the cheesecake factory

if you're looking for a quiet dinner, this isn't the place, but it is a festive environment, the portions are huge, our service was very good, and the prices are appropriate. a nice place for a dinner with friends. expect a wait on the weekends (we waited an hour).

my girlfriend, her mom, and i went to this location for dinner. there was a wait, which for the time and day wasn't a shock nor a big deal. however the food and service was the worst we had ever had in our lives. to top it off both my girlfriend and her mother have been or are waitresses so they know their way around a restaurant.

the waiter didn't know the menu, that's to say he didn't kow the size of their pizzas or if something came on the sandwich. they also spilled a full glass of water across my girlfriends mom and then just left the table, booth, and her soaking wet. it also bothered her that the waiter kept say hi guys or what do you guys need or sure guy i'll get that in right now, when short of myself she and my girlfriend are obviously women.

the food was bland, flavorless, and the pizza was a salt lick. to top that off the cheese they shred onto your food was kept across from us in a rag on the server station. then someone put a tray with dirty dishes on it and the it jus kept piling up and was eventually taken to another table to be used. they also took a fork off of the dirty dish tray and gave it to my girlfriends mom when she asked for a fork later. i had to stop her and gave her the one i wasn't using.

i will never go to this location again and honestly may never return to the cheesecake factory at all. i wouldn't recommend it after this experience because there obviously isn't any love or passion in this place and if we are going to spend our hard earned money on food the it should be good and the service should compliment it.

typical chain restaurant food. service was ok. cheesecake is good, and the range of flavors are amazing, but for the horific lines, wait times and average food,.....just get the cheesecake togo.

one of the most favorite place for dinner and desserts in san mateo. just be prepared for a long line of customers who want to eat there. tried their steak diane and fresh strawberry cheesecake. i really enjoyed the steak. the steak was served medium rare as preferred. the mashed potato was also good. i really enjoyed the cheesecake. strawberries were really freshly served. the slice of the cake was too much for me but i managed to take out some. thumbs up!

its a beautiful outlet on walnut creek.
we went there for our evening snack.
i ordered the best garlic breads i ever tasted.
parmesan-garlic cheese bread.
salad was yummy
salted caramel cheesecake
fresh strawberry cheesecake
banana cheesecake
we took these cheesecakes home. they were the best. and we had a beer

service was slow and waitress forgot item we ordered and did same at table next to us. when asked about it as did other table she said she would be right back with missing item: never showed up with item. food is very good and restaurants clean

overpriced, over-hyped, and nonsensically pretentious. greek salad is not made from arugula with some feta cheese and kalamata olives. the perfect restaurant for pseudo-socialites with more money than sense or taste.

visited this place on the first day of my visit to the us. would rate this place not more than a 3 star.

i had called for the nachos, orange chicken and the hazelnut cheese cake along with a few cocktails within the group. all tasted decent.

discovered this amazing eatery via the ig page @yumspoons and they’ve managed to make all our meals the perfect ones

good food. this was the second time we have eaten here , once in hawaii and the beaverton portland location was the second. the portions are large and the prices are reasonable...
we had the thia chicken noodle dish, is was very tasty , the dish was enough for two people, and the hot wings was huge, and very nice .
the menu is like a storybook, so many choices, do not expect only cheescake, because after eating dinner, you will have to order the cheescake to go," order it, its worth trying" great restaurant !!!

best chain restaurant. it is fair to say that this is not gourmet dining, the place is loud and the wait is frequently long. however, the same is true for many of the chains. what sets this chain apart is the breadth of their menu, the size of the portions in relation to price and their consistency.

we shared a fried mac n cheese and each had the chicken romano with pasta. it was excellent and there was plenty left for lunch the next day.

had dessert. was simply yum!

we went there to celebrate my husband's birthday. ambience was good. restaurant was huge accommodating many guests. i liked the interior. they brought the cheesecake for my husband with special writing on it and they sang for him wishing happy birthday. the variety of food and desserts are enormous. we liked samosas (appetizer) the most. food was good but a bit pricey ( quantity was less for the price) . cheesecakes were as usual awesome.

it seems like the only time i ever go to cf is with a big group of people, but i have to say that i still think the walnut creek restaurant is the best one i have been to thus far!

we enjoy eating at cheese cake factory, it is slightly on the higher price and good place for special occasions. the atmosphere is great,staff is friendly and service is great. the vegetarian options are limited but they are great. all of their cakes are amazing. they serve freshly baked breads with entree.

large restaurant with outdoor section. decided to sit outdoors which unfortunately had some rowdy ladies for lunch. service was not great but my chicken with artichoke was very tasty, portion was fair. this place has a large menu and something for everyone.
