avocado egg rolls yummy! best salisbury and burgers ever!! my new favorite place! the manager and wait staff were awesome!! oh and very good blueberry and pomegranate mojitos!

i have had the pleasure to eat in several cheesecake restaurants but this one is the worst... service sucks and food got no flavor and it's not fresh... so if u ever come by do not go eat at this restaurant...

not if you are thirsty. typical, average cheesecake factory. consistent menu, but if you need a drink from your server that comes from the bar be prepared for a long wait. consistently slow drink service. impersonal servers.

lots of food. went here for a birthday for my fiancé. we didn't have any trouble getting a table which is unusual for this place. the food was good and i had enough left over for dinner the next day. the cheesecake is amazing! i don't usually eat at chains, but this place is good.

can't wait to go back!. the food here is great, and the menu is quite extensive. definitely one of your better 'chain' restaurants. we tried the chicken samosas, shrimp lollipops and tomato/basil flatbread as our apps. my sister had a delicious mexican dish that i wish i had ordered. i chose the filet, as i couldn't decide with sooo many choices. it seems like it is pretty much busy all the time, but worth the wait. i took home a piece of the hershey's chocolate cheesecake, which was pretty chocolatey. next time, i'm going for the red velvet which is very popular. there are also plenty of stores inside this particular marketplace. allow enough time to eat & shop!

the only thing i like about this place is the decor. it's the nicest cheesecake factory ive ever been to besides the one in union square. the food isnt great, but the ambience makes it tolerable. i'd only come here if i had a friend who's never been here. otherwise, i'd probably just go to hangout with friends at the bar which is quite big. if you're coming with a big group, make sure you make reservations. we waited over an hour to be seated and another 40 minutes for our meal. it's the biggest and busiest cheesecake factory in the bay area.

the food was ok, i would have loved to try the cheesecake but my waitress "got busy" and didn't show up for 10 minutes..

step above most chains. this is one of the few chains we'll eat at. the menu is creative and the food consistently good.

long wait, terrible service, food ok. visited cheesecake factory in cherry hill nj on 12/29. from reading previous reviews i was concerned about the wait time. i called ahead and asked about a reservation, the woman told me that they do not take reservations. she told me that since it was a weekday, i would sit immediately if i get there before 5pm. needless to say, when i arrived with my family, the place was packed. i was told when i arrived they stopped taking reservations that week due to backlog of reservations. i spoke to the manager who said he is not sure why i was told what i was told when i called, offered nothing other than i am sorry and you will have to wait.

so if you enjoy overpaying for dinner type food, waiting for a long period of time prior to being seated and sitting with large crowds than this is the place for you. if you enjoy a more personal dining experience than find somewhere else to go.

big plates. you do get lots of food here. we normally come just for desert and i can't comment on the entrees. we do like the deserts. the namesake cheesecake is good. not just plain but there are many, and i mean many, different combinations to try. the carrot cake was really delightful. make sure you come hungry as they will give you plenty to eat (and take home for tomorrows desert also).

great restaurant! went for dessert only and the waitress is what made the experience even better. the cheesecakes were great of course, i had the turtle and my husband had the reese's cup, but the waitress made this a truly lovely experience!

a lot of poor quality overpriced food. chicken club sandwich stuffed with so much lettuce it was impossible to eat without remaking it. veggie burger made with faro and beans looked like a spread of some sort. won' t return

finally failed me. it took until they removed my favorite item on the menu for no reason, the balsamic chicken medallions. if you look at the rest of the menu every item in that dish is still on the menu itself. what's worse is the item they replaced it on is full of sodium, and is nothing like the sweet foods in the first, it is also insulting being handed a "healthy option" menu instead of the "normal" menu to eat off by a waiter or waitress to point out an item with prob 3,000 times the amount of salt as the weekly value.

eat anything. i've lived in oregon 2 yrs & this is the only that has yet to disappoint me. 99% of the time i've had good service. except for the fact they don't devein the jumbo shrimp i can't make any food complaints. its always cooked properly and to order. if your not happy say something, they will fix it. one time by mistake instead of lemon herb sauce for the salmon they gave me alfredo making it taste different & odd, not that it wasn't good fish but it threw me so they remade it promptly. they may be uber busy as the only local in oregon but it's worth your wait. i prefer the white choc raspberry cheesecake & the chicken medallions for dinner. tip: split the small salads it's more than enough! the salmons amazing & my mom raves about the chicken teriyaki. the chicken costeletta was pretty great too. clubhouse was okay, the wontons are amazing.

fav place to go, love all there food. only one disappointment is they don't devain there shrimp. i love there service, i just wish they'd build another in oregon because they have a long wait. amazing food, order anything.
