the dessert - tender coconut mousse with kiwi , damn all naturals lovers will have a happy deja vu moment with this refined version of a dessert, with perfect consistency and mild sweetness. must try !

service was friendly , and i really liked the part hippie, part traditional ambience of the place. a bit heavy on the pocket (zomato kindly revise the 800 for two costing!), but nevertheless lazy dog has to be your best bet for a fun meal with music, food and folks !
