the cheesecake factory

my girlfriend, her mom, and i went to this location for dinner. there was a wait, which for the time and day wasn't a shock nor a big deal. however the food and service was the worst we had ever had in our lives. to top it off both my girlfriend and her mother have been or are waitresses so they know their way around a restaurant.

the waiter didn't know the menu, that's to say he didn't kow the size of their pizzas or if something came on the sandwich. they also spilled a full glass of water across my girlfriends mom and then just left the table, booth, and her soaking wet. it also bothered her that the waiter kept say hi guys or what do you guys need or sure guy i'll get that in right now, when short of myself she and my girlfriend are obviously women.

the food was bland, flavorless, and the pizza was a salt lick. to top that off the cheese they shred onto your food was kept across from us in a rag on the server station. then someone put a tray with dirty dishes on it and the it jus kept piling up and was eventually taken to another table to be used. they also took a fork off of the dirty dish tray and gave it to my girlfriends mom when she asked for a fork later. i had to stop her and gave her the one i wasn't using.

i will never go to this location again and honestly may never return to the cheesecakefactoryat all. i wouldn't recommend it after this experience because there obviously isn't any love or passion in this place and if we are going to spend our hard earned money on food the it should be good and the service should compliment it.

i had a terrible experience today at the cheesecakefactoryin cherry hill. today was my mothers birthday so my girlfriend called to make a reservation and they wouldn't take a reservation.... she asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn't even let her speak to a manager. i came in as a walk in and told the hostess that it was my mom's birthday so if they sing i would like that and the hostess told me they do. i met our server and filled her in on the birthday as well. we knew what we wanted to eat so we ordered right away. 30 minutes went by and we didnt even get bread so i asked the server for some and she said it was coming out of the oven. another 10 minutes went by and we got bread and i asked about the food and the server said "it will be done when it is done..." we didnt get our order until 1 hour after we ordered and this is a wednesday night. while we waited we saw 3 tables being sung to for happy birthday. i asked for the check and got the check and felt it was strange that nobody sung happy birthday to my mom. i went to the hostess and asked the policy and she told me they are suppose to sing to her and bring an ice cream and whip cream. only after asking her to tell my server to do this, they came to sing after i had already paid and was on my way out. the food was good but the service was terrible. completely upset about this experience and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

on my visit to the us, i simply had to visit the cheesecakefactory(cause big bang theory).
i don’t even remember what i ate. that’s how forgettable the experience was. sorry cheesecake factory.

i always have to go to a cheesecakefactorywhen heading across the border. i had the chance to take some first-time diners where i got the nod of approval (yay for me!). we got their signature chicken madeira, avocado eggrolls, and the pasta (rigatoni) with shrimp & sausage. overall a good experience. we were having a super late dinner at 10:30pm. half a point knocked off because we had 3 different servers helping us and they didn't communicate with each other. i had already ordered the mango key lime pie cheesecake with one of the guys and then another (the main one for most of the night) came and waited expectantly for my dessert order.

great food, nice ambience, almost always overcrowded, the cheesecakefactoryis a highly recommended place.

best serves ever. i went into the cheesecakefactoryand our server natalie was amazing. she was super personable yet not push. she checked in on us but not too much and really made is feel comfortable and taken care of. i thought the place was a little too uniformed which i don't like but natalie had her own flare which really helped us all feel at ease. the food was amazing i had chicken and biscuits which was recommend and we of course stayed for cheesecake. over all a great experience will head back again soon

great service = great experience. my experience today at the cheesecakefactoryin the washington square was completely opposite from what it was on my birthday last year. we were seated fairly quickly, the food was good, and our waiter—paul—was awesome. paul really bumped up the experience for me: he was friendly, charming, and professional. he checked up on us frequently (but not too frequently), he made a design out of mine and my mother's napkins, and he boxed up my leftovers. fantastic experience!

when i first got out of my car in the parking lot, i could already tell that the restaurant was going to be full. the parking lot wasn’t exemplary, but then again, the cheesecakefactorydoes share it with the rest of the mall so i wasn’t too surprised. when i first walked in, i was glad i had made reservations, because there seemed to be a lot of people waiting to be seated. the interior of the restaurant was very clean and modern. i then took a look at the menu, although it was well-organized, i felt that it was overwhelming, and the restaurant couldn’t really be categorized as a type of food because of so many different dishes. i ended up settling on a virgin piña colada, and the petite filet mignon. the pi colada was actually pretty good, a bit too much coconut flavor. the filet mignon was cooked perfectly, well done, like i ordered. it came with vegetables which were also as delicious as the steak itself. although the food was very satisfying, it was steaming hot when i first got it so i had to wait a while before i could begin eating. also, the portion for a so called “petite” dish was definitely overwhelming, so much that i could only eat a little over half of the meal. the ambience was great, as the light was dimmed. the background music also consisted of some of my favorite top 40 songs which made me exultant. as for the service provided by the hostess and waitress, it was decent. when we had first arrived there was no hostess at the entrance to look up our reservation, so we did have to stand there for a while, not to mention the fact that she wasn’t very bright so finding the reservation wasn’t as quick as it should be. on the other hand, the waitress was very nice and polite, she took our drink order and returned in literally like 2 minutes to promptly take our meal order. when she brought us our order, it was perfectly on point as it had been ordered. the pina colada with no whipped cream and the well done filet with a crispy crust. overall eating at the cheesecakefactorywas a great experience and i would definitely return.

worst experience ever! super crowded and food was horrible. too pricey for what was ordered. i have been to many cheesecakefactoryrestaurants and this was the worst. maybe because of the holiday. never coming back to this one again.

cheesecakefactoryhas always been a favourite when visiting the us of a. the restaurant itself is obviously known for its cakes. however, they have made it so that people could dining place rather than a dessert place. the funny thing about this place on weekends (not so sure about weekdays) is that they are always packed with people during dinner time. we dined here on a sunday evening and the wait was well over an hour. smart enough they had one of those buzzer things that you can take into the mall and it will start flashing and vibrating when your table is ready. best invention ever!

food is consistant. every time going to cheesecakefactorymy tummy is satisfy. some times service is so so but what can i say, its a must go when i am in the states!

lunch with the wife. always like the table bread, gives you something to munch on while waiting for your meal or just taking the time to read through the book that is the cheesecakefactorymenu. portions are very large on most things so its a great place to split a meal and still get full. we had the grilled chicken and avocado sandwich. we added a couple bucks to try their sweet potato fries, they were great. i also really enjoy the strawberry lemonade while my wife chose a more adult beverage in the form of a mai tai. she said it was good too.

good food but way too expensive. my family and i enjoy the cheesecakefactoryfor the atmosphere and the cheesecake. the food is always good to really good but it's just too expensive compared to the other offerings in the area. the portions are over the top big so maybe that's the justification.

we will keep going back...just not very often.

the only thing i like about this place is the decor. it's the nicest cheesecakefactoryive ever been to besides the one in union square. the food isnt great, but the ambience makes it tolerable. i'd only come here if i had a friend who's never been here. otherwise, i'd probably just go to hangout with friends at the bar which is quite big. if you're coming with a big group, make sure you make reservations. we waited over an hour to be seated and another 40 minutes for our meal. it's the biggest and busiest cheesecakefactoryin the bay area.
