the counter

i've being to the counter a number of times now and it never fails to disappoint. its one of my favorite places to go forfoodwith the lads.  the  burgers and sweet potato fries are unreal. having the option to build your own burger is ideal as you get to pick what you want. i would definitely recommend giving it a try.

this is a great place for a casual meet up with friends!
i regularly come here with friends and always choose to build a burger. you basically pick your meat, toppings, sauce, salad bowl/burger bun. be warned that you probably will be waiting for a table, as the queue is out the door any evening i've been.

food was great as per, although the service was mixed. some of the girls ordered cheese and they didn't get it. i asked for peanuts with my burger but the waiter never came back with it. we ordered before 6.30 and thefooddidn't appear until 7.10. to be fair it was very busy, and they have a policy of serving each table when all thefoodis ready but there was only 4 of us, so we did feel a little put out. we mentioned it to the manager who came over and checked everything with us, and he sorted us with complimentary deserts for the confusion and apologised. he handled it really well, we nearly felt bad for complaining!

we all chose to build burgers and ordered a jug of water between us, we all had happy tummies leaving despite the bit of mix up!!

i think the counter is great. i always build a burger. staff are always friendly andfoodis always good. i hear the wings are amazing but for me i built a burger had veggie pattie, corn salsa and slow roasted peppers. the toppings are overwhelming my poor mum was confused by it all. fries are amazing too. i always get a bowl cause the portions are massive enough as it is! never too expensive either with most meals being around 12 euro!

delicious chicken wings, burgers are tasty but dry. nice fries and sides but it's just an american chain at the end of the day. cheap and cheerful. service can be awful and you should be prepared to wait a long time for a table and yourfoodat lunchtime and weekends.

food was nice, i "made my own burger". large choice and good size portion for the price. service was very slow, took at least 30mins forfoodto come after we ordered

possibly my fave burger place. i love that you can build your own burger and choose all the element from the amount of meat to the bun and sauces! usually have to wait a while for a table but don't mind this as thefoodis always worth the wait. the staff are usually really friendly even though they're run off their feet and thefoodusually comes fast. the burger in a bowl option is the best burger in a bowl i've ever had. sometimes when you get a burger without the bun its really sad looking on the plate but from here arrives at the table looking like a full meal and is super filling. all the sauces are delsih! i can never pick which one i want!

such goodfoodon the menu. got the wings, quite pricey for a bowl of wings (€12) but you do get loads. have a bit of an obsession with chicken wings and these were good in my books. would get them again but since counter are famous for their burgers would probably opt for a burger next time!

i had some lunch in the counter in dundrum today, and i must say, it was pretty damn good! they've got a menu consisting mainly of a few sample burgers, and then sides of wings fries, sweet potato fries, onion strings, etc... but the main draw of this place is the 'build-your-own' burger option. you choose a size of patty (beef or chicken) then a type of cheese, then up to 4 (or more) toppings, a sauce and bun. i went for a burger with jack cheese, jalapenos, roasted red peppers, grilled onions, and red onions with a side of sweet potato fries. the wait that ensued seemed endless. once thefoodarrived, i realised it was definitely worth the wait. this place is awesome, and i'll definitely be back next time i find myself in dundrum looking for some food.
