great food. i have visited the flipping egg almost every week to eat breakfast or lunch. i thought this place was only gluten-free, but it is not. it is a regular restaurant that if you want to substitue gluten-free, you can. we eat the texas hash or the pancakes for breakfast and they are both great. try the flipping egg burger with jalapeno cheddar bun, it is also great. we recommend it to all of our friends.

flipping awful. this place is about as bad as it gets in regards to breakfast food. that being said, how hard is it to mess up breakfast food? do not waste your money unless you like greasy bacon, funky tasting eggs, over buttered hash browns, and under cooked pancakes..

i visited the restaurant twice during the past week. i found the menu enticing and the food delicious. the service was excellent and the place was spotless.

not good. food was below par. burnt, greasy and dull, but the response of management was the worst. after waiting 20 min. for food, they wanted to re-fire. told them couldn't wait, so she reluctly took part of the food off the bill. seemed really put out after that, and had to wait another 10 min for a bill.

let down. the flipping egg was dirty, the service was poor, the food took a long time, and worst of all... the eggs tasted terrible! i understand that they haven't been open long and the staff is not well trained, but it was just all over a bad experiences.

all in all, it was pretty awful. i would not recommend it.

took a little while to get seated and to get our food but it was worth it. everything was amazing being in air force i miss that home style cooked breakfast and this reminded me off that. delicious and will go back often

no menus?. i stopped by tfe yesterday--thought i'd check out the lunch menu and take my kids there to lunch. the head waitress looked at me, smiled, and said "we have no menus." i repeated what she said, just to make sure there was no misunderstanding, "you have no menus?" "no menus"--even though her hand seemed to be covering several plastic things that looked like menus to me. in any case, i have no idea whether the food there is any good--and i don't intend to ever find out. tfe just blew an opportunity for potential customers.

the service was good, a rarity in this town, and the food was good and quick. they don't have a microwave so you know that everything is coming out fresh. they also have gluten-free items.

slightly disorganized still. no silverware or napkins on the table. wait staff needs name tags, no idea what our servers name was! menu is small and easy to read. not a lot of "healthy" choices. would be nice if offered egg beaters or turkey sausage. the multi grain granola pancakes see amazing though!! food came out fast and our server was very attentive and friendly. bacon was not crispy. :( good first try, would come back again. we have been going to cracker barrel and this is a welcomed change!
