if you're looking for a quiet dinner, this isn't the place, but it is a festive environment, the portions are huge, ourservicewas very good, and the prices are appropriate. a nice place for a dinner with friends. expect a wait on the weekends (we waited an hour).

my girlfriend, her mom, and i went to this location for dinner. there was a wait, which for the time and day wasn't a shock nor a big deal. however the food andservicewas the worst we had ever had in our lives. to top it off both my girlfriend and her mother have been or are waitresses so they know their way around a restaurant.

the waiter didn't know the menu, that's to say he didn't kow the size of their pizzas or if something came on the sandwich. they also spilled a full glass of water across my girlfriends mom and then just left the table, booth, and her soaking wet. it also bothered her that the waiter kept say hi guys or what do you guys need or sure guy i'll get that in right now, when short of myself she and my girlfriend are obviously women.

the food was bland, flavorless, and the pizza was a salt lick. to top that off the cheese they shred onto your food was kept across from us in a rag on the server station. then someone put a tray with dirty dishes on it and the it jus kept piling up and was eventually taken to another table to be used. they also took a fork off of the dirty dish tray and gave it to my girlfriends mom when she asked for a fork later. i had to stop her and gave her the one i wasn't using.

i will never go to this location again and honestly may never return to the cheesecake factory at all. i wouldn't recommend it after this experience because there obviously isn't any love or passion in this place and if we are going to spend our hard earned money on food the it should be good and theserviceshould compliment it.

typical chain restaurant food.servicewas ok. cheesecake is good, and the range of flavors are amazing, but for the horific lines, wait times and average food,.....just get the cheesecake togo.

we enjoy eating at cheese cake factory, it is slightly on the higher price and good place for special occasions. the atmosphere is great,staff is friendly andserviceis great. the vegetarian options are limited but they are great. all of their cakes are amazing. they serve freshly baked breads with entree.

large restaurant with outdoor section. decided to sit outdoors which unfortunately had some rowdy ladies for lunch.servicewas not great but my chicken with artichoke was very tasty, portion was fair. this place has a large menu and something for everyone.

i had a terrible experience today at the cheesecake factory in cherry hill. today was my mothers birthday so my girlfriend called to make a reservation and they wouldn't take a reservation.... she asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn't even let her speak to a manager. i came in as a walk in and told the hostess that it was my mom's birthday so if they sing i would like that and the hostess told me they do. i met our server and filled her in on the birthday as well. we knew what we wanted to eat so we ordered right away. 30 minutes went by and we didnt even get bread so i asked the server for some and she said it was coming out of the oven. another 10 minutes went by and we got bread and i asked about the food and the server said "it will be done when it is done..." we didnt get our order until 1 hour after we ordered and this is a wednesday night. while we waited we saw 3 tables being sung to for happy birthday. i asked for the check and got the check and felt it was strange that nobody sung happy birthday to my mom. i went to the hostess and asked the policy and she told me they are suppose to sing to her and bring an ice cream and whip cream. only after asking her to tell my server to do this, they came to sing after i had already paid and was on my way out. the food was good but theservicewas terrible. completely upset about this experience and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

fine place in the near of the shopping mall. we had to wait 15 minutes for getting a seat. theservicewas fine, and the food was good. their cheescakes was delicious.

its a perfect place with great ambience and amazing varieties of cheesecakes and delicious dishes. sunday brunch is one if the best things here. they barserviceis great with few amazing cocktails.

loved the seared tuna tataki salad! flavours all came nicely together with the fresh ahi tuna, tomatoes, ginger pickles, avocados and vinaigrette.servicewas attentive, prompt and complete. would love to come back for sure!

an outing on a saturday evening meant long wait. could get a table only around 10pm.
quite a spacious restaurant, also loud and busy.servicewas average.
the veg burger was good. so was the grilled chicken. however the orange chicken was very sweet and not enjoyed that well. the regular cheesecake was a wise selection dessert selection.
note that the portions are pretty large.

this is one of the best places to eat in frisco. i simply love their loaded nachos. the pastas are phenomenal and they are always accommodating changes and substitutions in the pastas. its one of the few places that has quite a few options for vegetarians.
their complimentary bread and dip is awesome!
theserviceis also great and the servers are quite funny and friendly.

ofcourse, cheesecakes are a must try!

the portions are huge...like really huge... and i have never come home without a doggy bag.

they are usually pretty swamped on weekends... so do try to be there early or get a reservations.

cost for 2: there is no meal for 2 in cf (you will always come home with leftovers)... but approx $30 can get you all your faves there.

greatservice= great experience. my experience today at the cheesecake factory in the washington square was completely opposite from what it was on my birthday last year. we were seated fairly quickly, the food was good, and our waiter—paul—was awesome. paul really bumped up the experience for me: he was friendly, charming, and professional. he checked up on us frequently (but not too frequently), he made a design out of mine and my mother's napkins, and he boxed up my leftovers. fantastic experience!

when i first got out of my car in the parking lot, i could already tell that the restaurant was going to be full. the parking lot wasn’t exemplary, but then again, the cheesecake factory does share it with the rest of the mall so i wasn’t too surprised. when i first walked in, i was glad i had made reservations, because there seemed to be a lot of people waiting to be seated. the interior of the restaurant was very clean and modern. i then took a look at the menu, although it was well-organized, i felt that it was overwhelming, and the restaurant couldn’t really be categorized as a type of food because of so many different dishes. i ended up settling on a virgin piña colada, and the petite filet mignon. the pi colada was actually pretty good, a bit too much coconut flavor. the filet mignon was cooked perfectly, well done, like i ordered. it came with vegetables which were also as delicious as the steak itself. although the food was very satisfying, it was steaming hot when i first got it so i had to wait a while before i could begin eating. also, the portion for a so called “petite” dish was definitely overwhelming, so much that i could only eat a little over half of the meal. the ambience was great, as the light was dimmed. the background music also consisted of some of my favorite top 40 songs which made me exultant. as for theserviceprovided by the hostess and waitress, it was decent. when we had first arrived there was no hostess at the entrance to look up our reservation, so we did have to stand there for a while, not to mention the fact that she wasn’t very bright so finding the reservation wasn’t as quick as it should be. on the other hand, the waitress was very nice and polite, she took our drink order and returned in literally like 2 minutes to promptly take our meal order. when she brought us our order, it was perfectly on point as it had been ordered. the pina colada with no whipped cream and the well done filet with a crispy crust. overall eating at the cheesecake factory was a great experience and i would definitely return.

horrible service. this is the first time i've ever had badserviceat cheesecake factory.

i am on a gluten free diet and am so thankful to see a gluten free menu! i ordered the evelyn's pasta dish and asked to substitute the eggplant for chicken.
i had just ordered the same dish the week before with no problems.

my waitress sarah brown was having a off day, she asked if i wanted bread and i said "no thanks" she came back the next few minutes serving bread. i told her that i could not eat the bread because i was gluten free, she then asked "why i had ordered it? in a very snotty way. within a few short minutes she was back saying "your gluten free? why didn't you tell me? i explained the i had ordered off of the gluten free menu and i thought she would know.

she came back in a few short minutes stating that "because substitution there would be a extra charge." i told her that i had just ordered the same thing last week and was not charged extra. i asked to speak to her manager.

jeff travis came to the table and said that i had got lucky last week and that there would be a 3.00 or 4.00 dollar charge for the substitution. when i got my bill i was charged for the bigger size portion, instead of the lunch size, even though i had gotten the lunch size portion.
