we went there for our evening snack.

salad was yummy
salted caramel cheesecake
fresh strawberry cheesecake
banana cheesecake
we took these cheesecakes home. they were the best. and we had a beer

service was slow and waitress forgot item weorderedand did same at table next to us. when asked about it as did other table she said she would be right back with missing item: never showed up with item. food is very good and restaurants clean

i had a terrible experience today at the cheesecake factory in cherry hill. today was my mothers birthday so my girlfriend called to make a reservation and they wouldn't take a reservation.... she asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn't even let her speak to a manager. i came in as a walk in and told the hostess that it was my mom's birthday so if they sing i would like that and the hostess told me they do. i met our server and filled her in on the birthday as well. we knew what we wanted to eat so weorderedright away. 30 minutes went by and we didnt even get bread so i asked the server for some and she said it was coming out of the oven. another 10 minutes went by and we got bread and i asked about the food and the server said "it will be done when it is done..." we didnt get our order until 1 hour after weorderedand this is a wednesday night. while we waited we saw 3 tables being sung to for happy birthday. i asked for the check and got the check and felt it was strange that nobody sung happy birthday to my mom. i went to the hostess and asked the policy and she told me they are suppose to sing to her and bring an ice cream and whip cream. only after asking her to tell my server to do this, they came to sing after i had already paid and was on my way out. the food was good but the service was terrible. completely upset about this experience and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

food was decent but what made it better was the serving proportion .orderedfried zucchini , red velvet cheesecake, hot chocolate, veg garlic noodles, and fried corn calamari . i was quite satisfied with the overall experience

i always have to go to a cheesecake factory when heading across the border. i had the chance to take some first-time diners where i got the nod of approval (yay for me!). we got their signature chicken madeira, avocado eggrolls, and the pasta (rigatoni) with shrimp & sausage. overall a good experience. we were having a super late dinner at 10:30pm. half a point knocked off because we had 3 different servers helping us and they didn't communicate with each other. i had alreadyorderedthe mango key lime pie cheesecake with one of the guys and then another (the main one for most of the night) came and waited expectantly for my dessert order.

and so i went looking for penny! ha ha! but she was nowhere to be found l and neither were those cute uniformed staff.

ok! i had been planning for this visit to tcf since almost 3 months now. finally it happened on a saturday afternoon. a sudden call from a friend, asking to meet up at tcf, while i was busy watching a movie in a nearby theatre, was how this materialized. it was a brilliant sunny day, surprisingly ‘coz we are so used to chilly weather at plano. and we decided to sit out on the open verandah under the colorful umbrellas. it was breezy and a perfect setting.

weorderedavocado egg rolls, short bread and of course the iconic chocolate flavored cheese cake! the food was delicious. the egg rolls were flavorful and just melted with a bite. short bread was crispy and cheesy just like we were promised. and the cheese cake…omg! i would run out of adjectives in my quest to describe the heavenly feeling i got after having it! it transported me to just another world, full of bliss! i was floating amongst clouds with my eyes closed, without a worry! it was like a thousand rose buds bloomed in my head somewhere. in short, i attained nirvana after having the cheesecake.

price wise, it was bit expensive. but then, good things must cost money, such is the stupid philosophy of this world. anyways, it’s a must visit for anyone who is visiting amrikka for the first time! ;) (one item crossed from my bucket list, ha ha!)

have been to many of their other restaurants and have always tried something new.orderedfor the falafel salad. this was one of the best falafel i have eaten in a long time. the portion was huge as it is in most place is us. the falafel were very soft and tasty. it was snack time so one salad was good enough for two. good experience and service.

horrible service. this is the first time i've ever had bad service at cheesecake factory.

i am on a gluten free diet and am so thankful to see a gluten free menu! iorderedthe evelyn's pasta dish and asked to substitute the eggplant for chicken.
i had justorderedthe same dish the week before with no problems.

my waitress sarah brown was having a off day, she asked if i wanted bread and i said "no thanks" she came back the next few minutes serving bread. i told her that i could not eat the bread because i was gluten free, she then asked "why i hadorderedit? in a very snotty way. within a few short minutes she was back saying "your gluten free? why didn't you tell me? i explained the i hadorderedoff of the gluten free menu and i thought she would know.

she came back in a few short minutes stating that "because substitution there would be a extra charge." i told her that i had justorderedthe same thing last week and was not charged extra. i asked to speak to her manager.

jeff travis came to the table and said that i had got lucky last week and that there would be a 3.00 or 4.00 dollar charge for the substitution. when i got my bill i was charged for the bigger size portion, instead of the lunch size, even though i had gotten the lunch size portion.

i'm a flight attendant and have never had this kind of service at a

met my dad and stepmom for father's day breakfast in pleasanton. i've never had a good meal at the cheesecake factory, but it was father's day and he wanted to go there. i decided to try tweeting about the meal while at the restaurant and since the cheesecake factory has a twitter name @cheesecake and to see if it was something i wanted to integrate into my blog. iorderedtheir monte cristo (breakfast) sandwich. i was first introduced to the monte cristo while i was living in orlando at bennigan's. to the best of my knowledge bennigan's closed awhile back. it looks like it might be making a comeback as their webpage is up and running again, with "new" locations coming soon. back to the cheesecake factory. their version of the monte cristo uses scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, and cheese on french toast coated in what appeared to be corn flakes, dusted with powdered sugar, served with strawberry jam and hash browns. where to start, the eggs looked and tasted as if they were left over from t

mothra says…..consistent lunch menu, great service.. after running a couple of errands, k & i popped into the cheesecake factory in washington sq thursday around 12:30 for a nice lunch. i parked the car while k grabbed us a table in the very crowded restaurant. i was instantly impressed with the customer service when i asked alyssa at the front podium where my mate k was seated. she mentioned: "are you mothra? (insert real name) please follow this gentleman and he will show you your table." alyssa; great customer service. well done!

k had the lunch special: ½ a chicken salad sandwich on brioche bread, chicken tortilla soup, and a vinaigrette salad, and hot tea. me, i had the special as well: ½ a turkey breast sandwich on baguette, same soup and the salad & hot tea. in addition, iorderedthe side of sweet potato fries. kearra, our server was polite and attentive. plenty of food; in fact we boxed up our salad to go.

pluses: very tasty sandwiches, hot decaf tea, excellent service.
minuses: the sweet potato fries were limp & not hot. although the mixed green salad was large, the vinaigrette was sparse. next time: i am having the chinese chicken salad, one of my favorites.

overall, whether in tigard (or on rampart in las vegas), the cheesecake factory is a quality dining experience. mothra says….3.3 of 5.0

surprising. attending a big franchise restaurant i didn't expect to be wowed but i was. the pasta my wifeorderedwas delicious and perfectly cooked.

great!. the service was excellent and the food was too! my husband and i ate here for both lunch and dinner a few times and he loved the turkey burger and salmon. our first time here iorderedthe salmon and it was very tasty and very filling. if you want dessert, make sure that you save room because from what i could see from our and other tables, most of their dishes are not small. the cheesecake was good too - not too rich or overpowering.
