burgers are great and veryfreshwith lots of topping choices. not at all a place for fries, they were ok but failed to impress. burgers are a bit more expensive compared to other local places but certainly worth it.

love love love this place. they make everythingfreshand it's worth the wait! the milkshakes are the bomb! it's a vancouver company and its only getting bigger and better! they now have dinner options wednesday to friday nights before 9:30!

my husband and i both ordered the vera's burger with bacon and cheese with a basket of fries to share. i must say, it was the best burger i've had, you basically order the burger, the lady behind the counter puts thefreshburgers on the grill which takes 8 minutes to cook, that is when you know the burger is going to be good!!!! we then mark down on our order sheet what we would like on our burgers, for example, i chose bbq sauce, dijon mustard and tomatoes! my husband added all his stuff which inclu

you cannot get fresher in ottawa. i have tried the 5 guys burger 3 times now and i like the grill frying and the 80 20 fat ratio, gives for good flavor, however, if you want a better blend and charbroiled flavor then veras is still my fav with hintonburger a close second and baja burger shack in the summer for the grilled fried method. forget the fries, 5 guys hasfreshones, try the vera sauce if they are not sold out, it is a garlic mayo , for you truists, mustard and onions ( my favorite are only 2 of the 11 condiments you can order, lunch is busy, off hours you get the best burger, sorry to say, they do not do well when the production ramps up, i go when it is slow and get it cooked the way i want, burgers are made each morning and you can take them home to cook on the deli side

very disappointing. bought a "fresh" turkey for american thanksgiving. paid $94 for a big bird. it was frozen. it is my own fault really. i decided to give them a second chance. they sold me a frozen bird 2 years ago. just disgusting that they would charge so much for a 'fresh' product and they care so little that they didn't even bother to defrost it thoroughly before selling it to me. sasloves always sellsfreshand is a much better option in ottawa. these guys are thieves.
