the best for 20 years. i built their last store next to the gate store. gate moved them into that space cause they were losing money. now they moved back farther down the road (one block more) but the donuts are still the best in the world. nobody has anything on the donut shoppe donuts. i have been to the mecca of sweets veniero's in nyc. they aregoodbut they can't make donuts like the donuts shoppe. period

the best ever. now i have enjoyed theses doughnuts for years. i have never been a real sweets person until i had theses doughnuts. now i worked for gate petro when they bought out the 7-11 chain and this shop was next door to one. well gate closed the store next to the doughnut shoppe and it didn't take long before was missing the shop. we asked them to move and we built them a brand new shop if they would move 2 blocks down and back next to the gate store.

hard to lose weight when i have to drive by this place at least twice a week. i always get a dozen to share with the girls at the office. they swear i am trying to make then lose out biggest loser contest but the truth is these donuts are sogoodhow could anyone not eat a couple. the office admin actually had the nerve to send me an email out to all users about the frequency people are allowed to bring in donuts. i typed a real nice reply but just showed it to my girls instead of sending it. lol. stupid skinny little boss's pet gets on my nerves.

a new level of donut pleasure.. i admittedly had my skepticism about this place. i mean i was sure it wasgood, but howgoodcan a donut really get? i had no idea before today. the texture is really exquisite. the glazed donuts and apple fritters are at once crispy , airy , and creamy you should definitely try at least those two things if you go. the cake donuts are amazingly moist. all the flavors allgoodreally.. fresh kripsy kreme or dunkin donuts absolutely pale in comparison.

the lady at the counter , susan , was very pleasant and friendly.

it's a bit of a drive from where i live , but well worth it. i don't care what part of town you live in , you owe it to yourself to try this place at least once.

yeahgooddoughnuts "but". ok they aregooddoughnuts but it seems that everytime i go there they are out of my favorite apple fritters..and i have gotten there early too..now they have moved down the street next to "broken spoke." so maybe they will get on the ball since it is a bigger place and make a bigger quantity of your favorites and mine..who knows we'll see just how important customers are i guess...

best donuts ever. i have enjoyed donut shoppe for over 20 years. they are small and connected to a gate station so parking stinks...but they are worth it. the glazed and devils food are our favorites. the devils food is a chocolate cake donut with a glaze on it...very good! everyone who tries them are hooked. even my new jersey friend says she hasn't had a donut thisgoodsince leaving the north, lol. they use real jelly in their jelly filled.

insanelygooddonuts. the donut shoppe has the best donuts on the planet. if you think krispy kreme is good, try the glazed donuts here. fresh out of the oven, they melt in your mouth. soft, fresh, with the right amount of glaze. who cares about sugar, calories and fat grams? biting into one of these glazed babies is worth it. the cake donuts are also delicious - moist and flavorful. love the blueberry, coconut and plain cake. they open at 5:30 am and close at 1pm or earlier if the donuts sell out.

best donuts in the world, no really i mean it. i once went on a business trip to texas and had donuts from a chain called shipleys. it motivated me to find something in jax better than kk or dunkin. boy did i ever. donut shoppe is every bit asgoodas shipleys and then some. simply the best donuts i have ever had. the cake donuts are moist and flavorful, the fillings are awesome and the uglys are the best thing on the planet! get there early and enjoy!

sogoodpeople wait for 'em. now you know a place has the best donuts in town when they are nearly sold out by 930am and people are waiting for them to make more!! we've gone once a month the past few months and are always greeted with salivating customers waiting to be served. our last trip there, we found that by 930am -- the donut case was nearly empty and they were taking orders for glazed donuts only. we were able to get a donut stick, blueberry, and chocolate donuts in addition to our fresh warm glazed donuts...lemme just tell you that if you've never had a freshly glazed donut from tds, you're missing out...its a party in the tummy!
