tg’s - deserves 4.5 rating still 5 as they have many options available for vegetarians.
it’s quite fascinating place with wow menu !
service : from table attendant to manager just perfect.
ambiance: live counters - vibes so positive just perfect evening place
food :

tried dim sum overall amazing experience however cauliflower along with purple cabbage didn’t go well for me

bao - i wish they had more options but were really delicious.
a suggestion is to keep jackfruit bao just amazing

tempura : i wish they had ricotta cheese tempura
this one were decent

sushi rolls - really good! just yummy !

and yup yogurt shots were decent


overall just an amazing experience
must visit in town
will visit again soon for main course.

had been here for the dinner few days back. one of the best fine dine experience i had in ahmedabad.their menu has so much to offer.
in frame :

frozzen strawberry and grapes d
this is the most refreshing slushy drink i ever had.
this drink is a pure glass of joy.

guavarita :
a drink with hints of spicyness complimented the guava juice. the rim lined with with salt and pepper.

alaska cake (a must try) :
delicious caramel chocolate cake with chilled chocolate sauce.

vegetable bao :
steamed vegetable bao with barbeque sauce.it tasted really good.

fat boy (sushi) :
tried that kind of dish first time in the life.though i didn’t like it.

had heard a lot ofgoodcomments for tg's. upon visiting, the ambience was a little disappointing and so were a few other factors like the upholstery and service. in terms of food, we liked the chicken garlic soup and miso soup followed by sushi. but the shredded chicken in black bean sauce and burnt garlic noodles were only average and the seasoning was an overdo in the main course. given hyatt's reputation, expected more from its restaurant.

i absolutely love when there's a new concept restaurant in town, but to have one that executes everything so well is just a bless for us amdavadis 😀

we had a dinner at this newly opened restaurant - oriental grill at hyatt vastrapur and were welcomed by bright and open spaces, its a very well designed restaurant with comfortable sitting around grills.

the staff that guided us to our table and introduced us to the concept and our chef for the night was extremely corteous and friendly! the chef was extremely friendly as well and we knew were in for a verygoodtime.

we had a couple of mocktails to start dinner along with a yummy soft shell crap roll - which was one of the best things i've had in ahmedabad in a long long time! the chef made amazing garlic chips for us on the grill which was super yummy and very different from what i've ever had. next was a stir fry chicken starter and an edamame beans started that was cooked in garlic oil 😍 next on the grill was egg fried rice that was to be paired with a super duper delicious chicken in black bean sauce! there was also a fish dish (i forget the name) - i don't usually enjoy sea food but this was so so so tasty and tender and all thegoodthings. the fish cut like butter 😄. there was also a mutton dish which for all red meat lovers out there is definitely a must try! last but not the least was the highlight of our dinner - the prawn thai curry in yellow sauce!!! my god this was so so so so soooooooooooooooogoodthat i ended up licking the bowl 😄 i'm always going to get this when i come to this restaurant. you can't come here and leave without trying this dish for sure!

we were pretty full after all this gluttony but then the desserts seems sogoodwe wanted to try almost everything and i'm so glad we did! 😄 the first thing we had was fried ice cream in which a bowl of ice cream was just poured on the grill and literally cooked, i had no idea how this would taste when it come to us but it was a pure delight! it was super yummy and tasted like toffee, sticky and yummy goodness! then we had a wasabi based sorbet which was served in a classy box - yummy again and stunning presentation 😀 then there were two pastry items - one crunchy chocolate dish (sorry i forget the name) and one was a bannoffee. both this were super well made, they were absolutely sinful and just so so so tasty you couldn't leave a drop on your plates! banana lovers should definitely they the bannoffee you'll be blown away! then again all the food is sogoodit'll blow you away!

it was an absolute pleasure to visit this restaurant and i'm glad they have got everything right - from the menu to the ambiance, the concept, the service but most importantly the execution and the taste which are both amazing! 😀😀😀

i'm definitely going to be visiting this place a lot and you should be doing the same!

serving staff is toogoodwhich have never seen they personally care for us. the thing which you ordered they cook in front of you is the best thing for this hotel. few option for soups for veg non veg, variety of dhim sum, noodles and rice. and many more. we had a great time in tg's. will recommend this to everyone.... 👍

i ordered seven course meal . it was not good. last desert was also notgood. today i given party to my staff it may agoodbut it was upsetting experience. seven course meal what i did in europe and it in hyatt it was not so good. one students f poorest selection of seven course menu. usually hotels give best in seven course and many options here there were no choices in deserts or soup or meal.

just awesome food. portions quantity aregoodfor one person's. love them all time favourite. those who think think cheap minded will order less and have more not for them.

i have shared pictures of the food delivered from your restaurant. as u can c, i am enjoying veg thali however i have placed an order of non veg thali.. though the taste wasgoodbut still i have paid the money for non veg thali ... moreover, the food was spilled badly in the paper bag provided .. i have placed an order with tg's hyatt, one of the premier restaurants/hotels available in ahmedabad, so i didn't expect this service. further, it was sunday , non veg day for me, i was excited about the food but u turn to be a mood spoiler ...

dont worry, it won't stop me for ordering again from your restaurant, because the taste of veg thali was reallygood... next time please don't be a mood spoiler ...🙃🙃🙃

makinggoodfood is not only reason for having repeat customers.......... you lost one today .. just because accepting an order first for delivery and after 45minutes then canceling it yourself without any reason is not justified at all .am sorry that a reputed brand like yours and having such services ....it’s totally not acceptable. sorry guys for such unprofessional service
